This is a superior hotel with modern decor, from the excellent location, attentive staff and beautiful rooms. It would be hard to find anything better at this price in HK, I guess. Guest staff really goes above and beyond. They make you feel special at this hotel. In addition to the guest staff, I would like to thank you Grace... More

This hotel is perfect, just renovated, free wifi, nice swimming pool and fitness center, rooms are big and well furnished and very well located. You can find the mongkok subway station by 5min walk, a train station downstairs the hotel and the hotel is inside a nice shopping mall with a Japanese supermarket, lots of restaurants and lots of stores.... I missed all connecting flights home and was "stuck" in HK for 24hrs..i found a super last minute deal for this hotel. Reviews seemed ok, but I got Mongkok and Kowloon confused as I was so jet-lagged and angry with the airlines. Anyway, I just needed a comfy bed. The staff were fantastic at every encounter at every level. The... More

Visited the hotel for a weekend trip. Good transport with airport express train and hotel shuffle bus every 20 min (photo of bus K5). I.e. about 1 hour and 15 from airport. Easy check-in and I even got an upgrade to top floor with lounge. Breakfast in restaurant is really good and I am sure the pancake machine (photo) would... More

The services provided by the hotel staff, especially 19th floor staff centering around Kiki were very much appreciated. They are always smiling and friendly, most of all very helpful. When I requested to change my room due to a ventilation problem right after my check-in, they immediately took actions to prepare another room for me.

It would have been better if the MTR was closer. However it was good for us who ate non-stop, to have a bit of exercise. Being near the Mongkok East train station meant that it was easier for us to travel to Fo Tan station to have dinner at one of those dai pai dongs. :D It is convenient to... More

Elegant and Grand entrance leading to the conceige and check in counter. It's like love at first sight! Beautiful sculpture of Oriental touch to the entire feature used to bring out the very oriental of East meets West characteristic of the hotel.
