The check in desk service is very friendly, the hall has a fragrance, I have been informed before going to hope to live in the high floor, very happy to help me to arrange on the 36th floor, the view is really great, you can view the five-color building, and the beautiful port.
Room 3602 for two people living very spacious, there is enough space to place luggage, beds are very comfortable, not a single person folded into a pair, but a large double bed, cotton is very comfortable with pillows, without any unusual smell.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with hand washing, milking, hair washing, bathing and hair milking, as well as a comfortable bath.
Meeting the housekeeper in the morning was very courteous and proactive, worthy of reward, the room was very clean and also helped to replace the sheets, thank you very much.
The location of the hotel is convenient, take the airport bus A11 Hangzhou Street and take a walk of less than 3 minutes to arrive, the A1 station makes my travel very convenient, there are also many local food and convenience shops and cosmetics shops nearby, recommended to all visitors to Hong Kong, the Cotton Bay Hotel is very recommended! Thank the counter Andy for allowing me to stay early, also thank the room staff, very good hotel, very good experience.

We lived on the 33rd floor of Nina Hotel with 2 kids under 5 years old and we had a great stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location steps away from the Tin Hau subway station as well as multiple great restaurants.
Special mention goes to our floor's maid May who was exceptional and made sure our room was always neat and tidy and extremely clean so that the kids always felt safe. We stayed here for close to 2 weeks from January 25, 2024 to February 11, 2024 and we had no complaints whatsoever about the staff or the cleanliness of this hotel. Highly recommend if you are staying here as a tourist.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, and there were many positives. The location is incredibly convenient, with public transport options just across the road, making it easy to explore the area. Having Victoria Park nearby was a bonus, perfect for morning walks or some fresh air.
The rooms were very spacious and impeccably clean, and the staff were polite and attentive, always ready to assist.
One small issue I noticed was that after housekeeping, the room lights were often left on. This meant they would sometimes stay on for 8 hours or more, which isn't ideal for the environment or for the hotel’s energy costs. It would be great if the hotel encouraged staff to switch off lights after cleaning, which would be beneficial for both sustainability and the hotel's expenses.
Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for its comfort, location, and friendly service – it’s a fantastic option for both leisure and business travelers! We have stayed here at least twice a year for the last few years, the staff are a credit to the hotel and I love the new reception refurb!

When traveling to Hong Kong, you need to stay in a hotel for three days and two nights. You can stay in this hotel with your family. The biggest advantage is that the location is convenient. There is a subway station across the road, and there is a Ding Ding bus less than 200 meters away. The location is very convenient. The room is spacious enough, clean and tidy. Two people stayed in a double room with plenty of space. A plus point is that there is an air freshener in each room, which is very friendly for people with nasal allergies! The decoration is not very new but it is very clean and well-organized. There are also conference rooms, gym rooms, and swimming pools on the 39th and 40th floors. The staff in the lobby are very fast and friendly. The room lacks adapters and USB sockets. The staff immediately came to help and asked carefully if they needed assistance or other needs. Housekeeping staff will also ask about cleaning times or if items need to be replaced. Overall feeling good.

It took only 2 minutes to walk from Exit A of Tin Hau MTR Station to Nina Hotel in Causeway Bay, the transportation was very convenient, there are a lot of restaurants nearby. The lobby of the hotel was renovated, there are gym, swimming pool and even sauna. A security guard whose name is Raymond politely carried my baggage to the room and introduced me the facilities in the hotel. The staffs were also very polite, the rooms were squeaky cleaned and the room was very equipped.

Me and my family stayed at Nina Hotel Causeway for six nights and we really liked this hotel. It is located very close to the MTR station and the bus/ tram stations are also nearby. The airport bus A11 also has a stop nearby, making it super convenient and cheap for reaching from/ to airport. We stayed in a room on the 36th floor and the view from the room was really good. The room was also reasonably spacious. But the best part of the hotel is it's staff - people at the reception, the manager as well as the house keeping staff deserve appreciation. They always welcomed people with a smile and were always helpful. We had also accidentally forgotten a phone of ours in the room when we checked out from the room. But the house keeping staff informed reception when they saw it and the reception staff informed us when we came back in the evening to collect our luggage. A big thank you for the entire staff team at Nina Hotel for giving us a memorable stay in Hong Kong. We will certainly consider staying at Nina if we come back to HK.

Convenient location, lots of delicious food. Amyko's service is great, responsible and good service every day. And the price is not high, the king of cost performance. Everyone can consider it when coming to Hong Kong Island, it is a long-standing and reliable brand. We lived here for half a month and said that we lived comfortably. There is a swimming pool and sports and fitness facilities, which are quite complete. Everyone can consider it more, it is worth choosing. There are many delicious foods opposite, and there are subways, buses and trams downstairs. You can walk to Victoria Park. The location is really great. The towels, toothbrushes, shower gels and shampoo in the room are all easy to use, and the hygiene is very good. There is a water dispenser on each floor, so you don't need to buy water yourself. The view is good and you can see Victoria Park

The room was tidy. Amyko's cleaning staff was very nice and tidy. They paid attention to every detail in the environment. Eddie also carefully inspected the supplies needed in the room. The bath water pressure in the room is high enough, and the conditioner is really friendly for girls. The high water pressure is really convenient for children to wash off. When there is not enough drinking water, you can go to the counter and ask the counter staff to help fill the water. The hotel is in a very convenient location. Well, since the itinerary is relatively compact and I have children with me, some immediately needed supplies can be easily purchased outside the hotel. There is a convenience store and Qu Cheng's next to the hotel. I will choose it again next time I come to Hong Kong. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Causeway Bay is a bustling centre of life in Hong Kong and is easily accessible by public transport; in fact there is are tram, bus and mass transit stations adjacent to this hotel.
Hotel Nina is fresh and modern with a restaurant serving lunch and dinner, a gym and small rooftop pool which is open on a seasonal basis.
I was due to stay for four nights in a standard room with a bay view however I was upgraded to suite on the 30th floor. The room offered exceptional views over the bay from panoramic windows. There was a shower and lavatory room at the entrance to the suite, a sitting room and a good sized bedroom with a very powerful walk in shower and separate bath tub. The king sized bed had a great mattress and high quality cotton sheets which led to a restful nights sleep. There was a selection of teas, a coffee maker with pods and a microwave. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room immaculate.
I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

I believe Tin Hau MTR station has a lift to go up to the ground level.
There is a lift mechanism that follows the stairs but you have to seek the staff’s assistance. There is also a lift at the side.
