We loved our stay at 8 Degrees. The front-desk, housekeeping and concierge staff were extremely helpful throughout our time there. The hotel is right in the heart of an authentic Hong Kong neighborhood, so you get all the sights, sounds and smells of a real community. A street market is immediately perpendicular to the front entrance. The room (we were...

This place suited our needs quite well as we only had 1 night in Hong Kong, it's nice and central with an easy taxi ride to the city centre. The rooms are very small and basic, but it was clean and comfortable, the staff where very helpful organising our day trips and transportation. Good value for money if you happy...

I hated the hotel. The rooms are sooo small. The best part of the hotel is breakfast. Our room was not cleaned and when my mother requested towels they demanded that she give the old ones back. Also, we are African American and when the cleaning staff saw some of her makeup on the towel, they said she would be...

Nothing special about this place, small rooms tiny bathroom, hair in the sink. They only have soap dispenser not impressed. Breakfast was an extrat charge. Bed was super comfy. It's a long way from the airport no shopping close by. I would skip this one altogether.

Holiday was eight nights stay. We were upgraded to a Delux room club on floor 21, this is important to have a view over surroundings buildings and onto the Old Kai Tak airport site. Room not large but adequate, small kitchenette, microwave, Hob and sink. Excellent Size Swimming pool. As the Hotel is not connected to the Excellent METRO system...

We stayed here for 3 nights en route from the UK to Auckland. The hotel is located away from the harbour area and the local restaurants aren't great. This is compensated for by the availability of a free harbour shuttle. The rooms are not over-large but are clean, with views you would expect in an inner city. Breakfast was excellent...

Firstly, the hotel experience starts at Chek Lap Kok Hong Kong International airport. At the meeting point at Arrival Hall B, many hotels has counters set up to help customers. This hotel has a counter. As it belongs to a group of hotels, therefore this hotel is shared with its sister hotels. The staff manning the counter is friendly and...

An average hotel. Lobby is crowded with no seating space for visitors. Rooms are quite small and congested, but that seems to be the norm in Hong Kong. Difficult with kids as no space to move around. The bathrooms are also quite small and no health faucet in the toilet. Check in is only at 2 so if you reach...

The lobby has a slanted theme to the design, so everything feels very disorienting particularly after a long flight. the rooms are very spacious for Hong Kong with a sleeping and a sitting area. They are comfortable and nicely designed. The restaurant is good with a wide assortment of breakfast choices. The location was a short cab ride to central...

Stayed twice as a stopover for a few days. Location was not ideal. Room service was excellent, limited menu though. Any extras are all payable. Overall, very average, have had the same or better experience with budget hotels.
