Can't deny that the place is a bit small, but the service is great! The staffs were very kind and polite I would say, always prove help when you need.地方雖小但五臟俱全,特別是職員的服務態度非常友好!他們十分友善並關心你的需要,價格合理,有機會會再選擇住在這裏!

Gave them a second chance returning for a weeks stay a year later, reservation made through Booking. Com. DISASTER! Female reception staff rude, rooms extra tiny, lifts to 7th floor then you crossover outside over a bridge walkway and walk down flights to your room. Very shady. Not worth a mention, horrible. Mingle With The Star same company.

I stayed at the hotel for several nights. The room was ok but the staff were unfriendly and several valuable items went missing from my room. I complained to the hotel but with no result. Also be prepared to negotiate a narrow flight of stairs.

4 star price for a 1/2 star hotel. It's not even a hotel, really, it's a guest house, which is a BIG step down from a hotel. Location is not bad, but very difficult to get a taxi. I stayed on the 4th floor, which is actually the 5th floor. Why do I say this? Because I had to carry my super heavy bags up 11 flights of steps to get to the room. The building is very old, there was mold on the walls, the window shades were the metal blind type that were all bent and broken. The sink in the bathroom was in between two walls with only 12 inches or so for a mini-sink that I could not even get my head over to spit out my toothpaste. Shaving? No way. The bed was a king, and very comfortable, but it literally took the whole room, and there was nowhere to put my bag. The TV worked. Unlike 99.9% of the hotels I have stayed in, they charged an obscene price for a bottle of water. So, had to go to the convenience store for that. There are no other facilities at the hotel. The check in clerk was disinterested, only cared about the money in advance. I needed to borrow an umbrella, and they did not trust me to return it, and demanded a deposit after I already gave them a HKD500 deposit for the room. After I got angry, the clerk said, just take it. The check out clerks were also disinterested, I had to ask for a receipt, they didn'k look at me the whole time and barely said a word, a "thank you for staying with us" would have been nice. I said "you're welcome" anyway because I wanted to be polite. See the other reviews here that speak negatively about this place, and pay attention because they are all true.

I stayed in the hotel on a business trip and was aware that this was a low-budget accommodation option - I would be out all day and just wanted somewhere to shower and sleep. The whole experience was a depressing one, from the unfriendly check-in (which is in a building next to the actual rooms) to the decor and size of the rooms. The lack of a lift (which, to be fair to the hotel, I was aware of) was a real challenge, particularly when arriving and leaving, because of having to carry luggage up several flights of un-air-conditioned stairs. There was no advice about local restaurants or services (I found a local laundry/dry-cleaners) and in general no effort made to do anything for 'guests' other than collect their money. I also had a problem getting a pre-authorisation removed from my credit card after check-in (this took several weeks) so I'd effectively paid twice for a period. Only stay here if you're desperate.
