I really enjoy staying in this Hotel. I have joined this hotel staycation package for 4 times. Every times makes me feel good. And I appreciate the customer service, especially the front desk staff- Jasmine. She is very nice and provided good service to us. I will join this package in the future.
1. The hotel has very good services 2. I enjoy dining at 41/F together with the night Sea View through the windows of the restaurant. Sometimes, I enjoyed my dinner at room, and the food remained hot and fresh. 3. I am a photographer, and like to shoot landscape. I found that the Sea Harbour View of the hotel is very famous.
perfect stay in harbour grand Hong Kong, the hotel is located next to mtr station and walk few minutes to there. the hotel is facing the harbour and I requested room has harbour view, amazing, room is spacious.
I stayed in Harbour grand (HK) for more than a month. It was an enjoyable experience. The hotel is modern and grand. I love the spacious bath tub and the separate shower area in its bathroom. Their management team is efficient and courteous. The Chinese restaurant serves delicious dim sum and other Chinese dishes are of very high standard. Transport is convenient. The hotel is close to MTR station (Fortress Hill station). There is a big supermarket next to the station. You can also find several grocery stores and restaurants around.
This is the poorest hotel that I have ever visited. We booked a staycation package on Valentines Day. The hotel originally allowed check in at 2-3 pm, but there were too many people that we have to waited until 7:30pm. We waited for more than 4 hours just to get our room!!!!!! What’s worse is that, the government policy banned dine-in service until 6pm so that all visitors here in Harbour View chose room service. We just checked in at 7:30pm and ordered the room service at 8:15pm. It is now 12:00am in the midnight and we still haven’t see our meals. WE WAITED FOR A WHOLE DAY AND NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The staff just asked us to wait and wait and then no phone answer the call at the end. Can’t imagine a five-star hotel can offer us such a poor service, even worse than hourly hotel ;)…
