We stayed for 2 nights and surprisingly the room was better as what I expected with the bigger space than any other same type hotels same way with the bathroom, however, needs improvement on the customer service and to provide more initiative on assisting guests. But 2 reception staffs (1boy/1girl) are very helpful though they seemed scared to do something...

Upon arriving, I had this uneasy feeling that they did not clean the room after the last guest. The sheets did not feel fresh and the bathroom did not smell like it was newly cleaned. 100% sure they didn't clean the room AT ALL the whole time we stayed there. One day they didn't even fix the comforters/ sheets nor...

We stayed at VP hotel for 2 nights in November 2016. Room was clean and comfortable with necessary facilities. Staffs are kind and helpful. Valued for money. Walking distance to MTR Prince Edward. McDonald is just opposite the hotel. Not noisy at all.

The old saying always works...you get what you pay for, but in this case is not quite true, the hotel price in Hong Kong fluctuate for this hotel from $380 HK to $1470 HK DAILY in November.for example. I would pay $340 HK for this hotel room for the purpose only for sleeping . The room is clean, very little...

All basic amenities are there, safe, hair dryer, a full size work bench (which is important for me since i was on business), free Wifi etc.. The staff was quite helpful in giving me directions and recommendations for places to visit since it was...

Do not leave anything valuable, including safe. Anything valuable will be stolen and your stay with the hotel will not be refunded. Hotel is one thing I wished I spend more on, the trip would've been so much better.

FIrst of all, the rooms are not what they seem in the pictures, THEY ARE 1000 times worse. Bathroom is so TINY that when you try to brush your teeth, you will hit your elbows. The bed is rock hard and small, that not even the Hobbit or the smurfs would sleep on it. The room reek the smoke smell...
