I stayed at Ritz Nanjing with my two kids during the Dragon Boat Festival weekend. We all had a wonderful time. My kids liked the pool, I enjoyed the SPA. The room is well designed and is perfect for a holiday family trip. The books in the room are such an impressive collection. It’s pity that I don't have enough time to read as many as I wanted to. Breakfast at the Lavandula is great, the chats with Chef Wu (from Guangdong) were very pleasant and the different small dishes directly from the kitchen every morning were delicious. Cindy at the restaurant is very professional and handles the many requests from guests so efficiently during the busy hours in the crazy holiday morning. Chris He at the front desk showed us great hospitality and was highly professional. His help with arranging the room and suggestions about where to go and good local restaurants in Nanjing were very helpful. Alan made us feel at home with his nice smile and he always greets us by our names. We had a memorable stay at Ritz this time, which also nicely contributes to our good impression on Nanjing. We hope to go back soon.

Frankly speaking, I never expected an RC in Nanjing because the hotel logo has been placed on the glass curtain wall of that city-centered skyscraper for so many years, yet no signs or evidences of having a grand opening. However, since August 2020, I have come to Ritz-Carlton Nanjing for nearly ten times, hosting business partners, friends and family members. I gotta say things always went smoothly with help from ladies and gentlemen in executive lounge. Bigs thanks to Lily Hu and the caring lady who offered my a bowl of congee while I was a bit sick ( sorry for missing the name) For room types, well, it was astonishing when I first stepped into the Premier King room (corner room) as well as the suite. Dinning and SPA were also flawless, and Flair is a must-go place in town I guess. Overall, it’s the best hotel property in this historic city, and I look forward to visiting it on June 27th, the anniversary.

After a whole year since the last time I stayed at this hotel, I visited the Ritz Carlton Nanjing again. The service provided by ladies and gentlemen of the hotel really shows the gold standard of the industry. If let me use one phrase to describe that, I would choose "a proper balance between loose and tight". When I need help, all the staff are willing to help enthusiastically; but when I need some privacy, they quickly grant that. I also saw great improvement at the hotel's Chinese restaurant DAI YUET HEEN. Instead of offering too many expensive dishes on the menu as it used to be, now there was a proper mix of some wok dishes and the expensive ones. I would also like to thank Bonnie from the guest relations team and all the staff at the Club Lounge for providing such a memorable experience to my friends and me. Looking forward visiting this hotel next time!

Great Brunch with Friends. Ritz are doing themed months from around the world. We were in April- German, next is Argentina. We got a passport to keep us coming back! Food was beautiful! Quality was very high, lots of choice. We upgraded to the Freeflow Champagne (388extra but well worth it!). Nice and high up, unfortunately a bit foggy when we went.

My friend and I enjoyed a fancy stay in RC - Nanjing as Club Lounge and the whole hotel expressed a high standards a luxury positioning hotel should be. Hospitality from Lily, Peter, Hocy, Anna and people we may not able to recognize their name showed us the image of what we called “ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen”. Hope to meet RC - Nanjing again in the near future.
