This time is my 3rd times staying in this hotel. The view of the hotel is excellent, I can see the beautiful view of the Nathan rd. The location is very good, the subway is just a couple steps from the hotel. The bed is very comfortable. Me and my husband were having a good sleep yesterday. Besides, all the... More

The only positive for this property was the location. It's right in the heart of all the action. My family is local and said it was a great area but my sister and I aren't huge shoppers so we didn't appreciate it as others would. We chose based on price only. Hong Kong is expensive and we were on a... More

It's a bit pricey for the amenities we had for a triple room. But the location is the best, i could have rated it better if they have carpeted floors inside the room. But I was happy they let us checked in at 10am. The wifi in our room is good and free. There are lots of shops nearby and... More

Booking at the hotel's website was a breeze. We also contacted them via e-mail to confirm our early arrival and they were able to reply promptly and accommodate us when we arrived. The room is clean, spacious for the price at that time (roughly 600 HKD in a discounted season) and the promised amenities are available (ie. Hair Dryer, Refrigerator,... More

You can't get better in location as this, MTR stations, buses, shopping, eateries all at stones throw distances. Makes convenient as you do not need to call for taxis. If you are vegetarian and have preference for INDIAN food this is best as atleast 10 reasonably priced INDIAN restaurant Some negatives: No restaurant Limited English speaking staff

It is clean, they offer u daily bottle of water, coffee and tea, clean towels and bed sheets, the best thing about it is its location at Kowloon Nathan street and mtr station across the street, price when book at the hotel is cheeper than booking online, if will book online use Agoda best price.

MR. CHOI the GM, was my very first contact at the desk when I walked in and found out about the rates etc, on my trip last month. This is one gentleman who stands in the lobby, welcomes guests, sees to their comfort and asks if our day was bright and if there was anything he could do to help.... More

This is 2nd time I stayed at The Imperial Hotel. Location is the most convenient, short walk from MTR station, among busiest and tourist top spot Tsim Sha Tsui. However, room condition is average and very old. Carpet has smell. Overall cleanliness is ok.
