I travel on business to HK at least once a year, I've stayed in most of the popular hotels and thought this year I'd try something new so booked at Lan Kwai Fong, all I can say is wow! What a great hotel, admittedly we took one of the better more expensive rooms (Harbour View Suite) which costs a bit...

Check in was Ok, although there was confusion as to whether the room rate included breakfast - they said "yes" and then marked my room wallet "no". First night was OK - slept well - shame there's no iron & ironing board in the room, but room clean, and shower was good. I had a room at the end of...

This hotel is an excellent choice if you want to be centrally located. We had great mountain views (when the fog lifted) and the staff was very helpful. There's a lounge with tea, coffee and bottled waters available 24/7. Very happy with the hotel.

Great location for this very "vertical" hotel, excellent location close to all main attractions which can easily be reached on foot. Good choice of restaurant for lunch and dinner. Rooms are a bit tiny but very well arranged with taste and modern equipment, and overall quiet. Would definitely return.

One of those cute boutique type hotels in Central, the easiest part of Hong Kong as far as getting around. The staff is great, they tend to get mobbed by people with a million questions and tour groups so you gotta catch them at a slow moment. But when is there ever a slow moment in Hong Kong. It's a...

As other reviewers have noted, this is an OK hotel. The value for money is very good, particularly for HK. The location is also quite good. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean but very small. The bed is particularly short so if you are taller than the average person you are going to have a problem fitting on the...

It's an OK hotel, good location, and good value for money. Main attractions are at walking distance. Rooms are big enough considering the lack of space in HK. Would recommend for a long weekend stay, if you want to get a reasonable deal considering the regular hotel prices in HK

I had a business trip to a company located just 5 minutes walk from the hotel so it is very convenient but mainly this hotel is closed (walking distance) to all the restaurants of Soho and the evening bars of Lan Kwai Fong. The hotel has nice and clean rooms, and pleasant staff. I would go back there for sure!

Stayed at the LKF Hotel last month for 4 nights. The location is in the heart of the HK activity and convenient to everything. The rooms are pleasant (small but this is HK) and the staff very helpful.

Two friends and I stayed here for two nights. The rooms are small, but modern and well-appointed. The hotel has an excellent location near a lot of fun nightlife, bars and some great restaurants. (I recommend Piola for great drinks and Nha Trang for incredible and fresh Vietnamese food.) The people working at the hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful....

Staying in Sheung Wan

Neighborhood Profile
Sheung Wan
Unlike most of Hong Kong’s other popular districts, Sheung Wan welcomes wanderers with an easy-going, relaxed atmosphere. Art galleries are plentiful and boutique cafés are tucked away in every side street in the sub district known as “PoHo.” Browse through the vintage clothing and handmade leather goods stores – it’s no surprise fashionistas flock to this area. History enthusiasts will be rewarded with sites of beautiful architecture, reflecting Sheung Wan’s past as one of the earliest settlements by British forces. As night falls, the entertainment scene reveals itself to be just as laid back with its private kitchens, speakeasies and underground bars dotted throughout the area. When in Sheung Wan, everyday feels like the weekend.
