The Sky Club offered nice environment with friendly staff, in particular high level therapist especially Krist who walked the extra miles with caring attitude and soothing massage. They also offered various choices of spa package for selection. In sum, a well managed hotel based Spa.
Had a great time dining at the crown lounge! Caring staffs, Nora and Tony, and nice food definitely did heightened our stay here! I especially enjoyed the tea set! Love the sweetness! Would love to come back again!
The service is extremely good, the waiters are really passionate in their work and extremely polite. The experience is really decent and relaxing. I extraordinary appreciate the waiters Nora and Tommy for their worm welcoming and friendly service. I would like to visit the hotel again in the future.
The body scrub experience is nice and comfy, that it releases all my tension at muscle. The room is very clean and decent. The ambience is relaxing, which gives me a nice weekend afternoon. Kris is good.

I have booked two rooms for a total of 4 people at the Royal Garden Hotel. I arrived at the hotel at around 3 pm and I have been told the rooms were not ready. Then we went to a cafe near the hotel and went back 1 hour later, but yet they can only offer us one room. While waiting, we decided to check out other facilities in the hotel. However, since we were getting only one room (but we booked two), the staff at sky club denied us to check out the gym room (We just want to look around) and only allow 2 of us to go in. At 5 pm, we went to the concierge again but we are told the room was not ready. We managed to get the room at around 5:45 and the staff sending the key card to the room did not even make any apology. It is unacceptable to get all the rooms ready at nearly 6 pm. We are rushed to dinner as we were heading to the movie. Hence, we are not getting any offer of compensation from the hotel (we expect to have at least a late checkout). On the next day, we woke up in the early morning to check out the gym and the pool and finally manage to checkout at 11 pm. The whole hotel experience can be summed up into one word: “rush”. Other things that affect our overall experience: - The lock of the bathroom door is malfunctioning (at least for those two rooms we had) and one of us was stuck in the bathroom room for nearly 20 minutes. - The location of the facilities was not clearly shown. (Would have been better to include the floor number in the Sky Club leaflet) - The Sky Club (Swimming Pool and Gym) is on the 17th floor but there is no 17th floor on the lift. After asking two staff, we were told to change the lift on the 15th floor. (Would have been better to make the sign clear, or include the instruction on the Sky Club leaflet) - We were told by the leaflet that we need to make a reservation for the swimming pool but it would be nice to tell us there is also a quota for walk-in (and the max compacity of 50 ppl) before we went up there early morning. - The sequence of the room number is not consecutive but instead in odd and even numbers. (Staff can remind us after giving us the card) - The TV was not a smart TV and the video quality was low resolution. - The TV channel “Deutsche Welle” (or German Channel on the menu screen) was not in German but in English instead. (Rather a minor issue but as a German speaker I hope the channel to be in German) I am not blaming the frontline staff as they are overall nice and it was a hard time for them. But there are problems with the management in this hotel. The headcount and the staff training were not enough (they could be more helpful before I suggest a solution to them). Finally, I would not suggest choosing this hotel on any important occasion unless you want to have a lot of frustration.…
Stayed one night at the Royal Garden. Definitely recommend all of you to reserve rooms at Sky Tower as the room was newly furnished and super comfy. Bed quality is top notch with its great cleanliness! Special thanks to Front office team - Sharon for her arrangement, prior to my stay to arrival experience! She was so friendly with her lovely smile and always taking care of my request. Appreciate her patience and passion! During my first three month long stay at The Royal Garden, I take this chance to thank Mr. Ivan Chiang, the dedicated duty manager of The Royal Garden. With his active care and follow ups, Ivan is a meticulous manager. I am thinking of extending my stay at The Royal Garden for few more months.
Good service in lounge, good quality of food and drinks. I had a tea set and the evening cocktail set, both are wonderful, especially the fried shrimp dumplings, satay is good too. Special thanks to Nora and Tony, they are nice and give me advice about attractions nearby.
