Rooms are EXCEEDINGLY small. But you don't care since you won't be in it long. Room was spotlessly clean and also smelled clean. Only annoying thing was waiting for two or three elevator rides until there was room.

I stayed at Apple Hostel last July16-18, 2016. I arrived at the hotel at 8am, I expected that the room will be ready at 2pm for normal Check-in. Fortunately, I've got a complimentary check-in at 8am. The Person that assisted me on my arrival was very helpful and attentive. He gave me a City map and what to do in...

My first time to go abroad to have a vacation, and the place reminds me of our country Philippines. Nice to know that receptionist/staff are Pinay. You feel like a family. If you're looking for a safe and affordable place to stay, (though the bathroom is being shared with Other guests, for me, it is very fine) choose here :)...

The Hostel is in a very busy part of town and in a building that has many other Hostels (Chungking Mansions). When you enter the building you need to go past a shopping area that is filled with people selling their goods, food and trying to get you to rent a room from them... don't get caught up as they...

We must say staying at this Hostel is quite an interesting one. We got ourselves checked in to the room. We found lots of bugs on the floor by the bed. Went to the reception and asked for new room or money back! We got family room with 2 double beds. Quite spacey to put our luggage. Good Philippine maid...

For night viewing, go with the avenue of the stars (closed for renovation) or just hang out around the harbour. Staff was friendly and very helpful, attentive, and willing to help you 24 hours. When you're traveling in Hong Kong, and have limited budget for hotel, then this is one of best option you can have. The staff was really nice and helpful, no hassle during my stays. It is strategically located in Chungking Mansion in Tsim Shai Tsui. Very crowded, but still okay. It is very close from MTR station, museum, and star...

The two women who work there are absolute angels. The friendliest people I have ever met and very helpful and polite. They were always offering me coffee and helping with whatever small things I needed to take care of. Absolute delight to be around. The man less so, one night he came to my room aggressively knocking and demanding to...

I paid about HKD180 per night for a single room with shared bathroom. Tiny room just about large enough for the bed and a desk. Despite the small size of the room, the walls are fairly solid and sound-proof, though you can still hear loud sounds from the corridor. There's a TV and air-con in each room too. Staff cleans...
