not much view from our hotel room. Staff are accommodating. They offer rooms with common toilet for backpackers and they also have rooms which have a private comfort room. In our case, we got the one with private CR. Room is spacious and they have free extra pillows.

We stayed here as a group in January. Our room had two single beds, a tv, and an adjoining bathroom. The beds were as hard as rock and the blankets were itchy and not at all warm. My mattress had a weird stain on it. The wifi was only available in the lobby which meant many trips to the lobby....

Very basic and small rooms, but pretty clean. Wifi was only accessible at the lobby, so we spent quite some time at lobby checking mails before going up to our rooms each day. Hotel cafe served typical Hong Kong style àla-carte breakfast, quite tasty. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. Overall, nice place to stay & one of the...

Okay, it's not for the folks in the 4 and 5-star range, however, this is a VERY secure and clean accommodation for those planning to be out on the town. It's a direct walk from the Mongkok metro and close to lots of inexpensive places to eat. The sign YWCA is easy to spot. In summary, my stay was good...

If you are on a tight budget or refuse to pay super inflated hotel costs I suggest you stay here. If you are a traveler or a back packer this is the best option for Hong Kong. Beats Chung King Mansions by far. I loved the location in Mongkok easy walk to Nathan road and in a quiet location. Awesome...

We are currently staying at the Anne black YWCA and are not impressed in the slightest- would advise others to look elsewhere, extremely basic hostel, tiny rooms, shared bathrooms, the lobby is unwelcoming with the staff rude and unpleasant- at about £10 a night you don't get your money's worth at all. Definitely won't be returning.

After reviewing many low budget hotel in Hongkong, I took this place to stay during my vacation. Nice lobby which is equal to 3 star hotel and good service by receptionist were reassuring me from curiosity. Clean, comfort, and fair enough size of room and bathroom, it's just hard bed was made our sleeping little bit uncomfortable. The location of...

Theres a plaque outside the building saying it was built in the early 60's. It has remained untouched since then. Dont expect anything flash, the rooms are tiny, the bed was hard like a rock, flushing the toilet is an experience and the cafe downstairs wasnt anything to rave about (and constantly booked out at dinner time). On a positive...

Stayed here four nights in a single room with attached bathroom. The hotel was in a good location in Mong Kok, an easy and pleasant walk from Mong Kok MTR station and tourist attractions such as the Ladies' Market and Nathan Rd. The surrounding area felt safe and I had no issues walking alone at night. I had a little...

Stayed one night as I was there for a race and was traveling alone. Room amenities are very basic. My only gripe is that the bed is rather hard. Basically if your stay is just for sleeping over and you don't mind the simplicity. Recommended if you are on a budget trip but not for families. Location is not too...

“Research on the outlet in hongkong. Their outlet is different from the Philippines so we borrowed from the front desk. Just bring your own adapter so it's convenient when you charge your gadgets.”
