Conrad Hong Kong garners acclaim for its top-notch amenities, including the executive lounge, and is lauded for the spacious accommodations and stunning views it offers. Nestled in a prime location, the hotel allows guests to easily explore local shopping, public transit, and attractions. While the cleanliness of the hotel receives high marks, opinions diverge on room decor, with some guests finding it outdated. Despite the hotel's intimate and charming atmosphere, several reviewers point out that the value proposition is diminished by steep prices and dated furnishings. The service stands out as attentive and professional, though not without occasional lapses.

I don’t usually write reviews but our stay was excellent and fabulous, it was credit to your professional Manager Mr. Joe Wong.

Booked staycation for one night to celebrate wife’s birthday, the room package come afternoon tea, evening cocktail, set dinner and breakfast, the package was reasonable. Due to social distance rules it only allow two persons share one table for dinner but we are traveling with our daughter, the reservation was so nice to change our set dinner as in room dining instead.

I also called hotel too to request celebration to surprise my wife, it was all taken care by the Manager-Joe, he was patient, professional and extremely helpful.

Upon arrival the hotel, our suitcase and baby trolley were well cleaned by the bellman, the reception had well arranged the queue to avoid people gather it and we offered to wait at lobby with quota tags provided. We were checked in by male staff (sorry to forget his name) who was warm, welcoming and well explained the booking benefit to us. Our room was upgraded with nice view and high floor, room was spacious, we also received welcome tea, welcome fruit and chocolate after checked in and the kids amenities also prearranged in the room. After checked in, we tried to visit the afternoon tea but the lounge was crowd and we have to wait more than 30 mins which is hard for us especially when you are carrying with a little kid. Joe had organized us to another lounge at lobby immediately. The dinner portion was good enough for two adults and the foods were delicious. We also received a birthday cake from Joe for my wife birthday celebration. Joe also followed up a call to our room to ensure everything was alright in our room.

The only disappointing: the pool was closed due to the pandemic, but understandable.

Overall, we had great stay for our staycation and thanked to all Conrad staffs especially Joe.

We last stayed at the Conrad Hong Kong in early 2017 and have wanted to return for another vacation. In early June 2019, we booked our flights and hotels thinking that, by December, all would be back to normal in Hong Kong.

We were a bit apprehensive to begin our trip - not only due to the protests, but because our two favorite team members (Jan and Amanda) from 2017 had moved on to a different Conrad. Not to worry. If anything, this stay exceeded our 2017 visit.

Due to potential demonstrations, we opted to spend most of our time in the hotel or in its vicinity. Hong Kong Park is a short walk from the hotel and always interesting to explore. Pacific Place was open again and a great place to power walk since entering the shops was rarely an option - i.e. not in our price range. Plus, due to low occupancy, we found the team members eager and willing to chat with us. Through them, we learned more about the history of Hong Kong and the background to the current situation.

As usual, we enjoyed daily breakfast in Garden Café. We also made sure we stayed one Sunday in order to enjoy Nicholini's fabulous Sunday brunch. We returned to Nicholini's twice in the evening for dinner. Each time, we were impressed by the excellent presentation, food, and service. Thank you, Kristofer, Claudio, Riccardo, Roberto, and Nolan! The poutine was a special added treat.

In 2017, this hotel provided us with a daily newspaper filled with "fake news." It resurrected the "fake news" during this stay and kept us laughing. We also appreciate the special personalized bears for all THREE of us. What can I say about a hotel team that indulges "a little girl's" obsessive mania to clean? Plus, she left Hong Kong with a new outfit and a nicely mended old one. Thank you, Hidy, Tami, and Gordon!

Kudos to Thomas and Stephane for maneuvering a tight ship through good times and bad. We can't wait to return!

We booked the bliss & brunch staycation package to celebrate my birthday which includes breakfast and brunch. We were greeted by the Duty Manager Joe Wong upon check-in. He is very sincere and wished me happy birthday, and reassure the birthday amenities arrangement. We can feel that we will be well taken care of during our stay because of the pleasant check-in experience. The brunch was good with unlimited champagne, and quite a few surprise dishes from time to time. The server serving my table is very attentive, and filled our champagne glass without asking, and remind us whenever there is a suprise dishe coming up. The breakfast in Garden Cafe is also impressive, there is a wide selection of food items and the staff is very efficient in clearing plates and refilling coffee and tea proactively. Upon check out, we bumped into the duty manager who check us in, and he checked on our stay experience.
Thank you Conrad for the memorable stay. I will definitely come back for another occasion. And your staff is an valuable asset to the hotel, especially the duty manager -Joe. Thank you.

Although we are unable to travel aboard, I think staying in local hotels is the best way to relax ourselves. I have searched a lots of options on staycation offered by different hotels but finally, I chose to stay in Conrad hotel for my birthday. I have bought the package offered by Klooks, extremely good value for money - staying in Executive floor with full harbour view, dinner at Nicholini’s Restaurant for 2, complimentary breakfasts, afternoon tea set, free access of the executive lounge, early check in at 11:00 am check in and late out at 4:00 pm (you have to ask for this when check in). Hotel offered excellent services no matter front desk staff, lounge and the restaurant. I already planned to stay in Conrad in coming weeks. And yes, I got a delisting birthday cake from hotel. What a wonderful birthday experience!

Conrad may not be a new hotel, I believe it is 30 years old, but it is well maintained and up-to-date. The room has USB ports and many outlets for charging. The air from the HVAC appears to be filtered. I tend to be allergic to pollen and dust but I did not get stuffy nose or sneeze all the while I was in the room and I was able to sleep really well.

We chose Conrad coz it has the highest CP package in Klook. It includes 4 meals, Chek-in & Check-out time has extended to 11am & 2pm with Harbour View Room.

Our room was at 43/F, there was no Wow effect when we entered, 2/3 of the view is blocked by the office building right in the middle. There was some complimentary fruits and chocolates.

The room and toilet were very spacious. But the toilet seat was extremely tiny, I though it was for kids. There was a TV on the wall, but the reception was so bad. The facilities were quite old, given that the hotel has a 30 years of history.

We did not try the Afternoon Tea but we went to the executive lounge for HH. The waiter only offered House wines & no drink menu, and there were very limited snacks. But the view was definitely better, request to sit on the high table to see the best view!

We went down to Brasserie for dinner. I ordered Foie gras for entree, crawfish soup, fish for main & chocolate mousse. There was no presentation on all dishes, the entree was plain, fish and pasta were tasteless. Waiter did not remember our order. Food and service did not meet the standard of a French restaurant.

Next morning, we went to Garden cafe for breakfast, very average breakfast buffet like most of the hotels.

All the staff were very friendly and polite. However, I'm quite disappointed in the meals, I'm not sure if this is because I ordered through package? Quite disappointed in Conrad after this experience.

Choosing a staycation package for any occasion becomes very popular nowadays. This time, I chose Conrad's "A Peace of Mind" package at HK$1,700+ including breakfast for 2, and HK$700 dining credit for mom's birthday.

Not many people checked-in on that Friday afternoon, the registration progress was smooth & speedy. Although there was no special decoration in our room, we received a birthday cake upon we returned to our room after dinner. Since mom prefers Chinese food, we had dinner at Golden Leaf which keeps high standard of food quality & service, and mom enjoyed her birthday dinner very much.

Besides, we could also see the attentive & high level of hygiene standard within this hotel.

Due to the government's restriction, the swimming pool & gym were closed during our stay. Nevertheless, we walked around at Pacific Place, also Hong Kong Park, which is just walking distance. We did had a relaxing & enjoyable stay.

My girlfriend and I booked the “a peace of mind” staycation package at HKD 1700/night++ to celebrate both our birthdays. As a Diamond member, and given the very special occasion, the hotel upgraded us to a suite despite it being a very busy weekend. As part of the package, check-in was 8am and done professionally by the lobby reception. We proceeded for breakfast at the cafe, and were welcomed by a very nice box of pastries in the room. Midway, the hotel sent across welcome tea, a bottle of red wine and a very nice box of chocolates to our room for the celebration. We had wanted to go to the 59F executive lounge for afternoon tea and cocktails, but were told it was full (the lounge isnt very big). To our surprise, the lounge offered to sent some food and prosecco to our room, despite them not obliged to do it. We also received a birthday cake from them which was of decent size and high quality. The next day for lunch, we decided to order room service using the $700 hkd dining credits that were part of the package, and got surprisingly good value from it. We made an earlier reservation for the lounge this time round, and were given a personal call to our room when the table was ready, and as you can see, the afternoon tea was nice but the views were just amazing. Instead of alcohol, we decided to stick with juice and tea, and were very impressed with the loose tea offerings from TWG (you have to ask the server for it). They also made a special exception for us to check out at 6pm so that we could use the lounge first before going back to pack.

To be fair, Conrad HK isn’t perfect and you will notice the rooms are slightly dated and the breakfast selection was pretty ordinary. However, the hotel more than makes up for this with their 6 star service. While my stellar experience could be partly due to my Diamond status, I will argue that even if I had no status, this staycation package is hands down the best value in HK right now.

I will strongly encourage everyone to book a staycation package with Conrad, which will also go a long way in supporting the hotel industry and wonderful staff who have been working tirelessly during these challenging times. In addition, it is Conrad HK’s 30year anniversary and you get a limited edition duck ;)

Lastly, I will like to make a special mention to Grace, Tammy and Bryan from the exec lounge for their memorable service

We were on a Staycation offer package which included afternoon tea, evening drinks, 4-course dinner at Nicolini’s and breakfast, together with early check-in and late checkout. The stay was enjoyable, the room was comfortable with great views, service overall was excellent, and the hotel gave us surprises with lovely in-room decoration and a champagne once they knew we were on our anniversary celebration. We especially loved the package included access to executive lounge where we had afternoon tea, evening drinks and breakfast there. The dinner was good but we would think the food standard could be higher yet we were still satisfied. Overall highly recommended!

1. Hotel staff are friendly and attentive in general, except one gentleman at the Executive Lounge.
2. Lunch buffet was great, with seafood and nice hot dishes. Breakfast & afternoon tea are just average.
3. Room is spacious. Sadly I found a thin layer of dust over the mini bar. Other areas are clean though.
4. No welcome chocolates/ refreshments, but one stale banana and an apple placed lonely on a dish at one of the rooms we stayed.
5. No hand sanitizer / mask provided in room, where most 5-star hotels in HK did.
