The room is relatively new and clean, and the facilities are very user-friendly. The first thing I did when I entered the room was to turn on the lights and not insert the card. I don’t have to think about it all day long and forget to pick up the room card. Then, it comes with typeC and USB charging ports. Don't worry, don't forget to bring a plug. The hotel itself is located in a shopping mall. It's very convenient for shopping. You don't have to worry about talking all day long. The transportation is very convenient. Sha Tin Station is nearby and it's OK to walk for a while. , the restaurants in the hotel are all very delicious, especially the Japanese restaurant called Sakura, which is worth a try. Although Sha Tin is far away from Tsim Sha Tsui, the price is cheaper than Tsim Sha Tsui, so it is worth living. I will come again next time I have the opportunity.

My family had a great stay at the Royal Park Hotel located in ShaTin. The location is very friendly for travelers as there's a 40min bus ride which goes directly from the airport and stops right at the hotel.

When we arrived in the early morning, we were welcomed by the concierge to hold our luggage until our room is ready in the afternoon. After our room is ready, we were warmly greeted by Yoko. She was very friendly and brought us to the room and introduced us the hotel. On the following day, she dropped by and made sure everything were going well for us. She even brought my daughter a little gift and got her very excited!

The hotel was recently renovated and everything felt very clean and fresh. The room was spacious and quiet. One great thing about the hotel is they have a self-serviced laundry room on my floor, I used it a few times during my stay and didn't have to worry about running out of clean clothes.

The hotel is connected to the New Town Plaza which has tons of restaurants from local to western food, and shops from low to high-end. It takes <10m to walk to the MTR ShaTin station and Uber was usually available within 5min. Also, New Town Plaza recently opened a dinosaur kids park, so if you want to take a break from travelling, but not bore the kid, that is taken care of.

I would definitely stay again at Royal Park next time I visit HK.

Great value for money, great location"
This hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to shopping malls and convenient transportation. The room was clean and comfortable and the service was attentive. The hotel is well equipped, the rooms are well lit, Wi-Fi is stable and fast, and hot water is abundant. Room cleaning started very early, will also ask carefully what time convenient cleaning, large towels and medium towels are soft, cleanliness ok is highly recommended!

We stayed in room 715 for 2 weeks and loved our stay. Hotel was really clean.
All the staff were really helpful and attentive. The lovely cleaners were understanding as I came with my grandma and she would usually sleep in, so they offered to come back to clean up and they were always smiling 😊
The location of the hotel is great as it’s connected to the big shopping plaza which is also connected to the Sha Tin train station, this helped us a lot to get around places.
The plaza has old and new shops so you’re getting the best of both worlds. There are many restaurants to try, the downside is that most restaurants close around 10pm.

Would recommend and would revisit 👍

Many years ago, I often ate at the Imperial Hotel. Since there was a restaurant called City Art, I couldn’t eat there again. This time my friend invited me to have semi lunch at 2+2 Cafe & bar. The restaurant environment is nice and the food quality is similar to City Art. Soup, bread, and salad are all available on a buffet basis. It will be even better if you add parma ham and cheese back! For the main course, choose the left steak. The steak is well controlled and not too cooked. The staff are very nice. Because I brought my children with me, the staff were very considerate and prepared children's tableware for my children. Overall, the meal this time was good, and it is worth eating again.

We stayed at this hotel in October in a grand double double room for our family holiday. The room was newly refurbished and is clean and very big even for our family of 4. The service we had was amazing. Our Room was cleaned everyday and they even surprised our children with a teddy bear each for their birthday with a handwritten card. We were also offered a free family photo using a Polaroid camera to capture the day. This was a nice and thoughtful touch. The staff are friendly and helpful with any problems or queries that we had. We extended our stay very last minute and it was easily done without any problems. The hotel also has a self
Service laundry room which is very useful and it is situated in a very large shopping mall and MTR is in walking distance. Would stay here again.

Choose your birthday in Hong Kong and stay for 4 days. The reception staff is very friendly, the hotel rooms are clean and clean, and there is a water machine on the floor. The location of the hotel is also quite convenient, and you can reach the new city square at Sha Tana Station, even if it rains. Because the family has water needs, choose a hotel with a swimming pool, swimming in the pool every day, the pool is large and clean. Thanks to Gary, staff member of the meeting, for introducing the food nearby and arranging the same locations for the closet and towels needed for the preparation these days. Recommended stay.

Returning to Hong Kong for the first time after COVID-19, I have always chosen hotels in urban areas such as Kowloon and Hong Kong Island to stay. This is the first time I chose a hotel in the New Territories because the price is much more affordable than hotels in Hong Kong Island and Kowloon.

After checking in, I discovered that although the hotel is located in the New Territories, the transportation network is convenient and it only takes more than ten minutes to reach the city.

Although the decoration of the hotel rooms is not a luxury room, it is quite suitable for the positioning of a four-star hotel.

During the stay, most of the service staff at the hotel were very friendly. Although the hotel did not provide transportation services to and from the airport, there was public bus transportation within a 1-minute walk outside the hotel. You cannot ask for more.

The Royal Park Hotel is situated in a well serviced part of Hong Kong. It is within walking distance of the bus terminal and pick up and drop off points literally outside the hotel, as well as requiring only a short walk to the Sha Yon MTR station. Staff are particularly well trained. They offer service with a kind and thoughtful exposure. The breakfast package allows for Western and Eastern taste and is good value. The swimming pool and gymnasium are available for use and the pool in particular is one of the most pleasant pools I’ve ever experienced in hotel stays.

Royal Capital Hotel has been renovated, and the stay is very good. First of all, the rooms are larger than many other hotels, and the transportation is convenient. The third-floor bridge is connected to Shatin Shopping Center, so it is also very convenient to travel. The bus to the airport goes directly downstairs, and it takes only a few stops to get to Shenzhen in the mainland. It is really convenient. The New Town Plaza opposite Shatin is divided into three phases. It is very large and has many brands. It is one of my favorite shopping malls. When you are tired of shopping, you can return to the room to put down your spoils and rest for a while, and then go shopping without having to carry things outside for a whole day. There are also very friendly Shatin Center and Lucky Plaza next to the hotel. It is very down-to-earth. The main thing is that the room price is cheaper than that in Tsim Sha Tsui East, and the cost performance is high. You can see the room pictures on the Internet. I will choose Royal Capital Hotel when I go to Hong Kong in the future.

Their Double Double is definitely big going by Hong Kong's standard! The sofa probably isn't big enough for an adult, but the remaining floor space near the window can fit at least 2 sleeping bags. There's a Decathlon nearby :)

Hi - I think it does have a small (almost travel like!) iron and a short ironing board (at least that was the case in the Double Double Room) in the wardrobe along with the safe. However, when I saw it, I thought I wouldn't like to iron much with it! Hope this helps!

There is a good breakfast in the hotel. If you want to eat elsewhere, there are lots of restaurants in the shopping mall opposite the hotel. It is called New Town Plaza.

Hello Travel B, I don't believe Royal Park staff know about the TA listing Q&A section so they will probably not see your question here. Would be best to call the hotel directly to ask about the pool open dates.
