No complaint... Speedy and Excellent greeting upon check in by Mr. Edmond...The air conditioner is always on not like others especially in Summer season. Other hotels you need to turn it on by yourself when you get into the room and wait for few minutes before your room get cool down. I think because this it is really different from... More

This hotel is located in a very good area of Kowloon TST East on Mody Road. Nice local dining choices across the street. It is a less busy than Nathan and Canton Roads and the MTR is only a few blocks away so all of Hong Kong is reachable. The hotel dining is OK I had mostly breakfasts the staff... More

NWM is coveniently located in Kowloon to take advantage of the (expensive) shopping. Our Refurbished room had a great view across the harbour to Hong Kong island. Staff were helpful and obliging, nothing too much trouble., although some were a little inexperienced. The pool on the roof was a small rectangle, poor by modern standards. Gym had a good range... Stayed here 2 nights with my hub for this wedding/honeymoon trip to Hong Kong. We were given a harbour view room, the room is spacious and we couldn't be more happy to find out there's a handy phone in room to use during our stay, make our life so much easier in Hong Kong :) Room is spacious and the... A good place to stay - central location easy to travel to attractions / markets. Great staff. The pool is a good size and the view from the harbour facing rooms is great. I would stay again and would be happy to recommend.

Gorgeous hotel, but the food and room service in general was terrible. Every meal was brought incomplete, and I had a broken window shade that apparently housekeeping didn't think to report. They had to have seen it every night, yet they just left that one shade up & put the others down. And the beds are hard as a rock-... More

The architecture is amazing enough. The layout of our king room, spacious, luxurious bath with soaking tub and separate double head shower. Stocked mini fridge, plush linens, Asian styling throughout, smart lighting. We won't always spend $180/night when we visit, but with feeling like King and Queen for a few days and the beautiful view of the skyline, we will... More

My mother and I visited HK for a week and stayed at this excellent hotel. The room was lovely and clean with a stunning view of Victoria Harbour and the Cafe East restaurant was lovely too, even though it is expensive! But the most positive aspect of our stay was the outstanding reception staff. They helped us with numerous things... More

We have been to Hong Kong many times but usually stay in the Tin Hau/Causeway Bay area. We were a little nervous about "moving over" to Kowloon but the New World Millennium was terrific. Our suite was large and well appointed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout the hotel but especially in Executive Lounge. The breakfast was very... More
