Amazing food and service! Each time is great, no matter what we eat and drink! Everyone is so friendly and lovely and most of all, very accommodating! We had the Iberico Ham croquettes which were super crunchy on the outside and melty on the inside, with delicious iberico ham pieces on the inside. We had the Bomba, the Gambas al Ajillo and we LOVED the COD FISH! For desert, please! Don't forget to try the hazelnut millefeuilles ... so succulent!

I go to Rosewood HK often and there is a very good reason. Not only is the place beautiful and always a good time, the service is an example of detailed training and real passion among the teams that make it all happen daily. Special shout out to Subi of Darkside, Jorge, Ambika, along with team at Bayfare, Manav and team at Chaat, everyone at BluHouse, Luke and team at Holt’s Cafe Theodora at front desk, and so many more for always being so wonderful and welcoming. This place and its people are really deserving of recognition. Oh and also the food and drink are always amazing.

Had a wonderful birthday celebration and overall impressed the the experience. Their Spanish cuisine was delicious and many variety to choose from!! great food but small portion penne with vodka could have more vodka flavour to it same with wagyu with red wine, can have more wine taste and can be a little more tender sangria can also have more red wine taste but overall service(ambika) was great...

I love this place. I had dinner in Bayfare Social restaurant with my family. The food and the vibe were amazing. We tried beef tartare, mussels, salad, paella(beef cheek) and churros. Every single dish was spectacular. Special thank Joey, Gennifer and Nia for their food introduction and services. Definitely recommend this place.

It was such a wonderful dining experience for us, as always. We especially highly appreciated for the impeccable and thoughtful service that it's friendly staff offered to help us getting an extra white sauce prepared by the Chef when we found the fish that we ordered would be tastier for our appetite. It proved that Holt's cafe of Rosewood Hotel never fails with it's delicious delicacies and high standard of service.
