This is the third time I have stayed at Lodgwood Mongkok. Each time I have stayed for a week and I did not want to leave. The hotel staff especially Dave , Jess ,Ray ,Raymond and the evening secuity staff are so helpful and kind, they make you feel welcome and special. The hotel is spotless. The bathroom and shower are awesome. The bed is comfortable. The quiet street that the hotel is on is an oasis. I love this hotel.

My second time to stay at this hotel. Most convenient area, Check in service is very fast but not complicated. I dated with my friend for Dinner and Drink. The Beer Street located just 10 minutes walking. After drink, I can go back hotel very soon. Also, the convenience store is very close for me to buy my supper. As I knew there is microwave at room, I can make it myself.

Very bad hygienic condition, water stain could be found everywhere in bathroom. Noise isolation is poor, you could listen to the conversation outside the room very clearly. Overall a very bad experience for couple.

We had a wonderful stay. Staff were friendly and professional. Everything was well arranged. We could truly feel welcomed, specially thanks for Jess, she made us feel like home and comfy. The room had decorated as we had mentioned we celebrated our first anniversary . The staff were attentive.

I was unlucky enough to contract COVID shortly arriving in Hong Kong, but was fortunate enough to do so whilst staying in the Nina Lodgewood. No drama at all from the hotel. Simply extended my stay to cover me the quarantine period and beyond. The hotel manager, Simon Lee was extremely supportive making sure that I had all the amenities I needed and providing me advice on what to do. As for the room itself, it was clean, well lit, well decorated and had everything I needed. No issues at all in staying a whole week in lockdown in the room. For me the location itself was fantastic, mid-way between Mong Kok and Prince Edward, and once I was able to get out and about was able to try the great eateries in the vicinity. This is the hotel that I would stay repeatedly! Warm greetings from the hotel staff when you first arrived, they were super friendly and professional. Specially thanks Simon and Jess for the impeccable services! It was my birthday during the stay and they gave me a big surprise and generously upgraded us to the suite! Room is spacious and with a dining table, this is super important and nice when you have to dine in in the room. Thumbs up!!!!! We did enjoy our trip and will definitely come back again! Relative new/modern hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. One can’t expect a huge room in HK with this price range, but the room is clean and provide things you don’t even expect, like microwave and utensil. It’s my 2nd time staying and will probably come back again

Many hotels say that they want the guests "feel like home", Lodgewood MK is the only which can work it out. My daughter and I enjoyed our long stay here.
