It’s the first time I stay here. The hotel is new and I like the bed and pillows which are very soft and puffy. The room is also equipped with a microwave oven. The hotel’s location is about five minutes walk to the MTR and three minutes walk to near-by tram stop. The front desk is friendly and helpful. Surely I would like to book this hotel again when I visit Hong Kong next time.

Booked directly on their website, which offered a substantial discount and upgrade.

Concierge David was helpful, polite and professional.

Late night check-in was no issue and check-out was also fast with no delays to check over the room etc.

Cleaning staff were punctual and friendly.

Room was fine, AC powerful enough, mildew in bathroom at low level compared to what is typical in the humidity of HK.
Even low floor got little noise from traffic as the street isn’t very busy.

Small wet market nearby, but not a smell or noise issue.
Variety of small restaurants and. A couple of supermarkets nearby.

You can stroll through CWB park to the area of the hotel.

MTR to central is quick.

Stayed for 3 nights in Hong Kong
The location is very good. It's only a 5-minute walk to Tin Hau Station - there are many restaurants nearby.
There are many Michelin restaurants
If you want to go to Causeway Bay, walking through Victoria Park is also a great option.
The bed in the room is very soft and bigger than many hotels.
Very clean, the room is cleaned every day, 2 bottles of water and free toothbrushes, shaving kits, etc. are provided every day.
The staff are all polite and kind.
There are also gyms nearby
Can be used when eating too much
There is a place to exercise
The mattress in the room is comfortable and moderately hard
Can sleep well every night
If you come to Hong Kong, you can come and stay.
Sometimes there are promotional offers on the official website

I highly recommend this hotel! I had an unforgettable holiday here. First of all, the hotel staff is very friendly and professional, always willing to help and answer my questions. I was deeply impressed by them.

Secondly, the hotel facilities are first-rate. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the bed is soft and comfortable, providing a good sleeping environment. The room also has modern equipment and various conveniences, which meet all my needs. In addition, the hotel's public areas and leisure facilities are also excellent. I especially like the swimming pool and gym, which allow me to stay healthy and relax during my trip.

Most importantly, the location of the hotel is very convenient. It is located in the city center, with many shopping malls, restaurants and tourist attractions nearby. I can easily walk or take public transportation to these places, which makes my trip more convenient and enjoyable.

Overall, this hotel provides excellent services and a comfortable accommodation experience. If you are looking for a hotel in the city center with complete facilities and friendly staff, I highly recommend you to choose this hotel. I look forward to staying again and enjoying their excellent service.

This hotel is located in Tin Hau. As soon as you enter the lobby, the receptionist is very polite and kind. Also, help me update the room, which makes me very happy.
Check-in time is very fast. Once you get to the room, the environment is comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling glass on one side, and the view is of the endless old Tin Hau houses and roads, which is very nostalgic. The room is tidy and the bathroom is relatively clean. This room feels like a serviced residence to me because it has a small open kitchen. The transportation is convenient in all directions, and there are many famous restaurants nearby. So it is very convenient to go to Causeway Bay. Excellent location.
Finally, I think this is a cost-effective hotel in Tin Hau.

Very friendly service. The shower is a bit dated but the room size is standard in HK. Location is great in a quieter area in the HK side. We're ending our 1 month trip so we have 4 large luggages. They lent us a proper weight scale so we can use to ensure our luggages don't go overweight. For these, we'll stay here again.

I've stayed in numerous hotels throughout my time as an expat living in Hong Kong, but this hotel has truly stood out for its exceptional hospitality. From the moment I arrived, the staff members, from the sales team to front desk, have gone above and beyond to make me feel like I'm staying in a home away from home. What sets this hotel apart is the professionalism, dedication, and thoughtfulness of its staff. They truly understand what it takes to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Daily interactions with the staff have been a highlight of my stay here. Having lived in different countries throughout Asia, I can say with certainty that the level of hospitality at this hotel is rare and worthy of public acknowledgement. I have been staying here for the past 10 months, and each day I am impressed by the staff's attention to detail and commitment to ensuring my stay is nothing short of exceptional. If you're looking for a hotel that combines comfort and exceptional hospitality, look no further than this hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hong Kong, both short and long term stay.

Somerset Victoria Hong Kong Hotel, one eighteen hotel!

The building was in the corner, so it was easy to find.
The counter is narrow, but there are two staff at Elbe 2 and we checked in well.

I wrote two rooms, and I chose Twin Beds, so I couldn't write the same floor, and I could walk the stairs.

The room is compact. The furniture area is slightly larger than Japan.
There's a closet, two beds and a bigger bathroom.

The carrier should have one in the closet, one on the floor.

Dryer, radar, electric pot, no water and disposable supplies.

View is a building view, but I'll come in at night. Don't worry. It's okay. I think it's okay for the price! Recommend!

It is very close to the exit of Tin Hau MTR station and you can walk to the hotel within five minutes.
The room is larger than other hotels in Hong Kong I have stayed in before. It is also very clean and has complete facilities. The staff's service attitude is very good and the processing is prompt. I like this hotel very much and will stay there next time.

Hi! Sorry for delay, been in Krakow! The aircon unit provides sufficient heat or cold air to match any temperature outside. We stayed there in October/November last year and the air temperature remained around 28C for the whole of our 3 week stay, so we set the aircon for perfect comfort during the night. Enjoy your stay - it is fabulous accommodation in a truly amazing location!

Below please see the options of transportation from HK International Airport to Somerset Victoria Park: a) Airport Express I recommend you to take the Airport Express from airport to Hong Kong Station. Then take the complimentary shuttle bus route H2 to Causeway Bay.The hotel is located just next to the first stop. The fare between HK Airport and HK Station is HK$100 per adult and HK$50 per child. This is the most convenient way. b) Taxi You can take the taxi directly from airport to our hotel. It takes around 45 minutes and costs around HK$300 to HK$350 which including the tunnel fee. Hotel address is No. 118, Electric Road, Tin Hau. it is located at the junction of Wing Hing Street and Electric Road. It is more cost effective if you are travelling in a group of 3 to 4 persons. Don’t forget to ask for the print receipt from the taxi driver. The print receipt should have the car plate number, on & off time and total amount to prevent overcharging. Wish you a wonderful stay in Hong Kong.
