Return stay after Covid, was an amazing hotel before but sadly it is beginning to look old and dated We were looking forward to our stay after a great stay pre covid and were excited to be back. Unfortunately this was a very unpleasant stay. We had to change rooms twice due to how unclean and unsanitary both rooms were. The first room was so dusty, had body and head hairs in the bath tub but the worst thing was the diarrhoea splatter all over the back of the toilet seat. I went down and complained and asked for a room change, which was obviously given due to the nature of the room, the second was a bit better but not by much, this was just as dirty, had food on the floor, hairs in the bathtub again and sticky residue on the tables tops and bathroom light was broken, luckily the reception rang to ask if this room was ok, l replied no, she asked if it was ok if she sent the head of cleaning and manager up to check room. Half an hour later they came and checked room, they apologised and said the cleaning staff would be informed about both rooms and it was not acceptable to leave them like this. l them asked if we could be upgraded to a better room due to all the problems we had, she agreed but there would be a wait for on to be available. We decided to leave our luggage in the hotel hold and return as it had already been nearly 3hrs since checking in, we returned at 8pm and our room was ready, by then we were tired and went up to the room, hoping this was the end of our problems. Room was nice extra large double bed with extra bed, but this bed was so hard it was like sleeping on a stone floor, a mattress topper could have been added. Room was clean apart from the couple of Logan fruit stones by the bedside cabinet floor. (which l took a photo of) Went down to the games room, same things there but no Xbox (albeit and old box) or ping pong available Pool enjoyable But all was spoilt by the bad rooms. Breakfast was disappointing too, pre covid stay breakfast included a fresh noodle station and French toast station all these have gone now and it is a very basic and not so good breakfast now. Tea is pre made and stewing in an urn and comes out a funny grey colour. No teabags to make your own tea Was looking forward to a great stay like pre covid era but was disappointed this time. Great communication and help from front desk and hotel is set in an amazing area with shopping and food courts directly under the hotel the but rooms let it down. …

Once we arrived to the lobby, the staffs such as Jordon, Stanley, and the others greeted us as family members, placed our load of luggages into a safe area, and ushered us to the front desk counter. Eric, Alison, and the others immediately found the most reasonable price of accomodation for us to stay; other staffs like John and Bun carrying our luggages to our room. Nevertheless, the room was rather laden with the smell of cigarette once the door was opened. We asked both of the staffs if they could assisted us moving into a new room. They both promptly call the front desk- the housekeeping staffs and those two gentlemen once again carrying all our stuffs to a new room which was even more spacious and gorgeous than the previous one, which we appreciated the most. At late night we needed to hurry to the airport. The staffs like Kenneth, Bee and the others shortly arranged a taxi for us to get there - we really appreciated their help. We are so sorry to say goodbye to those friendly hotel staffs, but we would definitely come back again later. …

All things are neat and tidy, and location is very convenient. Staffs are very polite and nice. Having a free upgrade is also something out of my expectations. It is a wonderful experience. Definitely would recommend coming.

Dear sir or madam: I am writing regarding to the appreciation of the staffs' decorous and coridal manners to both of us. The staffs, for example, Jordon, Toni, Kenneth, Bee, Sam, and John provided us the luggage delivery into our room, after the others, such as Juergen, Alison, Minjee, Eric provided us the affordable and comfortable room for us to stay within couple of minutes. All those teams also asssisted us with arranged the transportations to some places intriguing enough to play sports, appreciate the primeval Chinese monuments and buildings, go shopping, and doing other fun activities. The housekeepers were assiduous to clean our deluxe room couple of times each day. They would provide us the necessary amenities once they have already used up or broken: toothbrushes, slippers, toothpastes, and more. Besides the room, we were also enamored of eating Chinese cuisine in Yin Yun inasmuch as there were myriad of recommeded Chinese signature dished. The waiters and waiters greeted us with some glasses of wines once we arrived there. Since the hotel staffs treat us like the family members, we would definietely come back to see them again during holidays. Wish this hotel every sucess and have a wonderful day. We appreciate the nice and clean rooms which equiped with practical amenities- we can asked for the replenishment by dialing "0" or "6" on the phone. The housekeeping staffs would do so and then clean our room couple of times a day, which we are satisfied by that the most. The hotel has good locations where we could purchase souveniors on the B1 and B2 floor by the elevators. It has the sports bar opposite the reception where we can always watch the biggest sports competitions live and drink beer from all over the world. The food was phenomenal inasmuch as the breakfast had a numerous dishes from Asian cuisine to European; lunch and dinner were also overtly delectable in Yin Yun. The staffs like Minjee, Kenneth, Bun, William, John provided as a massive and comfortable room for us to stay and delivered all of our bulky loads of stuffs in there. They were extremely benevloent to us and arranged transportations for us to go to many places in Hong Kong- their demanors enable us to make ourselves at home. It took my colleagues and I around couple of minutes arriving to the panda hotel by buses or MTR. The hotel is located above some shopping centers and diverse Indian and Chinese restaurants, so eating out and shopping aren't the issues for all of us. The executive room is spacious and equipped with all amenities such sa kettle, refrigerator, safe, hairdryer, iron, etc; The bathroom, on the other hand, didn't come with doors, since we did care about our privacy. Furthermore, the switch wasn't working properly. The bathroom ceiling edges were quite moody and black. We did make a request for a room change because of those issues. After couple of minutes, some gentlemen such as Stanley, Jordon, Toni, Sam, and John assisted us in putting all loads of our stuffs into our new room. But they also helped us out to call taxis to our meeting places as well as some famous Hong Kong places where we were dying to visit. The daily necessities ie toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, etc can be replenished anytime as long as we dial 0 or 6 on the phone to ask the housekeeping staffs to do so. They greeted us friendly and promised to rearrange and clean our room two times a day. Most of the staffs were polite, friendly and helpful. The front desk staffs, for example, Eric, Micheal, Alison, Juergen and the others were very helpful with our room booking service during our first day visit. Thank you so much for the hotel staffs. Toni, Stanley, Bee, Kenneth ,and John assisted us placing all our luggage into the safe area and they assisted us with putting heavy load of luagges into our room after the chek-in. They aslo arranged the transportations for us to go to Disneyland as well as different famous places. We also appreciated other staffs like Juergen, Minjee, Micheal Wong, and Alison provided us the luxurious room for us to stay. The housekeeping staff was responsible enough to clean our room regularly-we are so sorry that we forget her name.

Hotel staffs are great. Alison, Juergen, and others helped me to arrange the exective room for me to stay immediately; the others such as Stanley, Toni, Jordon, and John helped me out to put all of my heavy luggage on the luggage trolleies immedaitely, after noticing me getting inside the lobby. Couple of minutes later, they assisted me with placing all of my stuffs in my room carefully. The gym and the swimming pool were very nice. Nevertheless, I was shocked that there was no poolside bar, so I needed to go somewhere else to drink alcohol. The concierge member Kenneth arranged the shuttle bus for me to go to Tsim Sha Tsui in a cordial manner as well as showed me how to get to the Tai Wo Hau MTR station. The staffs were nice to me. However, the hotel room furniture was overtly outdated. The sofa was discoloured. The air conditioning in the room and the lobby wasn't cold enough. Therefore, it was quite suffocating for me to stay in the hotel a bit longer. I would recommend my friends and family staying in this hotel if the room price is a little bit lower. …

Hotel staffs are great. The gym and the swimming pool are very nice. However, the hotel room furniture definitely is outdated.I would only consider to stay in this hotel if the room is on Executive floor which is 27/F or above.
