Hotel is situated at a great location. Close to the city centre but a bit off from the main streets so it’s quiet and secluded. We were in a patio suite and it’s very spacious. Decor is a bit traditional but it’s pleasant and comfortable. The great thing is that it has a patio with a private pool, and with stunning view of the Harbour, which is amazing to look at any time of the day. Hotel staff is friendly and the restaurants are top quality. Will definitely return.

About my experience in your hotel : when i arrival your hotel it's so many people. In the special moment COIVD-19 it's a good news in the hotel and that day your hotel staff has been very good arrange to me and other customer let us feel very comfortable so I much appreciate you and your team very professional. At this special moment COVID-19 we born-and-bred Hong Konger both the hotel and the guests must support each other. I know the occupancy rate is very important but it's my first time stay in your hotel to spend my special moment with my wife the day is my birthday(20-MAY) 1: in my booking is includes Club floors, but my room is in 18/F (report to Customs and Excise Department if abou false trade description-under the Trade Descriptions Ordinance) 2: the day is my birthday before a few week I'm call your hotel to confirm my booking the duty manager is give me a red wine I'm so happy but I don't know why when I arrival your hotel none of the staff told me happy birthday even I'm check in show my id card to the staff(my check in time is 3pm )happy birthday is free of charge, but from when I checked in to when I left the hotel, no one told me. I think in hotel's hospitality is not are standard. Do you think so? I think you know that. 3: in next day 21-MAY I'm trying to offer a way of solving the problem is give me a all day breakfast (I'm call your staff at 10AM 21-MAY-2021) So we talk about the hotel service and your hotel service spirit What is the service? According to Mr.Gronroos proposed in 1990 what is the ''services" total perceived service quality is the outcome of an evaluation process where the customer compares context specific expectations of quality with the experienced quality. your hotel service spirit (Resources since your hotel website ): luxury grade hotels offering the finest hospitality to discerning travelers.------> not in standard service a distinctive selection of hotels providing tasteful accommodations to meet the needs of both leisure and business travellers.------> not providing my needs TTG Travel Awards------> report my experience to TTG headquarters and tripadvisor and my worldwide hotel elite member team. Lastly, i would like to re-emphasise that although Harbour Grand Hong Kong hotel has always been my favourite hotel the distress and the disappointment that i have experienced, have cause me to lose faith and confidence to your hotel for me? i think you know that. i hope you could take the ownership to provide me with the best solutions that the hotel could offer to address and resolve my concerns,anything if you can do that if you want and no excuse. Warm welcome from the hotel. Since it's weekend, the hotel's fully booked and the front desk help to arrange us waiting at the lounge. Such a nice arrangement. Thanks for Ahmed's help at the front desk during check-in and check-out. Very nice of him to avoid us waiting further before settling down. The room is clean and tidy with spacious bathtub and shower separated. Definitely a high CP staycation with nice sea view room with sunrise and sunset.

We stay at this hotel often as we have a very good relationship with Kristy whom used to serve us in the Lobby Louge, this hotel will always be special to us for our years in HK. Lately we have stayed in the club rooms and Kristy continues to be a good and trusted friend and will always help us if we have a reasonable request. As for the lounge itself the last few times Grace and Patrick have also been absolutely first class when it comes to customer service, They know and recognise us and are always very accommodating . I appreciate this. Check in and check out times are generous (depending on how busy the hotel is) and the lounge facilities are also very generous. They do a nice cocktail 2 hours with soft drinks and single beer cans available all day. As long as i live in HK this place will be on my staycation list. Thanks Kristy, Grace and Patrick and all others in the lounge and breakfast areas. John and family.
