Outstanding personalized service from the people who make this property great.
The location is very good and the rooms have a great view no matter which direction you're facing (city or harbor). The rooms were well-appointed, immaculately clean, had all the amenities and I appreciated the added safety of needing a room card to access the guest floors.
Tin Lung Heen was delicious. We ate there for dessert and breakfast. The service was absolute perfection. My mother was initially seated at a four top one row back from the windows but had asked for a table with a view. As soon as an appropriate table opened up, they moved my mother's breakfast items to the new table while she was getting food and let her know they had moved her. We also visited Ozone hoping for dessert and were thankful hotel guests can generally get a table. We also appreciated the honest suggestion of the hostess that Tin Lung Heen accessed from floor 103 had an equally nice view and served dessert until midnight when I asked where we might be seated (in Ozone) with lower noise levels. The restaurant was the right call for a quieter dessert.
The pool and three extra spaces (hot tub indoor, hot tub on the terrace, and ice plunge indoors) were clean, attendants were welcoming and showed us the space, and were careful with my elderly mother's safety. The fitness center was clean and had more than enough equipment for the guests to use when I was there. I would have liked a little more space for stretching but the attendant helped me find some floor space just outside the meditation room.
This is a high-touch property with plenty of staff available to help you find your way, make sure you get into the next elevator, get from Elements to the hotel reception, get your bags, get you a taxi and more. Team members like Barry who welcomed us at reception and showed us our room and explained the layout of the hotel demonstrated service at its best. The entire staff at Tin Lung Heen was professional, welcoming, friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. My favorite person was Wesley in the Bell Services staff. They were so genuinely kind each time I crossed paths with them on the day of check-in. When I returned to the property after retrieving our luggage, Wesley brought the luggage up to the room for us and noticed the birthday balloons and decorations. Later that evening, Wesley left the sweetest, hand-written birthday card which I cherish.
I highly recommend the RItz Carlton Hong Kong. If you go, please say hi to Wesley for me.

This is my tenth time celebrating my birthday at Tin Lung Heen, and I couldn’t be more impressed by the manager, Edwin Ngai, and his team. A heart-shaped red balloon and a hand-drawn birthday sign greeted me at our table, and I was stunned by how beautiful it was. Edwin also offered us complimentary desserts, including my favorite dessert of all time—chilled mango pudding—and traditional Chinese longevity peach buns. I cannot thank Edwin and his team enough for their generosity and hospitality. I’m already looking forward to my next birthday celebration at Tin Lung Heen.

The stay was incredible. From the moment of check in, they were able to accommodate a request on adding flowers and chocolates and customized balloons to make me and my fiance stay special. They even made a special bubble bath with rose petals. During our entire stay, room service was very efficient and they even cleaned the room immediately when we go out and leave little chocolates. We enjoyed the scenery very much with the hotel bed being very comfortable, and office area suitable to do work when needed. The amenities are incredible. The indoor pool was heated at a perfect temperature, they even had video of the ocean to make it more relaxing. The pool staff was very nice, gave even chocolates and wine. The pool area even had cucumber infused drinking water and had a sauna and jacuzzi area that is superb. Going to the restaurants, the staff are very friendly and special thanks to Laxmi and Jessica for making our night special by providing us with excellent service. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay special, amenities and facilities are amazing, we love the food and restaurant available and most especially the view the hotel brings. Definitely one for the books!

While traveling though Hong Kong on business in China & Australia, my wife saw that one of our colleagues was in Hong Kong on holiday with her family. We decided to meet up at Ozone at the Ritz Carleton since it is connected to West Kowloon Station.

My initial thought was that the restaurant would be hella expensive; however, I was pleasantly surprised to see that all the prices were incredibly reasonable. Not to mention that the food was fantastic and drink menu was amazing.

After almost two weeks in China, I was craving an actual real beer (the choices in China mainland are basically Tsing Tao, Tsing Tao, or Tsing Tao). Thankfully Ozone had a decent selection of locally-brewed craft beer. It was delicious.

My friends had actually been there earlier in the day, and the staff remembered them by name when they returned with me in tow, which was impressive. When we first arrived there weren’t any patio seats available but as soon as three became available Jess immediately came to us, put all of our drinks and food on a tray, then sat us at the best seats in the house outside so I could enjoy the stunning view.

Jess continued to be incredibly attentive for the duration of our stay.

Additionally Missan stopped by a few times with different drink recommendations for us, she was also incredibly welcoming and courteous and even offered to snap a photo of us in front of the city scape.

As a young adult I worked in food service for many years, so I genuinely appreciate thoughtful, good service that is a perfect balance of helpful while allowing parties to enjoy their time together. Missan and Jess exemplify this. As an employer now, these are the exact traits I look for in all my team members.

Because of this exceptional service Ozone has definitely earned a repeat customer in me whenever I return to Hong Kong, and I will highly consider The Ritz Carleton as a location to stay when I am in Hong Kong as well.

We stayed here as a honeymoon. I was a little nervous because it was a high-end hotel that I was a little bit overpriced for as a souvenir, but the staff who helped me were all smiling and I was happy that they tried to understand and communicate with me without a single frown, even though I only speak Japanese! The pool on the top floor is not only well-equipped, but the staff also didn't feel like they were staring at me at all, and they were always there to lend me a hand when I needed to. They gave me a kickboard, wiped the path I walked on immediately to make sure I wasn't slippery, and when I returned, they smiled and asked me if I was coming to swim again. They were very friendly and we had a great time.
We also used the lounge, and Lincoln, who helped us there, was very kind to us, and when he noticed that we were going to eat in the lounge, he smiled and talked to us and was friendly. It was a shame that we couldn't meet the next day because he wasn't working, but we talked a lot and took pictures together, and made good memories! It's difficult to stay here often, but I would definitely like to stay here again on a special day like an anniversary! It was a wonderful and memorable honeymoon. I ended up buying a lion keychain, and I'll treasure it! Thank you!

A “pinnacle” experience not only figuratively but also literally at the top of Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Only 20 minutes ride on the Hong Kong AirPort Express ($100.00 Hong Kong dollar) to the Elements Shopping Mall at Kowloon Station, and following the signs to reach the hotel’s ground reception at L9. Check in is at L103 with about a minute’s elevator ride!

Once inside my upgraded corner suite on the 110th Floor, the scenery was magnificent even though the wether was quite gloomy. There was even a monocular telescope in the living room!

With Dyson blow dryer and seamless smart/bidet (not Toto, but with a minimalist design remote), the TV in front of the bathtub is simply the icing on the cake!

The impressive infinity pool with constant 30 degree Celsius water temperature is also one of the best with friendly staffs who are not life guard, but keeps close watch on the area for exquisite cleanliness and takes pride in their work and in the hotel itself. It is the highest pool in Hong Kong.

It was another flattering experience that managers at the Lounge and Bar on L102 remembered my request for Greek Yogurt from previous day, not to mention the fabulous selections of foods available, and again with wonderful sceneries with ever changing clouds too!

Love to go back again sometime.

My daughter and I started the Swimming Pool monthly plan since Nov last year, and have been visiting almost daily! The facilities are great and suit my health needs, especially the outdoor hot tub and the pool.

However, what impresses me more than the hardware is the staff who makes me feel so welcomed and well taken care of.

Every day before reaching the Pool area or after I finish my stay, I can always see the big smiles and the cheerful “Welcome Back Susan” or “How was your swimming today?” from Mondisa, Jeske, Vinsent, Remy, Kayra, Florence, Natie. I often see Joe if I arrive in the early afternoon, who even helps me with my bag from the lobby up to 118F.

Service from the Pool and the Lady’s Change Room is ALWAYS beyond my expectation. Sunny, Mike, Anson, George, Eric, Rico, Jadyn, Louie, Promela, Karen, Elisa, all ensures I have enough dry towels so I won’t catch a cold, bedside shower room floors are dry so I won’t slip, and casual chatting always pleasant! George is my daughter's "advisor", giving her health tips and has been encouraging my daughter to do the cold bath which helps cure her headaches!

A typical day closes with Fachri, Archy and Yohanes, always keeping an eye on whether our car has arrived so they can help us with the door and bag. Fachri even remembers exactly where we’d like to place my bag in the car!

We were first attracted to Ritz by the pool facilities, and now it is the Ritz Team that is keeping us here, including the Trainees mentioned. It is quite sad to see the Trainees leave after their 6-months’ training. Really hope that they get a perm job offer at the Ritz in their home country.

I couldn't rate the Ritz-Carlton in Hong Kong highly enough. Our experience was a testament to the the warm and friendly nature of the wonderful team and we were truly blown away with how well we were treated.

For context, I had left a small note when booking our stay that we were visiting to celebrate my boyfriend winning a silver medal at the Paris Olympics. At the time of booking, the team kindly offered to provide a congratulatory cake in the room upon arrival. That in itself would have been lovely but we were truly blown away with what they actually provided us.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely Adriana and Natie who helped us check-in and took us to our room. Our first incredible surprise was being upgraded to a Harbour View room. If you're torn between a Harbour View room and standard room, the Harbour View is well worth the extra cost, the views are phenomenal. When we entered, the room had been completely decorated by Moomi , Frontane and Gilda from the Guest Relations Team. They did such a beautiful job and even hand made a collage for my boyfriend, celebrating his achievement, we will cherish it forever. We were also presented with a selection of local delicacies and champagne.

After spending a few minutes getting settled, there was a knock on our door and we opened it to find the hotel's pastry chef, Chef Francisco and his colleagues, Alicia and Kael at the door presenting a platter of spectacular cakes that they'd spent the morning creating and had designed to look exactly like the medal. The team was so kind and we had a lovely chat with them. The patisseries were incredible, so light and tasty, we'd be tempted to fly back to Hong Kong just to try them again.

After all the surprises, the overall stay was exactly what we needed. The views at breakfast and the breakfast buffet provided was like nothing we'd ever experienced. We were lucky enough to use the gym one morning and it is so well equipped. Both the gym and the pool are on the 118th floor and have an unbelievable view!

Finally, we'd like to shout out Best, Assistant Guest Relations and Loyalty Manager for ensuring our check out was a breeze. Besst was so warm and gave us some great tips for our visit to Thailand.

The Ritz-Carlton is without a doubt a fabulous hotel, but the wonderful team are what make it so special. We're so grateful for how well looked after we felt and can't wait to return.

Our stay in Ritz Carlton was short but we were entirely immersed in warm welcomes, impeccable services, and surprises that we felt loved during the celebration of our anniversary. We would love to take this opportunity to thank everyone who served us and so sorry that we could not memorize each of your names!

Starting from our arrival, we were kindly served by Natalie and a gentleman in the lobby getting ready the escalator for us. Meanwhile, they chatted with us and played with our sons which was just so funny and friendly. The check-in was smooth and pleasant under the work of Romy and Barry. They impressed us with their smiles and friendly personalities and provided all the information that we need during our stay. They personalized the amenities and decorated our room. We have to emphasize the room was looking so comfortable that every corner was just so dustless, neat, and tidy. Thanks for giving us a tasty celebration cake which colored our photos and provided us energy for the forthcoming activities. Also, thanks so much for the gifts to our sons that they were happy and surprised and spent their time playing together. Thanks Tracy for upgrading the room for us.

The swimming pool is the best impress during our stay. The staff including Eric, Mike, and Anson, provided us as well as our sons our particular needs for the swim. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They provided us with a place with stunning views together with cakes, champagne, and juice for celebrating our anniversary. It was literally special because it was our very first time celebrating in a pool. Better still, their professional look ensured our safety to stay in the pool, each of them as we observed and felt was really serving people from hearts. We love staying in the pool because there were four completely different pools with different views and designs.

Thanks again for every staff's attentiveness and dedication to our special occasional stay making us feel truly special.

I highly recommend the Ritz Carlton, Hong Kong, and can't wait to return for another memorable experience.

I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong to commemorate my visit to my beloved Hong Kong for the first time in four years. As soon as I entered the room I was shown to, I was greeted by the breathtaking view of the beautiful Hong Kong Island that unfolded from the window! At night, I was able to enjoy the light-up event "Symphony of Lights" from my room, and it was a luxurious time. When I told the front desk staff Vanessa and Violet that the main purpose of my visit to Hong Kong was to see Fujii Kaze's concert, they made a surprise welcome card for me and gave it to me. I was really grateful and touched! I was so happy and touched that they researched Fujii Kaze in the short time after checking in and supported me by telling me to make the best memories. Thank you very much. Tenryuken, a two-star Michelin restaurant in the hotel, requires reservations one month in advance. I asked them to make a reservation for lunch, but they made the adjustment and made a reservation for me the day before. It was a very elegant and rich yet light seasoning, and it was a really delicious and wonderful meal. Anson, who served us, was very kind to us. I was a little nervous and worried before the meal because it was a restaurant that was a little difficult to enter alone, but I was grateful for Anson's polite service and hospitality, and the food and tea were delicious. I was really comforted by the staff's excellent hospitality and smiles, and it was a wonderful stay. I would like to stay again!
