This has always been my choice of hotel every time I visit Hong Kong. They are now managed by the Accor Group and rebranded as a Parklane Pullman. The main lobby is nicely renovated with a modern look, typical of a Pullman property. In my most recent trip, I was hosted by Sherman and is most impressed by his professionalism...

Upgraded lobby and common areas. I got an upgraded room with one of the newly refurbished rooms with good standard. Some it challenges remains, example how to connect to in room hifi via bluetooth required to change channel on tv. Unfortunatly the remote did not allow to change this. Unfortunatly the rooftop bar was closed due to bad weather.

Rooms unchanged and favorite for China visitors given proximity to shopping. As registered guest, found to my surprise access to fitness center no longer complimentary??? I have stayed at Parklane a few times before they became Pullman. The location is excellent. Mtr station is just at the next block. Plenty of food and shopping around the area. I stayed on the executive floor on this occasion. The newly renovated rooms look very modern and cosy. Plenty of charging points including usb charging ports. I had...

Nice finishes but the yellowish/brown design on carpet is not very pleasant . The view is blocked by an old condo even though it had partial harbour view. Lovely desk & arm chair w footstool combo. Huge updated bathroom & one of the biggest safe deposit box I've ever seen in the wardrobe.

I had a good stay. Staff were helpful and polite. The family room was splendid! And the place is totally convenient with shops everywhere, and near the MTR. I had the chance to go to the lunar new year fair at Victoria Park as well! However, the food was very expensive, and not worth the price. The buffalo wings that...

I am really surprised that this hotel does not rate more highly here on TA. We had a great stay. Couldn't fault it. When our kettle stopped working it was replaced within 3 minutes. Great views from the water facing rooms. Super roof top bar (maybe a little expensive?). Brilliantly located near pretty much everything and 3 stops to Central....

First time staying at Park Lane, checked in on 28th Jan, out on 31st Jan 2016. Suffered more than 15 bug/insect bites during the 2nd night and had to visit St. Paul's Hospital twice. Right hand swelled horrendously, I nearly had to be admitted for intravenous antibiotics. Hotel apparently checked the room after I'd checked out and said there were...

Staying in Wan Chai / Causeway Bay

Neighborhood Profile
Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centers of Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and restaurants, both areas are bustling with people – tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart. Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye – find boutique stores in the above ground floors of buildings and wander into side streets to find interesting restaurants and shops tucked away from the main roads. Wan Chai especially has experienced a modern revival in recent times, with an influx of trendy restaurants and bars around the Star Street area. In addition, both areas contain many of Hong Kong’s iconic tourist attractions worthy of your visit.
