We had to request a room change due to the original room smelling of mold and having obvious water damage. The hotel is dated and felt unclean. Staff happily changed us to a new room, but unfortunately it was not much of an improvement. Definitely did not live up to 5 star expectations.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights as part of the Sinorama Tours. I noticed the lobby really busy with other tourist and Tours groups checking in. It was definitely a mad house. However the staff seemed to be busy at work and were able to handle the pressure. This did not affect me at all because our tour... More

My hotel room on the 52th floor had two sided views of the harbour which was wonderful. However,I found the lift system confusing and spent a lot time going up and down in elevators,I was a bit concerned being so far off the ground if there was a fire.I thought the hotel lacked character and it is not called a convention... I had to wait 25 min for checking, got a normal room which was not so good. Had to pay extra for better room with view. For such location the view had to be the advantage. Nice hotel, but service is very slow.

Large room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the harbor. Comfortable bed, clean room and complete bathroom. The breakfast offers a good variety of Asian and North American type foods. While the hotel is literally packed most of the time in the lobby area, elevator service is fairly quick. Access to the numerous shopping galeries surrounding the hotel is easy... More

Staying at L'Hotel Nina for 3 nights duirng my family trip in early Jun. Booked 2 rooms, one for my parents, the other for my wife, my 4 years old kid and myself. The reason of booking L'Hotel Nina is because the two 1.5M beds in a standard room. The bed is large enough. The rest of the room has... More

A year since the last stay. Nothing much has changed. Chaotic check-in (fun to watch if one is not in a hurry). I must say this hotel has the most patience team of front desk. kudos! Corner water-facing executive room - spotlessly clean. 4-seater dining table. spacious bathroom. Wish the hotel provides better amenities though. Breakfast - better off walking... More

It's hard to imagine a more terrible experience than staying at this hotel. Hoards of angry people queued all day at the check in counter. Senselessly designed lifts with doors that close before you can get near them. Pokey rooms that smell of cigarettes. A buffet with stale food and dirty tables. A lounge bar with neon lights and an... On Arrival and Departure the Foyer/Reception is like a Holiday camp gone mad - its Hell with conference ,tour and children groups fighting for position. If you get a lift you have to change on the 41st floor and wait for another lift to go up your Tower, there are two. Arrive your floor and find, yours and all our friends bedrooms are... More

Our room was beautiful on the 69th floor!!!! We had to take 2 elevators to get there. The view was truly staggering. The only problem was that we were so busy there was little time to spend in the room. Beds were very comfortable. The hotel connects to a huge mall with many nice shops and restaurants. Not quite near... More
