I had wonderful romantic gateway staycation with my wife at Grand Stanford. When we arrive the hotel Ms. Diana Schleiter was check-in the room for us with great and professionalism service. This is my first time stay in Grand Stanford. (Although i visited their restaurants for many years). The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and with the stunning view of Victoria Harbour Sea View. Staffs service also 10/10. We will definitely will going back again.

FO, Fitness n Cafe staff all were very nice n helpful, the Indian Chef in cafe he was fabulous n attentive service to us, however the Japanese counter’s Chef he was rude n impatient when I asked for Scallop sashimi, he said “out of stock, wait!” “冇貨呀,等等呀”with rude attitude n the Chef left counter n went to back of house, I waited at counter about 1 mins the Cafe Manager ( I guess) he assisted me proactively to find the Chef back, however the Chef came back to Japanese counter didn’t took anything n pick up 1x pack scallop from fridge of Japanese counter without any word, I thought he just don’t want to open new one for me obviously and served 1 pcs to me, that’s not up to five star hotel standard, anyway other than that I was happy to stay in the hotel and thanks for FO staff free upgraded us to full sea view room.

Due to pandemic for over a year, I chose to be back this hotel which I missed in past couples year. Nothing much has been changed. But you could see the sanitizer all around you, the nice thing is the floor lift landing also have one so you can sanitize after coming out of the lift. The service level did not drop due to lesser staff as you could see when you step into the hotel. All staff still very polite and you can feel their willingness to help and make your stay be a pleasant one. I chose a staycation package including dinner and breakfast. The food quality still remain the same high level. Staff in restaurants are all very friendly and attentive. Pool is opened with limited number of people can get in which is understandable per government policy. Check out is awesome since all has been paid online when I booked the package. What I just need to do is drop the keys into the black color box at lobby - express checkout box. All in all, a decent and happy stay... Will be back around summer time if still cannot travel out of HK.

Staycation with family, we booked 3 rooms and would like to arrange on the same and high floor. Really appreciate front desk staff Oscar Kwok dedicate and excellent service. He tried his best on our room arrangement, kept us update from time to time and guided our kids to Easter activities in basement while waiting. Though we can only get all rooms at 5:30pm (we understand time required for cleaning) but we definitely have no complaint cause of his excellent service. Hotel room and other hardwares are fine as a 5 stars hotel. Nice environment and close to Victoria Harbour, walk to Avenue of Stars after dinner and close to K11 Musea. Good dinner and breakfast buffet. 12 of us, esp kids, were happy to spend our holiday there. Baking, egg hunting and b’day cake for our little b’day star! Special highlight, service of Intercontinental really shows what a 5 stars hotel is. Will recommend and come back with family again!

My family and I had our staycation during Easter Holiday. We had a wonderful experience. Surprised that every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thanks Ms Venus Yam for the seamless service provided which assist for check-in, baby amenities arrangement, restaurant booking, Easter Booth reservation, daily facilities reminder, etc. She is nice, kind and helpful. Our kids like her very much! Hotel care about the cleanliness and hygiene. We feel comfort and save during our stay. The door is sealed with a sticker to show the room has been disinfected. We also get a Clean Kit in the room, which have mask, alcohol wet wipes and instant hand sanitizer. We stay in a harbour view room and partial harbour view suite. Both rooms are clean and modern design. We could take a lot of instagramable photos from the sea view room with beautiful Victoria harbour view. We had a buffet dinner in Cafe on M. Food is tasty and fresh. Don't miss the signature truffle cheesecake, its so yum! Cafe's staff are nice and care about babies. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family, and I’m sure I’ll be back next time.
