We have now stayed in this hotel 3 times and each time we visit (in October) they have the air-con turned off despite many warm days/nights and our frequent complaints. As our room average around 25 degrees we requested (a number of times) for the air-con to be turned on and windows to be unlocked to let some cool air...

Stayed 2 nights on business, the weather was very bad so we ate in hotel restaurant the first night, food was really good and service was ok also. Second night ventured out to taste local food found restaurant across the road amongst many that was ok. Hotel is clean and staff polite but the bed was Chinese soft (similar to...

I work in Nanjing 1 or 2 times a year and accommodation is paid for by work arrangements. The price is reasonable considering I'm there for 2 to 3 weeks at a time. The problems is that I probably get the worst rooms because I'm a captured client and the better rooms are made available for tourists and the usual...

I stayed in a twin room. The beds were comfortable and the room was very quiet. The bathroom was a good size with everything we needed. The first room we had had problems with internet but the second room a few days later was good. Breakfast was supplied with the usual Chinese food and a small amount of Western food.

Avoid staying here. The hotel is at least 10 years old with very out dated furnishing, moldy bathroom, did't feel like touching anything. check-in was slow, breakfast not fancy, felt like been time-travelled to the early 90's.

This property has the hallmarks of a "has been" luxury property that is however well-priced at this time. It boasts a grand lobby and has well-appointed rooms. The bed I had was an enormous one, bigger the a King, the largest i have ever seen. Extremely comfortable in a very large room. The only complaint I have is that the...

Spent 7 days at this hotel on the 26th Floor. Room and accommodation was very good and quiet. Everything worked, the steam iron and ironing board was greatly appreciated for a traveller on business trip. Even with 6 elevators all working, be prepared for 5 or 6 stops during busy hours. Breakfast was Ok in the large coffee shop buffet,...

I won't stay here if not for my china friend stating that he can get great rates because his friend works for the management. I googled before committing as it's china and their 5 stars and our 5 stars are miles apart. All the hotel websites suggest it to be to be at least 4 stars. It was a mistake...

This was one of my favourite hotels on our trip to China. The foyer area was enormous - as was the coffee shop on the right of the main door. The cafe area was spacious and luxurious with my only complaint being 40rmb for a hot beverage. As you can see from the photographs the bedroom was well presented and...
