This is the 2nd time I have stayed here due to the convenient location in the heart of Tsuen Wan with easy access to any public transport especially shops as the hotel sits on top of a shopping arcade.
Experienced great customer service this time starting from receptionist to the cleaning staff. They were all polite and helpful. There is a daily complimentary shuttle bus that operates at regular intervals which drops guests off at Mongkok or Tsim Sha Tsui and picks you back up as well. It was a nice incentive of the hotel to offer this.
As for the room, it was very spacious and comfortable plus the recent newly refurbishment gave the room a brighter and fresher look. However, was disappointed that no refurb was done inside the bathroom. Also improvements is certainly required on the flushing of the toilet becos it is very disgusting and unhygienic that the water flows back up hence unable to flush away any tissue and causing blockage. This was very annoying indeed throughout the whole stay.
Although there is a hairdryer provided, there is no socket anywhere near a mirror to plug it in which caused a lot of inconvenience and shows lack of thoughtfulness in this area when designing the room over such basic facility. More shelves on the bathroom vanity mirror would have been more ideal. Also more ceiling lights are required in the room as it was too dim at night to see or do things especially for people with bad eyesight.
Despite the above issues, it was still quite a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone due to the comfortable size of the room, the location and the service received. Hopefully, the Hotel Management can make improvements to the issues I have highlighted ready for my next time visit.

Overall, I was impressed by the staffs of the hotel as they are very helpful and friendly in assisting us. I also commend the man at the concierge, even at a busy hour he is very nice and easy to talk to and he doesn't look pissed given a busy situation. This is not our first time in Hongkong but we had a great experience at the hotel. The only suggestion I can give is to improve on the quality control of cleaning. Should double check the rooms before coding, like the amenities on table some are contaminated with other condiments and most importantly check all the drawers something might be hiding there. Took photos but decided not to post it but I hope they strictly address to this issue. Other than that, I would still book and recommend it to my friends because my experience from the hotel is mightier than the problem. High five to the staffs !!!

The hotel is conveniently located and the rooms are clean. It is also very close to the subway station. There is an overpass directly from the subway station and it takes about 15 minutes to walk there. Although there are many people at the front desk, the processing speed is acceptable. You can store your luggage for free after check-out. , this is very convenient! In addition, there is a shopping mall downstairs in the hotel, which is very convenient for guests who need to buy daily necessities. Thanks to koyi and kiki at the front desk, they also answered my questions politely, and Hailey arranged a late check-out for me. My wife has been a long-term guest on the 12th floor, and her experience has been nothing short of outstanding, thanks to the dedication and professionalism of your team.
Firstly, I would like to extend my deepest appreciation to Amy, the head of housekeeping. Amy has been incredibly helpful in all aspects, including organizing repairs for certain items in the toilet. Her proactive approach and attention to detail have made a significant difference in ensuring my wife's comfort and satisfaction.
I would also like to commend Ha Cher (Sister Ha) for her excellent work in keeping the room impeccably clean. Her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness have not gone unnoticed. My wife has consistently praised Sister Ha's efforts and the positive impact they have had on her stay.
Furthermore, I would like to acknowledge the exceptional service provided by Bee, Manager Kenneth, and the entire concierge team. Their willingness to assist and their helpful attitude have greatly enhanced my wife's experience at the hotel. Their professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction are truly commendable.
On the third floor café, I would like to commend Candy, Donald, Kinson, and Manager Frankie. Their warm smiles and helpful service have made every visit to the café a delightful experience. The cakes from the café are excellent—sweet but not overly so. The variety of Christmas and festive cakes, along with other types, is impressive. My wife particularly enjoys the blueberry cheesecake, which she believes can be compared to those from five-star hotels.
In conclusion, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire staff of Panda Hotel for their outstanding service. Their efforts have made my wife's stay comfortable and enjoyable, and I am deeply appreciative of their hard work and dedication.

We appreciate the nice and clean rooms which equiped with practical amenities- we can asked for the replenishment by dialing "0" or "6" on the phone. The housekeeping staffs would do so and then clean our room couple of times a day, which we are satisfied by that the most.
The hotel has good locations where we could purchase souveniors on the B1 and B2 floor by the elevators. It has the sports bar opposite the reception where we can always watch the biggest sports competitions live and drink beer from all over the world. The food was phenomenal inasmuch as the breakfast had a numerous dishes from Asian cuisine to European; lunch and dinner were also overtly delectable in Yin Yun.
The staffs like Minjee, Kenneth, Bun, William, John provided as a massive and comfortable room for us to stay and delivered all of our bulky loads of stuffs in there. They were extremely benevloent to us and arranged transportations for us to go to many places in Hong Kong- their demanors enable us to make ourselves at home.
We would come to visit the staffs once again if the holiday comes.

Stayed here for 6 nights as my daughter’s netball academy had arranged a trip for them here. First room we were given was absolutely horrible because the bedsheets were dirty, toilet floor was mouldy and the water from the toilet left a sticky residue on our hands. The second room we got was a little better. By our third night, we decided to change our room because it was just my husband and I left, and we wanted a bigger bed. We were very privileged to be attended to by Chong at the front desk, who graciously gave us a free upgrade to a better room with a bigger bed. I have to say that this last room we stayed in was the best because it was definitely newly renovated, and it allowed me to maximise the amount I had paid to stay in the hotel. I paid $770 for 6 nights after redeeming my Expedia points. The hotel is within a small mall (Panda Place), so you have a convenience store, other little shopping knacks like Sasa, Watsons and Manning in the mall or nearby. There are food options like KFC, Starbucks and Downstairs Cafe (just opposite the hotel). These options all trump the hotel breakfast, which was really pathetic for the price paid. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Tai Wo Hau and Tsuen Wan MTR. Something I liked a lot about the hotel was the complimentary shuttle service for hotel guests from the hotel to Mong Kok and Tsim Sha Tsui, and transport from Tsim Sha Tsui back to the hotel. It saved us a lot of traveling time and of course paying for the MTR ride. If you want to be away from the city center, this is worth considering. Otherwise, you are better off staying in Central or Tsim Sha Tsui area. With all that said, I would not stay here again if given a choice, just because I want to be within the city center and spend less time traveling out and back to the hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights and found the hotel lovely. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The check in process was very quick and easy with the staff being really friendly. We had breakfast included in our package, we found good and great variety. The hotel pool was closed due to winter however the gym area is still open (we did not use it). Location wise there is a MTR stop within 10 min walk, the hotel also has a shuttle available but we did not use it. It is attached to a small shopping mall which was helpful for us. Overall a great hotel and we would definitely stay again on our next visit. Thank you to all the staff and their efforts.

Thank you so much for the hotel staffs. Toni, Stanley, Bee, Kenneth ,and John assisted us placing all our luggage into the safe area and they assisted us with putting heavy load of luagges into our room after the chek-in. They aslo arranged the transportations for us to go to Disneyland as well as different famous places. We also appreciated other staffs like Juergen, Minjee, Micheal Wong, and Alison provided us the luxurious room for us to stay. The housekeeping staff was responsible enough to clean our room regularly-we are so sorry that we forget her name.

It was my second review for Panda Hotel. Cleanliness was improved. When we walked into the room, there was strong bleach smell. They did some minor improvement for the room, we could charge our mobiles using the USB ports. The carpet might be changed or repaired. Staff were friendly. We didn't try their restaurants this time as we just had a sleep and went to the airport in the early morning. The location is convenient, 30 minutes taxi ride from/to the airport (the taxi fare was around HK$210). I recommend Panda Hotel for their good value and good service.

Dear Chelsea G, Thank you very much for your question. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not provide a free shuttle bus service from the airport to the hotel. Instead, you can take Bus Route A31 from the airport and alight at Yan Chai Hospital. Our hotel is located just opposite the bus stop. The bus fare is HK$19.8 per person, and the journey takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Buses run every 20-30 minutes. Thank you.
