I've been staying here for more than a decade, whenever I visit Hong Kong; although this was my first trip in more than three years, due to the COVID restrictions. Coronavirus has clearly had an impact; some services the hotel used to provide have been curbed or withdrawn. They used to offer a variety of shuttle bus services, but that has been greatly reduced. They used to provide a complimentary mobile phone, but not anymore. The most irritating impact is the maid service to the rooms. The room will only be made up before 10am. I was on holiday and didn’t want to keep getting up and out early, so for most of my trip, my room was not made up. This was very annoying and I hope the hotel quickly reconsiders this policy. The selection of television channels is fairly limited (they don't even provide one of the local English-language channels provided by ViuTV) and the decor could do with an upgrade. On the plus side, the hotel remains good value and is well located. The staff were friendly and helpful and my stay was mostly an enjoyable one. I certainly intend to return and I hope some of these minor problems may be smoothed out as COVID disappears in the rear view mirror.…
Heartwarming hotel ❤️❤️ On the night of check-in, I took the initiative to help guests with the government's health declaration procedures, and they were very careful in everything. As a tourist, I am very moved, and I am very grateful to Manager Sam, who specially sent a surprise on my husband birthday. The two of us were very touched and added to the icing on the cake for this journey.
Welcoming, polite and helpful staffs with good services from the beginning till the end. Keep following up my health condition and needs. I enjoy the 7 days quarantine stay here at Cosmo Hotel! Mr Tan and Hugo.
Cozy room with all the necessities like toiletries, slippers, hair dryer, tea/coffee sachets with electric kettle, etc. and amazing staff, very friendly and helpful, all my requests were looked into promptly. Varieties of meals but sadly I couldnt choose from the menu due to quarantine restrictions but I do kot eat beef (religion) and the hotel was very accommodating with that. Had a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend.
My sister was required to quarantine at Cosmo Hotel for 14 days. Both my sister and the family are deeply impressed by the excellent service provided by the team. We are grateful for what and how they serve my sister and all the arrangements made to let my sister has a wonderful stay during the quarantine period. Thanks again to Mr Icarus So, Mr Sam Tan, Mr. Hugo Yip, Ms Joyce Liu and Mr Chris Kwok for your superb job.
We stayed in this hotel for our 14 days quarantine and it’s service takes our worries away! Their meals were yummy and we received phone call everyday from their guest service to send their regards. We are deeply appreciated for their kindness, small surprise ( e.g. dessert, room decorating gift, little toy etc) which brighten our gloomy days. Room service was excellent and efficient, toiletries were great, shower was great too! Thank you Cosmo once again and definitely will try your other hotels under the same brand.
Good services, the whole team try their best to solve my problems. Thank you all (Agnes, Icaruso, Anthony, Kane, Hugo, Coco, Sam, Chris and Joyce) And it is surprised that preparing small gifts to my kids.
I have a very disappointing misfortune during the booking process of your hotel that I think you should know of and hopefully do something about. I have booked Cosmo for spending my festive moment over New Year count down on 31 Dec with a package including late check-out until 4pm. While after the reservation have been made, I appreciated that the reservation team have replied me in fast response and guaranteed to offer a 26-hours staycation, late check-out until 6pm. However, until 6 days before my staycation day, 25 Dec, hotel contacted me and stated that we must need to check-out at 11am due to special situation. I chose this package totally because it could provide a guaranteed late check-out which good fit for my count down activities. I’m so disappointed that hotel force us to check-out at 11am, and notice on 25 Dec in which most of other hotels are fully booked on 31 Dec. I understand that if hotel got special event or anything else which need to close up on 1 Jan, but I wonder if you can notice us earlier and DO NOT guaranteed for such late check-out twice through email, which really so disappointed me, ruined my Christmas morning and also my 2022 count down. I hope you agree with me that this type of service is completely unacceptable at so many levels. It is not the kind of treatment I would have expected from a hotel. I am very disappointed from this bitter experience. I would like to hear your thoughts about my complaint and the steps that you are willing to take to prevent such incidents in the future.…
My room faces the urban area of Causeway Bay. I can also see the scenery of racecourses. It is very open and beautiful. The room is small, delicate and very tidy. Many people say that the location of the hotel is far from downtown, but it is not. It is only a few minutes' walk to Wan Chai city center, and shopping is also convenient.
High Cp value. 500hkd we've got a late check out to 4 oclock, breakfast, dinner for 2 and souvenirs (as shown as below)!!!!!!!! Food and service are good. Staff are friendly!!! the dinner was arrived exactly on the scheduled time!!!
