Best hotel for business in hong kong

Hello This month (Jul - 2019) I traveled to Hong Kong and stayed at the Prince (Marco polo) hotel, floor 16. I got a very worm hospitality by the continental club team and very professional treatment so i could work very efficiently during this travel. the club and the room is perfectly clean and organized. the food was very tasty and a lot of variety, the team always ask you if you need something, want any food or any drink and helps you to be focused on your business. this place is also equipped with all what you need (electricity adapters, wifi, personal accessories, meeting rooms, drinks , exchange money, luggage storing and all you need when you are away from home, even at late hours. I would like to thank especially to Ms Moon Tang who was always smiling and was very caring for our comfort during our stay.…

Great service!

This is one of those upscale hotels worth paying for. Rooms are spacious and it's great for groups/families. This hotel has been around for years, but rooms are properly maintained and that gives me reason to come back. Customer service is excellent! Location is very good, near both Star Ferry and MTR stations, plus being in the center of Tsim Tsa Tsui which is one of the most convenient areas to stay to visit Hong Kong. Below the hotel is the Harbour City Mall which was a great indoor place to eat and shop if you decide not to go out to the crowded streets. And it's also connected to Ocean Terminal, with another stretch of shops and restaurants, plus access to the Star Ferry and Cruise Terminal. Across is the Kowloon Park, which is a very nice place to relax amidst the city's busy life all around it. From airport, you can take the airport express train and complimentary shuttle bus right to the hotel. We've stayed in both continental and non-continental floors and rooms and service are both excellent. But the continental floor is highly recommended especially if you have time to spend in the hotel like having proper breakfast, and mid-day rests for example. There is a lounge that offers a great breakfast selection and mid day drinks and both hot and cold snacks as well and some space to read and relax or have a chat with the rest of your group mid-day.…

Very great place, best service

Very greate place, excellent service, very clean and comfortable room. Additional thanks to Moon. It was my best time. The breakfasts are very good. A lot of different food. The launch time is very convince. The team are always smiling and trying to help.

Attentive Lounge Ladies

Towards the end of my stay in HK, there was a protest near the hotel. The lounge ladies were aware that i was travelling with my two young kids and made it a point to get my contact details so that they can keep me update on the situation near the hotel and the protest as I had planned to stay in HK island for the day. They kept me updated on the situation and made sure I was back in hotel later in the night. Thank you for making the extra effort to ensure our safety. …

Excellent Service

My parents and sister were there in Hong Kong over the weekend last April and of course stayed in Marco Polo Prince Hotel, our home in Hong Kong. They wanted to commend and thank the help given by the whole Concierge Staff for being so helpful in ordering the Chinese medicine (Ling Chi).
