Getting more expensive but quality and locations are good. Rooms are clean and checkin and out is more or less efficient. Breakfast in tiny attached restaurant is good. Free flow wine and peanuts at 6pm in the lobby, but do not expect great wine :-).

Very friendly and courteous staff. Very good customer service. They even provided bubble wrap, tape and scissors for us to pack our stuff. Prompt response to address any issues we encountered. Water in our shower did not drain properly but it was fixed in no time. Free wine and titbits in the lobby every evening too. Great location. 2 mins... More

Location is easy and convenient Coz close to HK exhibition. If u like drinking very close to gab a drink then get drunk and back to hotel. Room size so far can expect as in fact that's a boutique hotel. Service good. Room facilities great. Just one part I feel sad that 👉🏻👈🏻because of bed not comfort.

Having made several short trips to Hong Kong over the last 12 months and stayed at a different hotel each time, for this trip I settled on The Fleming in Wan Chai and did not regret the decision at all. It is located within easy walking distance to the subway station and that system can get you just about anywhere... More

Clean, clean and very centrally located in Wan Chai. Very convenient location for the exhibition center. Staff were especially helpful. Rooms are a good size and well equiped, even have a free local mobile phone.

It's very close to the convention centre and the room service was fast and good but the rooms are tired, the ceilings are low, the beds are hard. I paid double what I think the room should have cost. I am in HK every month, there are many other good boutique hotels nearby in the same price range that are... More

The Fleming is well located in Wan Chai close to the MTR station. When we got there after a long journey at 10.30 at night, there was unfortunately no one to carry the luggage to the room and the reception staff was totally un enthusiastic. So with 5 big bags and a baby in tow, we went up to the... More

Stayed in two rooms while I was here - the first 601 was excellent, modern, good size and the bathroom was huge complete with bath and huge shower. The second 1201 was supposed to be of the same category but was very loud with air conditioning and the bathroom was quite small. The beds are very hard but there are... More

A very good hotel. Room layout was odd but quite spacious by HK standards. Free wifi. Also a free android phone for your use with unlimited local and international calls! This is very neat. I missed the complimentary drinks and canapes. Hotel offers non-smoking rooms that are really non-smoking and have no lingering tobacco odour. MTR is a few minutes... More

Great value, conveniently located near public transports but off the red district activity. Rooms and clean and well designed and maintained. Check in and out are efficient. Breakfast in next door small bar/restaurant is nice and balanced. Good service too. I stay there on rack of my trips she I have the budget (getting more expensive comparatively lately).

Staying in Wan Chai / Causeway Bay

Neighborhood Profile
Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centers of Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and restaurants, both areas are bustling with people – tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart. Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye – find boutique stores in the above ground floors of buildings and wander into side streets to find interesting restaurants and shops tucked away from the main roads. Wan Chai especially has experienced a modern revival in recent times, with an influx of trendy restaurants and bars around the Star Street area. In addition, both areas contain many of Hong Kong’s iconic tourist attractions worthy of your visit.
