The service is very good. I had no problems checking-in and out. Everything is very near, stores, train stations and star ferry. My stay was worthwhile. I have a slight concern with the socket though. Always ask the front desk for a compatible adaptor.

Shoebox size room, rock hard bed, jammed against 1 wall with no bedside lamp. Single 3ft Opaque glass window you can't see out of or open. Suitcase rack won't fit a standard large suitcase, no room for a second case, had to slide it under the telepone desk, which by the way was the only furniture piece. 1 coffee or...

I am not very much particular with rooms, beds and other hotel ammenities. For as long as i can sleep well, have a nice shower.. then all is fine. But what is very much important for me is the customer service and assistance of the people working in the hotel. And i think, the staff of Imperial (frontdesk) should really,...

This hotel is very central to shops. Star Ferry. Lots of eating places. The hotel is very clean, the bedrooms well furnished. The staff extremely pleasant. The hotel manager very attentive. I found it to be a very quiet hotel and had no problems with noise. The only negative thing is the bed was very hard. Although the house keeping...

The only pro is the hotel is in a great location right in the middle of Tsim Sha Tsui, with good forex outlets and shops right outside the hotel. They also lent us a universal adapter upon check-in. Cons: It may have been because of our nationality but the staff was rather snippy and did not answer our questions with...

The rooms are tiny, no notable features, the bed hard and the rooms has a lingering damp smell that its impossible to ignore, particularly if you have the air conditioning on. However, it's also dirt cheap compared to other options in the area. If you're looking for a hotel to relax in and enjoy the facilities, this is not the...

The smell is strong in this one. Once we walked into the room, it welcomed us. And you could see it growing on the wall paper. I politely asked front desk to move us to an acceptable room and they were nice enough to show us some choices and settled for one that was acceptable and this was room 406....
