It’s one of the highest density districts in the world, so come to Mong Kok prepared for action. Home to every market, restaurant and shopping arcade imaginable, Mong Kok is the one-stop shop to satisfy all your shopping needs. Dust off your finest negotiation skills and dive into the bartering frenzy. Similar retailers will conveniently congregate in the same area forming easy to remember references such as “flower street” and “sneakers street.” Here you will also find various local delicacies being served at street snack shops or hole-in-the-wall restaurants. One reliable rule of thumb: the smaller the place, the better the food.

Unfortunately I was another victim of looking at the pictures and in some cases not reading all the reviews that were put on this hotel. To be honest I should of seen it in the price that was on offer for this room. The conditions of the room were poor and unreasonable I did try and stay 1 night but towards midnight the people talking loudly in the corridor and then the Internet went down overnight. The last straw was someone cooking rice soup at 2.00am and that just lingers in the rooms. The window was dirty and rusted up. To be honest it should cater for someone backpacking on real low budget, but it wasn't me. I couldn't sleep and the basic bedding just wasn't enough. I had to leave after the first night and found another hotel out of town. It's good location right in the center of Mong kok but just the lack of lighting of this particular room and poor quality of the room just wasn't what I expected. Hopefully they have other rooms that are better but it did not stay to look. The room are not as advertised on photos, it would seem the room was just left to get ruined

This hotel is fine for the basics. Remember where you are and what high-end hotels cost and why you're looking in the price range noted here. This hotel is fine, friendly and helpful staff. If you're here sightseeing or on business this hotel and its general location works well, there's also plenty of options for mass transit and tons of retail shopping. You can literally find anything you need in this area.

Breakfast is super here. Rooms a bit small but have all the facilities, incl wi-fi. Kids had a good time in the pool. Will be back.
