Stayed at this hotel for the third time now, this time we chose the executive room as it was a special occasion,
The room was a good size, clean and has everything you would need and what a view you get from the window.—- stunning—-
It’s situated very close to the Metro, 100 mts there is a bus stop outside the hotel, trams 50 mts you can’t go wrong with this location
There are a couple of features in the room that in my opinion need to be changed— the first is the bathroom light ——. The on off switch is at the door, makes life interesting if you need to go during the night, in my opinion there should be a switch beside the bed or a motion sensor light ( not bright ) so it comes on if you go in the bathroom during the night.
Secondly the bedside lights can only be turned on or off from one side of the bed —- so if you need the light on for anything both lights come on if your on the side with the switches if your on the other side you can’t put the light on or off— not very useful considering it’s an executive room.
It does have some perks which would be ok if they were explained better when checking in or written down in different languages explaining the perks and where they are and times etc.
All that said I would stay there again in a heartbeat it’s a great location for a short or long stay.

We stayed here at a time when Hong Kong was in the midst of difficulty. The service, food and room in the hotel are excellent. Value for money is super, and the staff went out of their way to help with any issues and make our trip as stress free and enjoyable as possible. We had a separate room for a our teenage son and they took care to make sure we were next door. Would highly recommend.

This is not my first time to Hong Kong but this time I stayed in a Hotel that made it easy for me to go to big cities like Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Macau. In Hong Kong you do not have to worry about transportation because it can be said that most 4 & 5 star hotels provide free transportation to shopping malls. What I want to emphasize here is the advantage of this hotel which has electric train stations that connect you to Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Macau. You just have to walk to the station that will connect you to the Cities I mentioned above. The hotel is also close to the Bus Station and taxis. The hotel really makes your trip easier.

The Metropark Hotel is in a good location, close to transport links. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. We were very pleased to be given a room upgrade - spacious, nicely furnished, comfortable bed and quality linen and a nice view to the harbour. The rooftop pool was not very big and the water was cold.
Breakfast buffet was plentiful, but the staff were really quite miserable. We were there for New Year’s Eve and chose to eat at the buffet dinner, but it wasn’t a pleasant experience because of the greedy guests (not the fault of the hotel).
Cleanliness was good, although the room carpet had a lot of stains.
The hotel aside, we didn’t like the city and it’s unlikely we would return.

I use this hotel for a mid range buisness hotel. The rooms are a decent size (by HK standards), clean and well maintained. Staff are attentive and helpful and deal with issues efficiently.
The meals from the cafe are pretty basic but will do if you can't be bothered going out. That said, there are some great restaurtants in the area and it definitely worth venturing out

We stayed for two nights in a well furnished room overlooking Victoria Park with views to Kowloon. The staff were efficient and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and we enjoyed a dinner in Vic’s Bar on our first evening.

The Hotel staff were very pleasant and it was good value, but the a/c wasn’t working. It was reported several times but I am under the impression that the whole system, not just the room, was not working as it should. The result was a stuffy, very humid room where nothing dried naturally and everything felt moist.

Convenient location, polite staff, and beautiful views. However the room and the hallways have a constant muddy odour which felt like a combination of moulds, cigarette and air freshener. Unlikely to return as I had airway irritation during the stay.

Metropark is conveniently located close to tram and MTR access to Causeway Bay and Central.
The rooms are comfortably furnished and reasonable size by Hong Kong standards. The lively 1/F floor bar serves good bar snacks.

Nice location. Value for money. Although the bathroom fixtures might need some updating but it is no big deal. Only complain was even if the floor was a non smoking floor it still smelled of cigarettes. Some guests just cannot follow simple rules of no smoking on some floors

We found the best way to contact the Metropark was telephone direct. I know it sounds ludicrous but it was the only sure way to actually speak to the hotel rather than through the chain system. We always found them to be helpful and we could get everything sorted quickly.(852) 2600 1000. remember to allow for the time difference (8 hours)
I am very surprised that they haven’t got back to you. My friends who we were going on holiday with emailed them a few times and had no problem. She told them we were celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary and they gave us a lovely room over the bay and a bottle of wine. I would just keep trying, maybe they have had problems over Christmas. Good luck, I’m sure you will enjoy your stay, staff are lovely.
