Our room had a stunning Harbour view, service was outstanding, an unforgettable experience! Thank you Rosewood team for the sweet and amazing memories. Our stay was fun and definitely felt like home. Everyone was friendly, proactive and accommodating. We felt the care and warmth, and the little surprises really touched our hearts. We particularly would like to thank Vinchi, who made our stay extra special, we could tell he's passionate at what he does. And Louisa from the Manor Club, our 4-year old son misses you already, thank you for your patience with him and for making him happy. And Jackie, although he was on leave, he made sure our stay would be comfortable, constantly checking up on us. We truly appreciate all of your time and effort, thank you again for going the extra mile.

This is our 2nd time visiting Rosewood Hong Kong. We stayed at the Kowloon view suite this time which has partial sea view that we didn't expect before we go into the room. The hareware of the suite is excellent and it is one of the best suites that we have ever lived in. We would like to say thank you to our Butler - Ms. Cory So during our stay. She told us in detail for the feature of our suites and we can feel the temperature of her service. This time, we stayed at Rosewood with our dog and our dog accidentally ran out of our room when we opened the door for the in-room dining trolley (but nobody knew the dog has run out of our room...). Ms. Cory So came to our floor with other guests at that moment and somehow she recognized our dog (at the 38/F lift lobby), she helped us to catch our dog and send her back to us after a few minutes. We feel so sorry to cause such trouble to her and other guests. Thank you so much for her help. Also, the food quality at the Manor Club is good (especially the food served in evening coktail section) We will definitely come back to Rosewood Hong Kong in near future. Highly recommend!!! 這是我們第二次到訪香港瑰麗酒店。這次我們住在九龍城景套房,那裡有部分海景,這是我們進房間之前沒想到的。該套房非常棒,是我們住過的最好的套房之一。 我們想對我們的管家-Cory So女士表示感謝。她向我們詳細介紹了我們套房的功能,我們可以感受到她有溫度的服務。 這次,我們和小狗一起入住,當我們打開房內餐車的門時,我們的小狗意外地跑出了我們的房間(但沒人知道她跑走了……),Cory當時剛好她和其他貴賓一起來到我們的樓層, 並在38樓的電梯大堂認出了我們的小狗,她幫助我們抱起我們的小狗,幾分鐘後將她送回給我們。很抱歉給她和其他客人造成麻煩。非常感謝您的幫助。 另外,行政酒廊的食物質素也很好, 特別是evening cocktail時段的熱食。 我們一定會在不久的將來回到香港瑰麗酒店。極力推薦!!!

It was our second stay at the hotel. We were very grateful for the professional and superb hospitality provided by the staff even when they are overwhelmed by the massive influxes of guests during the weekend. The interior of the room has no parallel in the city. We will definitely come and stay again.

I booked a room to celebrate my 3th wedding anniversary. When I made the reservation online, I found out that I made the booking twice, then I called Reservation to cancel the duplicated booking. Amanda fixed it in a professional way and further asked for the purpose of stay and any special preference. It was a really good start and made me look forward to my staycation. I had requested a table for lunch at HENRY at 1330hrs, however i was informed not available and offered alternative at 2pm instead. Since I had missed the email until I arrived at the hotel, I was thinking the table would no longer hold for me and it would make my wife disappointed due to my mistake. Luckily Director of Revenue - Florence Lin who proactively secured my table reservation at HENRY while she found out I have no response. Her thoughtful, professional and proactive service made me surprised and warm. Florence exactly is a role model in the hospitality industry. On our arrival, the taxi driver dropped us at the entrance of the Rosewood resident instead, but the staff showed his warm welcome and escorted us to the correct direction toward the hotel lobby. We were greeted by Josie while we were waiting for check in, the check in process was efficient and she explained our benefits in detail. Our room was assigned on a high floor on 40/F, the view was stunning even though it is not facing the harbour. Room is decent and cozy, the design of the bathroom is excellent. We would like to take this opportunity to give a big thanks to Vinson Kong who spoiled us by printing our lovely memories in a photo frame placed next to our bed. We also appreciated the special amenities arranged by Vinson for our wedding anniversary. A small issue, we found that there was a small hair on the duvet cover, Vinson apologized at once and proactively offered to change it during our lunch at HENRY. We also received sincere apologies from Housekeeping - Henry in the evening. And we were greeted by Front Desk Manager - Zelotes and apologized again for this small issue. I would say staff in Rosewood treat every single case seriously and handle it in a professional way regardless it was a small issue to us. Thank you very much for all your approaches and handling in this matter. It did not bother us much. We had lunch at HENRY after check in, was nicely greeted by their Assistant Manager - Celian, he showed us the table and explained the menu with extra offer in detail apart from what we included. After that, he served us wine and checked with our satisfaction after each course. We ordered burrata and steak tartare as starter, then ribeyes steak and sea bass as main courses. The starters were delicious especially the steak tartare. The ribeyes steak was terrific, while the sea bass was just okay. Our lunch ended with a nice dessert which arranged by Vinson. He is kind enough to take care us every single moment in the hotel. A simple thank you seems not enough to his professional and cares. For dinner, we prefered to dine in the room. Room service staff is very polite and served me on the table instead on the trolley he prepared. Food was nice, the spaghetti of the carbonara seems quite soft, and would be great it can be cooked with more sauces. When I asked room service collect the tablewear after finished the food. They checked my satifaction about the food. This minor action make me feel they care about my dinning experience. Just a little comment, since our foods were served on the table. If staff can proactively clean up the table as well after collect the tablewear that would be prefect. Finally I needed to clean up by self. Breakfast next day at Holt's cafe was just normal. Staff are well present and nothing was too much trouble. We noticed that all staff have no name tag on their uniform, however would suggest staff proactively introuduce themselves at the end of the conversation, not necessary to give a name card all the time, but it was a small reminder for guest to remember you had did a great job, like the staff we named, especially like Vinson, he is confidence, professional and concentrate on details. Your hotel should be proud to have such a great staff. Lastly, thank you for the great hospitality. We enjoyed our wedding anniversary very much. We will definitely introduce to our friends and return to Rosewood in future.
