The room is badly maintained. The headboard of the bed is torn, they just used some sellotape to seal it. Dirts and stains are found on the wall and sofa where you don't want to sit on it. Towels are wearing out with a big hole and pats of dirt or coloured with some dark colour stuff, you'll never know. There are better choice with this price.
Checked in to their unit for a couple of days. We loved it so much we wanted to extend our stay. Too bad it’s fully booked, they could not accomodate us. Ended up in a cramped airbnb instead. The place is great, very private, limited noise albeit being situated along the busy queen’s road east. Location is superb! Direct bus to The Peak just outside the building, walking distance to so many restaurants that you’d never run out of a place to eat, fruit market just around the corner, etc. Would love to stay here again.😊
Good value for money , close to mtr station , i was with my family , two boys , was a good option with adding sofa bed, may need a little bit of maintenance but in general considering the location and the family room option it is very good
In the heart of Wan Chai, therefore quite expensive. I stayed there for 2 weeks, and then - after a short trip to Malaysia - I was there again for few more days. On the first stay I was in Apt. D, good sized (500 sq ft), facing the street, but dark. The dark furniture + the heavy brownish curtain made the place so dark and unattractive. My second stay was in Apt. C, a studio of about 300 sq ft, facing the interior, very bright and with a much larger and nicer bathroom. Common features of both apts: they were dirty (I cleaned all furniture with disinfected towels - a lot of towels!!) and they were expensive. So, thank you for the accommodation, but no more in the future.
The location is very convenient. A short walk to Lee Avenue and you can get to the MTR station from there(exit D). Nearby you can find 7-11 and other eateries. The apartment is clean however I killed 15 cockroaches during my 6 night stay despite the fact that no cooking was done during the stay and we throw our food remnants outside every night. The management office is on the second floor but they are not operated 24/7 hence it will be good to check if they are open when you check in. There are 2 restaurants in the same building and the food smell goes into the lift. Self serve laundry is on the 9th floor however there is no dryer. The toilet is good size however the door to shower opens inwards instead of outwards. As a result you will have to squeeze yourself in as the door occupies 2/3 of the shower space. The walls and main door of the apartment is rather thin. Each night I can hear the next unit opening and closing. Sounds can be heard from the ceiling when someone drags the furniture or drop something. Wifi is provided however there are times when I am connected but there is no internet access. The street is very quiet at night so you will be able to get a good night sleep. The apartment is good for families however if you have older children, privacy may be an issue as the door to the bathroom is frosted. Overall my stay is pleasant except for the cockroaches. …
