Stayed here for a week. Had a little issue with our reservation not showing that we had Club access so the first day we stayed there we did not get to have the complimentary breakfast, but the staff was very accomodating and taking care of the issue. Great location in TST, within walking distance to the MTR station as well... More

Hong Kong can be a noisy city in which to sleep, but InterContinental Grand Stanford delivered a peaceful night in a modern and comfortable room. Check-in and check-out were fast and smooth. I was given a room described as renovated. It was certainly newly decorated, and well equipped with furniture and fittings. The desk was great, the chair was better... More

Positives: impressive lobby / reception area, good size room, nice bathroom, great value for a 5-star hotel in Hong Kong, check-in and concierge staff were very helpful Negatives: view of harbour was half-blocked, decor a little dated

i thought i was booking the intercontinental on Salisbury road, so i was shocked at the killer price my friend was able to get me. I understood once we drove by the Salisbury road property I understood why she got such a great deal. I wasn't daunted and kept an open mind. The Grand Standford service was top notch, with... More

I have stayed here a few times (whenever I am in Hong Kong in fact), and have enjoyed it every time. The thing is, this is a good hotel-exactly what you would expect from an Intercon. Nice, clean, well furnished, excellent staff. But the beds... best I have ever slept in at any hotel, anywhere. They are so comfortable, i... More

Make sure to take executive floor. It is worth every dollar you spend. The lounge, private if on this floor, provides service above the normal. We always stays in executive/club floor room and this is one of the best I have been to. The girls working in the lounge are more than helpful and they always find a way to... More

I recectly stayed here twice in the past month. The first time we had a rennovaited room on 16th floor. We thought it was very nice. Loved the beautiful stone in the bathroom, nice powerful shower head, big comfy bed. I also loved the pillow menu and had to try a different one each night. **Highly recommend requesting a rennovaited... More

Stayed here 3 nights mid September. Mercedes Limousine waiting for us at the Airport and that wonderful drive to Hong Kong across those beautiful bridges. Reception staff polite and welcoming and we were upgraded to Harbour view on 18th floor - what a view overlooking the Avenue of Stars and across to that ever changing picture from daylight to the...
