But no, what you get is the same with 3 stars quality of hotel. Staffs are accomodating, hotel was clean (included its toilet and beds), fast wifi, and strategic location. I’ve planned to stay for one day but i extend one day more. Pros: Location wise is good. The room is big. There is a big supermarket nearby. There is a new drink stall in the lobby with a cheap deal. Cons: It is on a business block, which has a parking system. There was the first problem we had. When we asked for free parking facility, the receptionist woman told us that the facility has been used up due to full occupation. It meant we should add up extra 24hrs×IDR5,000 for parking. After we forced then she gave us. She gave us bad attitude. The room was dirty and dark. The bed was comfy but the sheet is somehow dirty. The sheet did not fit the spring bed. Food was average and lack of protein. Hallway is dirty. Hotel needs to upgrade service, food and housekeeping.

I chose Shakti Hotel because of its affordable location. Staff very helpful. Highly recommended hotel. The view is nice and close to anything. The most important thing with this hotel is the nearest Transjakarta bus station. So you can reach any place easily

The location is close to the attentions. However, no tissues. No toilet paper. They allow smoking on the floor and the cigarette smell goes inside the room, for someone allergic to the smell (such as me) will get sick!

I chose Shakti Hotel because the location is near with Gambir Station. Book one bed in the dormitory room(8 beds/room). The staff are helpful, and I am glad they provide us with a blanket and a free toothbrush kit. The dormitory room is clean and they provide a curtain for each bed, and a locker with a numeral password so we won't be afraid to lose the locker key. The bed is cozy with a electric plug available, a foldable mini-table, and a yellow led for lights. The bathroom is clean enough to use. Overall I'm happy with this hotel, and will come back when I need to.

I booked here for 2 nights through ZEN ROOMS and I was happy! The room is spacious, linens are clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Special mention to Ms. Rachel who went out her way to help me find a driver and arranged my tour. THANKS again, Rachel, I won't forget my adventure. Just few notes to consider: Their bathroom drainage could have a problem so when I'm having a shower, the water flows on the whole floor so when I finished, my feet are still soaked with filthy water with soap suds, hope they can fix it asap. Aside from that, my stay was very relaxed and I will recommend this place for my friends or book this again for my next stay.

I think, if you want to stay in City center. Shakti hotel is the best choice. Superb location, which is located in City center. Surrounded by public transportation and attractions, also atm center and food center. The staff was very friendly, you'll get toiletries such us towel and brush, and very clean bathroom with hot water also. Breakfast has two options, Indonesian and American breakfast, you cpuld choose one of them.
