The rooms are quite, clean, neat and tidy. You get all the basics covered. The bed size is queen size good enough to accommodate 2 thin framed adult and 1 kid.
The bathroom is of decent size with bath area of very small size but good hot and quick shower with good water flow. They provide all the basic toiletries and 2 300 ml drinking water bottle complimentary daily. The room is cleaned and made daily.
But the room service is negligible as they have fix time once in a day for cleaning and topping all the complimentary. They don't have bell boy, luggage boy and very little staff.
But the location is very strategic in terms of transport convenience. Bus stop, mtr, tram stop all within waking distance of 2 to 4 mins. Bus stop for going opposite to hotel and for returning to hotel adjacent to it. MTR behind it.
Also stores like welcome,7 eleven, MacDonalds located at westwood mall near to the hotel (say 4 mins). one can get daily stuff like milk, fruits and other groceries from it. welcome is quite big store. But the hotel does not have any restaurants but they do provide water kettle in the room with few sachets for tea stuffs.
Moreover, there is no pure veg restaurant near by but one can eat at clayoven (indian veg, non veg restaurant) with 10 mins walk distance or one can take tram for going there. Also jaspa restaurant is near by it where one can have veg pizza, pastas and other stuff. they also deliver to your room if asked for. better to go to jaspa for veg stuff.
if you are food lover better stay at central, wanchai or kowloon/tsim sha sui.
Just keep in find if you select this hotel you need to carry your stuff by your own to the rooms as there are no luggage boys. that can become frustrating if are landing after a long flight with no idea of the above thing.
So in short its basic, simple, clean, hygienic and quiet hotel with minimum staffs and room service.
disneyland bus - A10 then r8
Airport bus - A10.
Oceanpark bus - 973 from belchers street.
The room and bed was clean and well serviced every day. but carpet it's a little bit look old. They need to change that.
A really good value for money flight with Oasis Hong Kong Airlines (see web-site and links for Hotels) The airline couldn't do enough for me and upgraded me on the return flight. The economy was confortable and the the red hot deal fare at £75 each way excluding taxes was a real bargain.
I found Cosco Hotel , Kennedy Town on the web-links, which was £190 for 7 nights. It was a pleasant hotel only 20 mins by tram from central, therefore very conveniently situated. The room and bathroom were clean and confortable and the whole hotel was nicely decorated.
The only negative was the bed was very hard!
I would really recommend this airline and hotel if you are considering a trip to Hong Kong and don't want to spend loads of money.
TOP TIP Buy yourself an Octopus Travel card at the airport , which gives you dicounted travel on Trams, buses, tubes, trains & Ferries.

It is in a good and prime location about 100 meters from HKU MTR station Exit C2. Having said that the walking distance from the train platform till the Exit C2 is about 300 meters but there are walking elevators in the passage which works inward in the morning and outward in the evening thereby helping maximum passengers.
There is a back entrance which can be used to go to Level 1 by lift. This entrance is not available to hotel customers after 7pm. Hence depending on where your room is located, you can prefer to use entrance in the morning hours. The back entrance is more closer to the HKU station.
There are 4 bus stops within a radius of 100 meters of the hotel. The bus A10 from the bus stop just opposite the hotel will take you to the HK Airport and it costs 40 HKD per person. The tram bus stops just outside the hotel. The tram works only withing the HongKong island.
Things which I did not like (this is definitely MakeMyTrip's fault with whom I made booking for this hotel) -
1. MakeMyTrip just said "Standard Room" and I got "Standard Twin Room". There are very limited "Standard Double Room" in the hotel and hence be sure what you are getting. It did not matter much to me, so I adjusted.
2. There is a security deposit of 200 HKD which will be returned when you check out from the hotel. Though this information should have been provided at the time of booking, it did not affect me as I had extra money with me.
3. The hotel has rooms which has view and no view. If you need a room with window, then you would need to provide this request upfront. I was provided a room with no view, but it was brighter and spacious.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to all.

Room was cleaned every day; sleep quality was good, and there was plenty of hot water for the shower.
TV did not have any English language options, but it did play MP4 files from a flash drive.
There is a Starbucks and McDonalds nearby, and the MTR is only steps away. The overall room size was good for the price. This spot is worth considering particularly if overall hotel prices are expensive when you're visiting Hong Kong.
Housekeeping lady refilled teabags once in 2 days :)
Can I pay the price for one person then?
A shopping mall and HKU MTR right behind it. You can reach HKU main campus through one of the exits, visit the monuments and stunning buildings, walk through lecture halls, bookshops, souvenir shops, Delifrance and Starbucks
Friends in HK recommended 3am dimsum restaurant which was cheap but didn't try it, according to them it serves the best dimsum in hk island.
A supermarket is just 150m away, selling cheap fruits and vegetables. 5 dollars for 2 broccolis
Wellcome store, Mcd, Watsons and Mannings are within walking distance
A park, swimming pool complex and a port (nice place to hang around and looking at ships and ppl bringing their fluffy dogs for relaxing)
"The front of the hotel is on a busy main road with trams so ask for a quiet room (on the side street)"Read full review
