I used to stay in this hotel all the time for business a few years before the pandemic. I would usually stay in the executive studio, which was more spacious for long stays. Back then the only trouble was the noise from the loudspeakers of two mosques on either side of the hotel waking you up in the middle of the night. Much appears to have changed since then. This time I stayed for a week in the loft (duplex suite), which as a space was perfect. However practically everything in the room was broken, worn out or damaged in some way. There was clear damage and stains on the walls in the upper level bathroom, stains all around the walls in the bathrooms and elsewhere. I tried to fix the rug underneath the small sofa and discovered it was partially broken, as was the ironing board and one of the window shades - the others were damaged. On top of this one of the windows had paint splashed all over it and the level of cleanliness was not up to standard. Furthermore when I told the front desk that the automatic light mechanism is the closet was broken they promised to fix it but never did. Quite disappointed as the hotel used to be lovely but has really gone downhill since I last stayed in 2018. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Another pet peeve was the fact that despite there being multiple taxis in the area it inevitably took staff ages to procure one off the street. No idea why.…
i stayed here for 5 nights at the end of july 2022 at the loft type room on 3rd floor. it was a spacious and clean 2 storey room with a good separation between sleep with work, entertaining, and leisure. despite ongoing renovation on site, noise was very well managed and i got restful evening rests. the staff named arwan was friendly and super helpful. all the staffs i met during my stay were all very helpful and kind. 100% will stay here again and strongly recommend this hotel for everyone.

The most friendly hotel staffs i ever met. The foods are so good, breakfast so good. Most of all, the staffs : Helpful, friendly, best ! The Apartement, The Loft, Studio type rooms are spacious and worth it and complete with the kitchen ! Marketing staff (Mas Andriyan), thank you so much for become very helpful ! The game boards rent also a very good idea, and it’s free !! Nice hotel to stay with big family ☺️
Nice architecture and design concept for rooms and lobby. Well thought out electrical socket position near bed on both sides. Cool centralized air conditioning. Nice chill infinity pool. Clean room. Because this place also function as a residence, you get a bigger fridge, electric stove for cooking, a microwave, and iron with ironing board. Keep it up, I will recommend to friends and family. Sure will be back. Been a long time feeling sad to leave a hotel, this one is certainly one of them.
Always an awesome experience staying at Morrissey. They have Kinect as an enjoyable facility, cool and unique interior design, a chill place to hangout at the rooftop, and super friendly hospitality especially coming from kak Bambang. I stayed there several times and always loving the experience especially in The Loft room. The right place for a getaway in a hectic city indeed.
Hotel Morrissey is really a good hotel. It’s clean and well maintained. Rooms are also quite spacious. The staff is very polite and helpful. Special mention for their employee named Daud. He has been an excellent host and was available for help whenever required. It was really a good stay and will visit again.
I stayed for 2 nights in the Loft, which has a mezzanine for the bedroom. The room also has the kitchenette, living, and dining, and it was surprisingly spacious and cozy. This is an important thing when you bring babies. The food was good and they have unique baby high chairs and I liked it. What amazes me is this hotel also offer self-serve laundry. And there should be a playground outside but it was being renovated for good. The staffs here were so friendly and helpful I couldn't ask for more. Oh and they also offer a ride (with a kind of bajaj thingy) to go around Jalan Sabang. This hotel really offers a lovely experience. Will come back here with my family! PS. Thank you Mr. Bambang for the assistance!
i stayed for 4 nights at Morrissey. The first two nights i spent at the studio type room that has one big bed, a small kitchen, a bathroom, a desk, and a sofa. This room is very comfy. For the last two nights, i spent at the loft style room which is very cool and unique. this room has two floors, the first one has small kitchen, bathroom without showers, a tv and a sofa, and a big dining table. the second floor is used for the bedroom and the main bathroom. i really like the concept of the available rooms in Morrissey because it does feel like living in an apartment. This is the first time i stay at a hotel that has small kitchen with stove, microwave, sink, water heater, plates, cutlery, and even pans. The staffs here are great too such as Mr. Bambang. Overall, a pleasant experience.…
