We stayed on the 27th floor, and had a fairly good partial view of the harbor. I would not call this a harbor view hotel, but then again your not paying for the view. The hotel is clean, and the buffet breakfast is reasonable. It is also close to just about everything you might want to see. I would not...

We were staying in Hong Kong for 5 days and deliberated for a long while over a hotel and we eventually decided to give the Lan Kwai Fong Hotel and I’m glad we did, it was superb! The Lan Kwai Fong is a boutique hotel with a difference, its over 30 floors tall! In terms of location its very well...

Stayed at this hotel for ten days and enjoyed the personal touch with ice delivery and friendly staff at the front desk. It was right in the thick of Wellington, Hollywood streets which gave lots of options for shopping hi and low as well as restaurants. The view from the 27th floor of the harbour is mesmerizing! The lounge on...

an overall excellent experience - helpful staff and nice rooms. the rooms are of good size for the city, quiet and with great views all round. Best of all is the location of the hotel. a great base for exploring the central area of hong kong and within easy reach of train and metro stations to go further. wifi is...

Really nice hotel on Hong Kong island, close to almost everything, sights, shopping, restaurants and bars. And close to the central station and the ferry across to the mainland. Nice rooms, which seemed to be newly renovated. Maybe a bit small, but big enough for two persons and our suitcases. Clean and tidy, both room and bathroom. We had ordered...

The location is fantastic for exploring HK. Buses, trams, MTR and star ferry are all within easy walking. It's reasonably affordable and definitely so if you go for one of the standard rooms. Having a double michelin star restaurant on site is great, but then one is spoiled for good food in HK. If you're planning on spending much time...

I have been to Hong Kong slot and enjoyed staying here. The room was nice and the bathroom was very quirky. The room did smell slightly damp which was weird and it lacks communal areas. The reception staff were helpful!

We stayed in a deluxe harbour view hotel for 2 nights. Location was incredibly central with most things easily writhing walking distance. The room was compact but enough space for two of us and you can't beat the price! Would deffo recommend.

If you can stay in a balcony suite, the view and the room (3201) are amazing, I didn't want to leave. One of the few hotels with balconies in Hong Kong and a lovely place to stay that won't break the bank. Why pay double elsewhere when you don't even get an outside space or a window that even opens...

Staying in Sheung Wan

Neighborhood Profile
Sheung Wan
Unlike most of Hong Kong’s other popular districts, Sheung Wan welcomes wanderers with an easy-going, relaxed atmosphere. Art galleries are plentiful and boutique cafés are tucked away in every side street in the sub district known as “PoHo.” Browse through the vintage clothing and handmade leather goods stores – it’s no surprise fashionistas flock to this area. History enthusiasts will be rewarded with sites of beautiful architecture, reflecting Sheung Wan’s past as one of the earliest settlements by British forces. As night falls, the entertainment scene reveals itself to be just as laid back with its private kitchens, speakeasies and underground bars dotted throughout the area. When in Sheung Wan, everyday feels like the weekend.
