雖然隔呢三日, 差唔多二千蚊晚, 但住/豪得好開心, 滿足曬我狂睇波~ 仲要係費達拿退休前最後賽(食、睇、 瞓, 沖涼… 不斷循環) 絕對唔駛煩食(好味呀又健康! 又晚晚有生果, 健康過我瞓屋企, 有齊三餐飲食定時, 真係超有定律和健康), 牀又軟硬適中可能因為喺以色列瞓咗三日硬地露營, 暗裡身體最誠實比較了lol) 送餐時間我話事, 所以嘢食送到來仲係熱😍😍 except for the dim sum of breakfast which was almost cold 😕。 隨時可request 🍋slices 補充vitamin C✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻 Bright room, good air con, good bathroom, good mattress, duvet, soft and fluffy slippers...... I would recommend according to my experience 總之無得輸😂😂😂😃😃😃
I’ve stayed at the Langham many times and have always found the quality of both product and service to be great. This time was an extended stay and the staff went the extra mile to make my two weeks feel like home. Everyone from the front desk, room service, Club lounge, and especially concierge made me feel so welcome and looked after. Agnes welcomed me on arrival and I was surprised with an upgrade to a gorgeous room with a waiting bottle of champagne. Room service was always delivered promptly and food was always hot and fresh. Special thanks to Marco at Concierge and Kenny in room service.
Room is spacious and clean; staff is very friendly and helpful. Room facilities are good enough. Food is not hot enough and choice is limited which should be improved but minibar in room has good surprise.
This hotel is old. King size bed a two singles put together plus a mattress pad. The mattress pad is too small to cover the two singles ending up with sloping sides and I tend to slide down (see pictures) The TV is fixed and difficult to watch and control while sitting on the sofa. The light controls are too far to reach from the bed and I had to slide down get up and turn the lights on and off. Then of course, no USB outlets. I was on the 9th floor and it took 15 minutes of for hot water to get there. Service was however superb.
I was unable to board my original flight to Hong Kong since the airline staff were not familiar with the verification of e-visas (these visas are introduced last December and can be verified online). The airline staff asked the HK immigration office for permission to board but the permission did not arrive before departure, so I was denied boarding. This was entirely airline’s fault. However The hotel was very kind to allow me to change my booking date at no cost, even though it was the airline’s fault.
Langham is warm and classic, excellent service and offers great food. It complements spirit of Hong Kong . All my emails were promptly responded every time. CheckIn-Checkout were smooth and rooms are luxurious . Its was a great 3 day stay .
This was my first time to stay at the Langham Hotel and I can say what a wonderful stay it was , great team who cared about your comfort, the food was very good and a very positive vibe, great location
This is worst hotel comparted to another 5 star. After all the reviews about Langham. I never experienced anything so bad for a 5 star hotel The room was old and the bathroom ceiling paint show some peeling. The food was like cafeteria food. Too salty and no taste.
Stayed here Dec 19 in the Riots. Small hotel, pretty lobby, really friendly staff. Traditional British luxury. Great location to get out and explore HK. 5 min walk to green star ferry. Ultra branded shops on your door step ! Great start to our HM
Good hotel overall, the room was very comfortable. Person in the concierge a bit rude, not willing to give directions as a foreigner who has never been to Hong Kong. They also charged me 15$ for taking the slippers. I've travelled too many luxury hotels and have never been charge for taking the slippers as they can't be reusable. A bit disappointed in the rude service for such a legendary hotel as I have stayed in the one at London where the service was amazing. Won't come back, next time I am staying at the four seasons:)
