The rooms are small and pretty old, same goes for the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was very limited. The hotel is not really what you expect from Ramada. Additionally there was a problem with my booking (not caused by me) and the personnel was very non-cooperative: I tried half an hour to explain that I did nothing wrong but in... More

First the price is way over the top for a very old hotel, small room. (Apprx 70usd per day w/o bb) Second, the breakfast! - its chargeable of HKD70 per person. No varieties every morning. Salty sausage, ham soaked in salt water Third, staff - staffs are OK. The guy who checked us in was not that good in english,we have... More

Dear guest Thank you for your comments on Tripadvisor. Among the hotels nearby, you have a very good price indeed at US70. Although we do not have great varieties of menu items, US9 for an American buffet breakfast is a good value. In regards to your experience on handling a special exchange and payment instruction, I agree there is room... More

This hotel was centrally located. Easy to find. The staff were very nice. The rooms were spacious compared to normal hotels in HK. The bathrooms were very clean and nice shower/bath. The breakfast was a full breakfast. Good value for the money. I would definitely stay there again.

Yes, it is only a few minutes’ walk from Hung Hom train station connecting to Shenzhen and Guangzhou. Many travelers are finding it convenient. This hotel is not worth your money. It is old, run down and the rooms and lifts are smelly. Even the location is not that great. No doubt there's a MTR station nearby but it is still a long walk away. We find the reception staff not friendly too.

Dear guest Thank you for your comments on Tripadvisor. We are sorry to learn about your comments. I believe a smoking room was assigned during your stay. 70% of our guest rooms are non-smoking floors and most of the time we can accommodate travelers’ requests on room assignment if they let us know in advance. Two months ago, some carpet... More

My title pretty much sums it up. We booked a standard room and upon arrival were very pleased to be informed that because it was a slow week, we had been upgraded to a deluxe room. That's where the pleasure ended, the lobby is nice enough however once you get off the lifts the hotel corridors were very old, dim... More

Dear guest Thank you for your comments on Tripadvisor. The hotel is located in down town prime location in Tsimshatsui, a popular spot for shopping, dining and entertainment. Dear guest Thank you for your comments on Tripadvisor. Our room size in general ranges from 230 to 350 square feet, and is considerably spacious among hotels of similar class, not to mention in prime location, Tsimshatsui, a popular spot for shopping, dining and entertainment. We have three front desk officers and supervisors in each shift and our guests seldom... More

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. No doubt that the location is fabulous and TST is within walking distance but I'm appalled at the service and condition of the room given that Ramada is well known in the hotel industry. Staff screwed up the allocation of the rooms even though they told us to arrange our passports... More
