The hotel location in TST HK. It is very convenience for shopping & entertainment. There is many good restaurants & bar near hotel. Due to COVID situation, we could not visit oversea countries. Thus , we think Mira hotel is one of good choice for staycation in HK.

I booked a package with in-room meal at night and breakfast buffet the other day together with superior room. The staff realised it was the exact day of my husband’s birthday and had us upgraded to the club lounge floor. I supposed the difference between that and usual superior room was the view seeing their garden instead of the street(?) it was making the room a bit dark though. It was a quiet floor which is nice. Can’t ask for more in terms of convenience of the location, just a few minutes away from superstores and malls. The dinner was delicious we ordered Wagyu burger and chicken sandwich. The birthday mousse chocolate cake came with it but it’s slightly too sweet for us. The breakfast semi-buffet was in a comfy venue and got quite some variety of choices. The beacons were too hard and dry for chewing though. And I tasted my worst Latte ever. The room was designed well with big bath tub in it. It’s quite spacy that makes me wonder why is there no coffee table or anything similar to sublime the whole experience of in-room dinning? After all the after 6:00pm in-restaurant dinning has been forbidden during this time. Oops it’s slightly long, not a complaint but mostly appreciations indeed:). Those are just minor stuff to look at but we love the experience we had in Mira HK. Happy to recommend to friends.

Dear yeungwhit, Thank you for choosing The Mira Hong Kong for your husband's birthday staycation and for sharing your experience with us. We are thrilled to learn that you loved our arrangement and you had a memorable stay. Thank you also for highlighting our prime location and spacious guestroom. However, we are very sorry to read that you were disappointed with the quality of beacon and the taste of Latte. Our Culinary Director and F&B Director have immediately reviewed and made the necessary changes to improve quality and to bring it back up to the high level of standard that we are known for. Thank you very much for your feedback. Please come visit again for many more special occasions and we all look forward to welcoming you back to themirahotel in the nearest future. After a hectic search for a hotel suite for anniversary celebration, I finally landed on the Mira. Even without Marriott points eligibility, the glamping with a sizzle package is totally worth it. The package came with Christmas/winter decorations and were thoughtfully prepared. Even though we stayed way later than Christmas, it was still a nice touch to have the decorations. There is even an inflatable igloo (ice cave) on the terrace, being a very photo-worthy spot. The highlight of the stay was the private barbecue prepared by a hotel chef. The server was very helpful and hospitable. Even though it wasn’t as luxurious as our previous Ritz and St.R experiences, well-prepared and heartfelt service comes on top. I didn’t expect the barbecue dinner to be that big of portion since it was marketed for 2 adults 2 kids, and we dined as 4 adults. The food was great, well cooked and served in a very comfortable time and order. The package also comes with mini bar which is very generous. I only wished to have booked earlier to reserve a larger suite but this suite is already large enough for 2. The solo jacuzzi spa bath in the suite is smaller than the large one in the “spa suite” but much more powerful. I hope to come back and experience other designer suites for special occasions. It was magnificent!

Breakfast buffet didn’t have as many options as the last time I went. And the bed still have the same issue, the bed was hollow toward the middle of the bed. Staffs were nice and friendly. Facilities and the room were clean enough. The set dinner which included in the package was okay, I would give it 6.5/10.

It was, overall, an amazing stay. The whole experience is good regarding the 17/F playground and the convenience of the location. However, the hotel room was a bit clunky and worn. The lift lobby and corridor are extremely dark, you cant even see the room number.
