We decide to hangout at the hotel lounge, the environment is comfortable. The service was nice too. The hotel also easy to find, there's a lot of access to go to this hotel, especially by the public transportation. It's a good experience to visit.

The lobby. The lobby itself were nice, it gives a vibe of luxury. They have lounge and restaurant at the side of the lobby. Service. Now service, is something quite a bit unpleasant. Now the staffs is friendly and willingly to help you, but maybe a bit need to be more disciplined. This hotel has a long counrer divided into 3: information, receptionist, and cashier. Now usually when I checked in a hotel, i would see at least two staffs on the counter, but in that one, only one, whom still buah handling other costumer. The staff are friendly though to greet me, tell me to wait, and call another staffs. The staffs that helped mewhen i have a bit problem with the room is also friendly. But the most unpleasant one is the next day, when i checked out, and want to store my suitcase for latter pick up, the receptionist told me to lift the suitcase and pass it to him over the counter, which is a chest high, two heavy suitcase. The staff is still friendly tough so I didn't complain much. The room Now it is the main dishes of a hotel. I got a bit problem here while booked with expedia, don't wefher the fault is in expedia or the hotel. I booked for a nonsmoking junior suite instead they put me in smoking superior suite (their regular room), so i had to go back downstairs. The staff still friendly tough and after 30 minutes they finally resolved the problem and switched my room. Funny thing is, their non smoking floor junior suite has no bathub, but their smoking counterpart has. How did a same type of room has a different features? Well i wished for a nonsmoking junior suite with bathub, but since their weird system mean my request (what i paid for) is impossible, i just cope with smokong room, with note that i wqnt it free from cigarette smell. My new room is, well, let just be frank. Look dirty, is dirty, and messed up. The toilet bowl won't flush, the bathub still filled with hair from past guest, the cabinet door broken, the mini refrigerator also not functioning (which is important because my wife have to store her pumped breastmilk in refrigerator). Now this is the last of my patience. I went back downstairs, bringing my suitcase, and told them to prepare another room that in a good condition and told them to take my suitcase there when it's all complete while i go grab lunch. Anyway, back from lunch I still assigned to the same room but with fixed cabinet and that switched the refrigerator, but still dirty room and hairy bathub even though i told them to cleam that first. Also the toilets t bowl won't flush again even after they fixed it. The room design is, well wired. I have this big pillar in the middle of the room sticking like a sore thumb. The interior is old, but still acceptable. The dust that collected on the floor tought, unacceptable. The breakfast. Now it is something else. The food, is very good for the eastern dishes, but not good for the western dishes. One of the most delicious chicken rice porridge i've ever had. Bottom lines. The worst stay i have ever experienced, second only to my stay in small cheap motels back when i still in school. Not recommended for you whom planing to stay in the room relaxing. But if you just need the hotel a quick sleep and breakfast, well i think you can cope.

I've meeting in this hotel for couple days. The hotel is old hotel and very quite. The meeting room quite big. The buffet lunch is good and delicious. But my second meeting here in fasting month, so we ordered for lunch in resto. The menu was limited. I ordered soto sentral (beef coconut soup), that was not so good and bit cold. But it served with juice and fruit. Fried Gurame and Timbel rice was good.

I stayed for 1 night here. The room that i stayed in was great. Unfortunately I dislike the lighting of this hotel because it was too dark for me in the lobby or everywhere. The room itself lack of lighting. there is also a club downstair near parking lot, i dislike the music, they remixing indonesian song and it was funny for me. The internet reached my room but i can only connect via mobile, not via laptop.

This must be the worst hotel in Jakarta. Dirty rooms. Staffs were very unfriendly. Very minimal spoken english. The wires in the room is a definite fire hazard. Food in hotel cafe very very expensive. Toilets are horrible and dirty. This hotel is a sex joint if I may say.. A whole lot of sexual activity in and surrounding the hotel. Do not even by mistake book this hotel, thats how I ended up here. The only plus side is food can be food in the surrounding area.. I wonder how the Indonesian government still allow this place to operate.

Stayed for one night in the Executive room on the 2nd of Jan 2015. Room was clean, view was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. Main gripes about the room though is that the wiring was really dodgy, as in the connections from the bedside lamps to the power outlets had exposed wiring. Also the lighting control panel in the room didn't work so well. Wifi also doesn't work. You can't log in as the servers are dead. Toilet amenities were basic but sufficient. You get soap, body lotion, shampoo, toothbrush etc. Water does take a while to get heated up. Really what you would expect from a 3 star hotel in Indonesia. Main attraction is basically the night life here, in the club on the 3rd level and the discotheque in the basement if you're into that sort of thing. Overall it was a decent stay, just don't expect too much from a 3 star hotel.

A very basic hotel, but OK by Indonesian standards. Very worried by electrical wiring in room - looked like a real fire hazard ? Food/restaurant was fine, room service very good. Would recommend for a one night stopover only, not for an extended stay. Trip from airport was a nightmare, 1.5 hours in mostly continuous traffic jam. Local drivers not for those of a nervous disposition.

I spent 2 nights in the hotel. The hotel claims to be 4 star hotel but the gentry is not good. Hotel has a nice disco (Good for young agers) People at receiption are good and speak english but waiters dont. Food did not left a good impression. I choose to bring food from out side. Various tents and restaurents are there. Specially for Indians - Non vegitarians i would prefer Nasi - Gorang- Ayam (Chicken Fried Rice). Its not safe to step outside the hotel after 10. Junkies bike racing can be seen in the night. For staying purpose and comforts i would give 7/10 points.
