Parklane Hotel is our hotel of choice every time we come to Hong Kong. The location is super convenient, and the rooms are nice, clean, and spacious.

Our dining experience in Playt is also nice, the selection is good and the food is nice and fresh. Dessert was awesome.

I am writing this review to commend the staff on the 26/F lounge. All the staff are very friendly and attentive, specially Ms. Galina, she’s very approachable and she made sure to take care of me during my many visits to the lounge. She recommended me to try HK style milk tea, just pour the milk into the hot tea, it’s super good!

On one of my afternoon tea time, I showed her photos of my dog on my phone, and moments later she gave me her drawing of my dog! Such a lovely surprise. cпасибо!

Staycation to celebrate our anniversary was our purpose and everything we asked for in advance, they delivered. Since we preferred to have a room with a bathtub, we downgraded to Deluxe room instead of the Pullman room which is newly renovated. The difference is in the bathtub and the room decor is a bit dated. Nevertheless, still neat, clean and tidy. The wifi still strong and TV with many international channels. We love the view into the Victoria Park and the harbour. I asked for 6 pillows of various kinds, they gave 8! The bed was super comfortable. The bathtub only fits me (petite size) but not so much for my better half. He enjoyed the rain shower though. The coffee machine was fantastic though they could have topped it with real milk instead of coffee mate powder. The staff is more than happy to supply more coffee or tea bags.
We enjoyed our time at the executive lounge for an afternoon snack, cooking class and cocktail drinks (all part of the package). The dinner at the Skye bar was excellent. The friendly staff made a world of difference as they made us feel right at home and on a vacation at the same time. Many thanks to Helen and her team on the executive floor, Atkins, Elise, and Hilary. The cooking class was fun and informative as sous chef Ryan made it so easy to cook a difficult dish with everything prepared for us.
We watched 2 movies in the nearby cinemas and explored Victoria Park. There is so much to do in Park Lane and it is easy to get to.

I usually evaluate hotel service on two perspective.
First, its hardware - the room condition, its amenities, location
and second its software - how the management and staff make me feel welcomed.

Location wise, it is located at Causeway Bay and right beside the Victoria Park,
this hotel can suit business travelers really well.
And I was really impressed with the design of this hotel;
on my previous two Pullman stays in other properties I never seen the iconic design symbol of Pullman Hotels.
I could not understand why they call Pullman a Premium brand, but only after I visited the Park Lane, I could realize Pullman is an upscale hotel.
And also I was aesthetically impressed and inspired on how they used art works and colors on their property.
The only downfall of this hotel, as many other guests have pointed out, is lack of pool.

Hong Kong and its hoteliers are famous for their service, so there is always a guarantee that they won't fail you but I always had the feeling that I was being cared by the Park Lane team even before I checked in.
I really want to thank Park Lane's Guest Relation Team, especially Ms. Gigi Yeung, for her service and smile during my stay.

Finding a family room in Hong Kong without paying through the nose is next to impossible (see note at the end). Bearing that in mind I'm not going to make the claim that this place is value for money, but in the absence of any stronger claims for value for money in the area I'll make the alternative claim that this place is just simply an excellent place to stay.

I was wondering about whether it would be a bit far out compared to the many areas of HK and Kowloon but its' positioning at the opposite end of the block to an MTR station means easy access to everywhere you might want to go. The local area has plenty of reasonable restaurants, bars, and is opposite Victoria Park.

The hotel itself was spotless, very comfortable, and were only to happy to go above and beyond the basics (providing extra towels late at night after our youngest had an accident; informing and assisting us in catching the free shuttle to HK Station when we said we were going to get the MTR).

Disclaimer: I booked and paid prior to the recent disturbances. Checking the hotel's site during our stay, the same room would have been $100 per night cheaper but I have to imagine that is a temporary change.

I stayed for one month at The Park Lane Hong Kong with my girlfriend and had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. We definitely would like to return to this hotel in the future.

My reservation was handled mainly by senior sales manager Marchello. He was very helpful, provided excellent customer service and did a superb job following up on any questions we had during our stay.

I chose to stay at a Premium Deluxe (Victoria Park View), and the room was bright, spacious (for HK standard) and well-equipped. The housekeeping staff were polite and friendly and did a great job making up the room, always leaving it clean and fresh. The room was also soundproof from street noise, but occasionally, we could hear noise coming from outside the room door from people in the hallway.

Our favourite thing about the hotel is its very convenient location. Close to the Causeway Bay MTR station and close to all of Causeway Bay's best shopping and dining options (Lee Garden, Sogo, Times Square, etc.).

I did not dine at any of the hotel's restaurants, so I cannot comment on that, but I used the gym a few times. I usually would not go to gyms during the pandemic, but as they had put in place protective dividers between the treadmills and the staff cleaned the equipment immediately after each use, I felt safe when using their gym.

Overall, I am happy with my stay at the Park Lane Hong Kong and recommend it to others.

My wife and I spent two weeks locked in our room for COVID quarantine, and the staff and amenities were everything we had hoped for. Regularly refilled room necessities (water, soap, towels, etc.) and helped facilitate deliveries from grocery stores, restaurants, and even electronics retailers (for Switch purposes).

I travel a lot, and I found the Park Lane Hong Kong a great place to stay. The location is very good, with Victoria Park directly across the road, the underground/subway in the next block, and a lot of shopping opportunities right on the doorstep.
The room was very nice and kept serviced with no inconvenience at all by excellent staff who were very observant and always noted when we were leaving and checked if we were happy for them to go in.

We had the use of the Business Lounge, which I highly recommend.

The staff as a whole are fabulous! My husband stays here often and they always greeted him (and me) by name and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. It’s not an overwhelming attention, just really nice and positive. I rate the Park Lane Hong Kong, with their staff, as one of the top two hotels I’ve stayed at.

I have stayed at the Pullman now almost every month of 2019, and will not stay anywhere else in Hong Kong. As a hotel, the rooms and services provided are great, and the location in Causeway Bay is convenient for mixing business and pleasure.

It is not the hotel itself that makes the Pullman stand out. It is the people. I have not encountered such a caring, professional and friendly team of people anywhere in my years of travel. They make the hotel a home away from home for me, with true customer service, always making me feel welcome and going above and beyond because they want to, not have to.

It’s always a risk naming people because you always miss someone. Jennifer Chan heads an amazing front office team and always makes time to catch up in the lounge or when checking in or out. Cindy on the Accor desk has become a true friend, looking after every aspect of my stay to make me feel at home. She is well supported by Gigi, Cason, Hannah, Cato and Wing who are never short of a greeting or wave as I pass through. Even the doorman welcomes me by name every time I arrive!

When it comes to the executive lounge, newly opened in September, I haven’t experienced a better environment or team. They are all quick to look after you and spend time chatting, ensuring nothing you need is looked after. Helen and Sandy led a fantastic team. Hilary is another true friend, knowing when to stop and chat and when to allow space to work, her designer cocktails are not to be missed! Add in the highly professional Roger, the lovely Belle, Carol and Jekaterina, the gentle and funny Jack and you have the hotel A Team.

With recent troubles in Hong Kong, the staff are knowledgeable and caring, ensuring guest safety is taken care of in personal and professional manner. I have never felt better informed and cared about when protests have taken place.

Whether business or pleasure, I recommend the Pullman/Park Lane Hotel in the highest terms.

Jeniffer and team - thank you for making every stay pleasur Le and memorable. See you later today!

My partner and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. A big thank you to Matthew and the rest of the staff for their excellent service. The decor throughout the building and inside our room was stylish, modern and fun. We had difficulty using the lights for some reason - they all worked but I think there's a master switch that overrides the others and we were never sure when it was on or not.

We paid extra for the Executive offer and this was most certainly the right choice for us: breakfast and afternoon cocktails with appetisers were delicious/plentiful and we also received great discounts at the Ebb & Flow lobby bar (shoutout for the excellent espresso coffee), the SKYE rooftop bar and room service. I was worried about the 'final' bill, but thankfully was pleasantly surprised with the total - great value overall. The rooftop garden yoga class on Saturday morning was also very good.

Location is excellent - everything is nearby (transport, shopping, restaurants, etc) and the large park across the road is also nice to stroll around.

Had been staying in Park Lane Hotel numerous times during my day offs to wind down from work. Not only because I could benefit from the ALL membership, but also because of the homely experience I receive whenever I stay here.

Checking in was hassle-free, with Gigi handling the whole process very smooth and professional. Originally booked for the Premium Deluxe Room, but Gigi kindly upgraded us to the newly refurbished Premium Pullman Room, which includes a spectacular view of the Victoria Harbour. Shortly after I entered the room, I received a personalized welcome card from the Loyalty Service Team and also a fruit flatter, which makes me feel very warm and elated. But when my companion arrived at the hotel and examined the room, he was a bit disappointed when the room does not include a bathtub. We therefore went to the front desk again and luckily we were able to receive another upgrade of our room from the reception, which allowed us to enjoy our stay in the very stylish Deluxe Executive Room.

With the included dining credit from our package, we patronized the SKYE restaurant which is located on the top floor of the hotel. We were lucky to be seated at the window side, which allowed us to enjoy the spectacular night view of the Victoria Park during our mealtime. The quality of the food was superb. I especially enjoyed the signature cocktails and their beef wellington. However, the service of the restaurant has room for improvement, as the staff could hardly notice us while we want to take an order, even when my companions tried to make eye contacts with the staff, still no one intended to approach us, and I somehow find it rather rude to raise my hand to call the waiter over for any requests we are about to make every time.

The buffet breakfast was sumptuous, with a wide range of selection of food such as cereals, salad and even dim sum and Chinese noodles. My companion and I enjoyed the breakfast very much, and I could proudly say that this is the best buffet breakfast offered among all other Accor hotels in Hong Kong.

I was contented and very delighted with the overall experience I had this time on our stay at the Park Lane Hotel. Once again, many thanks to everyone who is working hard behind to help making our staycation a special and memorable one, especially to Ray from PLAYT, who kindly assisted us during our breakfast, and to Cindy from the Loyalty Service Team, who kindly assisted me for the check-out of my room. I had a great time having small talks with her, which made me felt like meeting an old friend of mine. In fact, I believe everyone at the Loyalty Service Team deserves kudos for their efforts of making my every stay at the Park Lane Hotel an enjoyable and memorable experience. Would definitely visit the hotel again in the near future :)

Airport Express to Hong Kong station, then taxi from station to hotel is the quickest. For information regarding renovated rooms, as this is most probably an on-going process, best to contact the hotel directly.
