I have travelled A LOT and this is by far worst experience ever. Unless you want to spend the night hearing other people screaming while having sex (hard slapping included) or you want to be disturbed by evacuating 12 floors on foot due to the fire alarm going out for non sustainable reason (first they said its because other guests are smoking, then they say its because someone is taking a with water being to hot... Cmon, really???) ... Avoid this place. We paid little money and still not worthy. Horrible is not enough to describe the experience. We ask for our money back and they didnt want to refund a single cent. Please dont go there, you will regret it.

Stayed here for business. Reception is cool and unhelpful. Nevermind, room is in good design, bed is huge and comfortable. The main problem is the hygiene level, I found many hair on the floor and the bathroom seems not being cleaned.

I paid discounted price for a 12 hours stay in this hotel, which is an unusual offer but right for my need. This hotel is graded 3.5 stars in some sites, I think it is quite accurate. Very thoughtful design with young n modern vibe. Excellent location, right in the hub of the busiest part of Kowloon but not in the quiet side road. Close to subway, numerous restaurants in walking distance. I like all the bathroom fittings and cozy furnitures. The downside is no complimentary coffee and black tea in the room which is what I am counting for after a busy day . Free Nespresso in the reception area but without cream n sugar . The big flat screen TV right in the edge of the mattress which is extremely tiring for my eyes, a small size should be just fine. Suitable for young traveller. Also complimentary crafted beer , real generosity

Had a really bad experience with the hotel.. reception was not helpful at all. Bedsheet was untidy when we checked in. Towel was stained. Shower door was spoilt. Can’t close properly. Give the price that I paid. I expect something decent. Totally disappointing. Won’t stay in the hotel anymore.

My bf and I are not fussy couple, and we rarely picked on others but this time round, the hotel and booking.com really disappointed us utterly. 1. Staffs were generally not helpful. Their attitude were also not welcoming and unfriendly. There were some issues with our booking confirmation on booking.com as there were error on booking.com’s end. The check in timing was different from the hotel’s record and thus we were unable to check in when we arrived. This particular hotel staff at reception counter (she told us to address her as Ms Liu) only asked us to contact booking.com by ourselves directly without offering any other alternative solutions to us or helping us. Although we told her we do not have local phone number to call, she insisted that we had to do it on our own. 2. After dragging the whole issues for whole 2.5 hrs, sitting at the lobby as we need to resolve this, we finally managed to get our room. But to our horror, the hotel continue to disgust us furthermore. The bed sheets and blanket cover looked messy and untidy. When we enquired, we were told that the bedsheet and blanket were not ironed hence it looked messy. 3. Towel was not clean, there’s yellow stain on it. 4. It seems that the hotel is short of manpower , there was only one staff doing the house keeping. 5. There is no proper place to safekeep the luggage, it is just an open space for you to leave the luggage at lobby and any strangers (including those that don’t stay in the hotel)can just take your belongings. It was an extremely bad and unpleasant experience, the hotel’s rating on booking.com and Agoda are not realistic, as what we have gone through totally doesn’t match as what it is supposed to be. What an ‘experience’ in Hong Kong.
