Tsim Sha Tsui
Tsim Sha Tsui is one of the major tourist and shopping areas of Hong Kong. With a high concentration of hotels, retail shops and commercial offices – it’s a busy and bustling neighborhood that never sleeps. On the surface, Tsim Sha Tsui seems to only feature an abundant number of high-end retail stores selling designer brands and jewelry, owing to its popularity with high-budget shopping tours. However, it also contains a diverse range of attractions for the entire family. Whether taking a walk in Kowloon Park, exploring museums, going shopping or grabbing a bite to eat – Tsim Sha Tsui has something for everyone.

I book this room for a friend and paid for it at the website. When my friend arrived at around 8:00 PM on a cold night, The receptionist was rude and condescending they did not give my friend a room , when I called they want me to fax my passport and credit card????, I told them it was already paid. When I called the website to get my money back they said my friend was a no show. Terrible service.

I don’t usually complain about my room but this hotel room is so dirty. Housekeeper doesn’t even clean the room properly. Washroom, floors, sink and mirrors are dirty. Hotel room is so expensive. My wife got locked inside the washroom because of the doorknob is broken. We asked that to get fixed but i experience the most rude person in there. I don’t suggest this hotel.

We arrived 2h before check-in our room was ready to move in. Staff was friendly and helpful room was clean and tidy but nothing fancy there were 3 of us travelling we stayed 3 nights and through our stay nights were quiet. Is great location for Hong Kong close to MTR close to A21 (airport) and main tourist attractions our flight were 2 AM and we had whole day to walk around we left two bags to store one big suitcase and small they didn’t charge us for second as was only bigger bag. I would recommend for budget travellers don’t expect too much but in the same time everything is there to relax, good value for money.

First of all I arrived past 1am because my flight was delayed to find out that there is a fee for a late night check in. The fee is almost more than the hotel room itself is worth. The worker was not present I had to find someone to lend me their phone, I was then greeted by a rude worker who barely spoke English. Go somewhere else there are too many great hotel rooms in the city.
