The room is small. If u hve more than one luggage, u r not able to open them both at the same time. The ventilation is bad. I feel not well when I enter the room. And the window cannot be opened. The worst is the pillows. They are so soft that I hve bad headache the whole day. The food during quarantine is also not good.

The Lan Kwai Fong hotel is my favorite hotel whenever I go to Hong Kong. Not only because it is close to our office in Central, but also because of it's very creative interior design and the great service. As the hotel is currently a "designated quarantine hotel", it was an easy decision for me, to spend the mandatory 7 days quarantine there. A big THANK YOU to all staff, who made the stay easy and very pleasant ! The organization was perfect, and the included food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) was yummy ! I can't wait that the current quarantine restrictions in Hong Kong will be lifted, and that the hotel can return then to normal operation. I will be definitely back, with- or without quarantine !
Stayed in the Sea View Room for 7 days quarantine. The room was very clean and comfortable. All the required quarantined sanitary items were sufficiently provided and were replenish promptly when required.The staff was very attentive and helpful. As for the daily 3 sets of meal, Western, Chinese, veg Western and veg Chinese were the 4 available options with sufficient variety. Food quality was decent, hot options always arrived at least warm and the schedule of delivery never delayed. It was possible for people from the outside to deliver food or other required items I need to me. Concierge was very efficient, stuff were delivered to the room within a short time (less than 15 minutes) in my case. Without any hesitate, I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. This is the 2nd stay at this hotel for my kids. When they returned to HK last year they needed to quarantine for 21 days. This time is better only 7 days. The room is spacious enough for the two of them. They’ve found the meals have been improved a lot compare to last year. Well done to the hotel team. They also ordered outside food delivery and it always deliver to their room promptly. The hotel team is very accommodating with all the changes prior to their arrival. I would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for quarantine hotel in HK!
Third time quarantining here, brilliant as always. Staff would support you throughout the quarantine period, and their response is always rapid. The food is delicious and 100% on time, and the portion is very large as well. The spacious room is fantastic, with an openable window, while giving you a good glance of the Victoria Harbour. Certainly worth 5 stars for me.
The room was excellent, with elegant Chinese features. I was here on a one-week quarantine stay. The meals were a mix of Chinese and Western recipes, and I enjoyed them very much. I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. And Kenji Chen was so kind and friendly. And happy and helpful. 5-star performance!
I have been staying this hotel for 6 days. Both the foods and services here are very good， They are better than I imagined. I will recommend to my friends to stay here. I wish all the hotel staff good health and happiness.
LKF Hotel was so great! We had to look for a quarantine hotel to stay. Between the changes in government restrictions, flight bans, flight circuit breakers and airline cancellations, our flight was changed some 5 times. LKH Hotel and its team were so accommodating and patient with our changes on our bookings. They always got back to us quickly, professionally and NEVER CHARGED A FEE for the changes. We were just so grateful for their help. I think I can speak for anyone who recently had to make the arrangements to travel to HKG as stressful and unpredictable (e.g., what if I am tested positive prior to take off? What would happen to my hotel booking?!). So many things have to line up. Many quarantine hotels advertised that they do not allow any changes made to the booking or if so, it would require a fee. LKF Hotel helped us many times to ensure that our booking was secured. As for the stay itself: excellent service. Attentive and kept guests informed. Deliveries from our families were brought up right away. The hallway and the room we were in had air purifiers so we felt extra reassured. LKF Hotel is really excellent on so many levels. The hotel is old. The room is old. It is not easy to find a shower curtain at this kind of room price nowadays. Only good thing is it’s location is in central. Wi-Fi is slow not stable, I had to rejoin my zoom meeting a few times in a meeting. Meaningless to take the “sea view” room in this hotel, just do not waste the money.
