The room was very spacious. They give all the toiletries you need. They have a miniature water filtration system that warms up or serves water in the ambient cold temperature instead of giving water bottles in the room, which is good for the environment. They give you a universal adapter that you can use in the room for your devices.

As the taxi pulls up to the front lobby of the Hyatt Regency Sha Tin, we were greeted immediately by bell service team with a cheerful smile. After a 14 hours flight and the airline left our luggage at SFO......The energetic cheerful greeting lifted my spirit back. The living room and bedroom both have a picture window with a view of the mountain and a water fall at the foot of the mountain. I enjoyed watching TV programs on the large TV with high resolution......as there were a few very wet days. Through my stay, we enjoyed the plush bed and pillows every night. The house keeping staff always kept our suite refreshed We enjoyed our breakfast and evening cocktail hours in the Regency Club. The staff were very attentive and courteous. At Sha Tin 18 on Mother's Day, my guest was very impressed with the impeccable.. Our teacup never goes empty. The food was serviced timely. We have some of the most delicious dim sum in town. On our last day, the staff process our check out in the Regency Club lounge while we are enjoying our breakfast. He thanks us for our stay and invite us to return. The check out was hassle free. At the Hyatt Regency Sha Tin, all the staff are caring and hospitable. Everywhere we are at the property, the staff always greet us with a smile, even the staff that is serving the elevator or the rest room. At the Hyatt Regency Sha Tin, we have a supper relaxing staycation, knowing all the energetic, cheerful courteous staff will take care of all my wants and needs. I definitely will return.

I had a very nice stay Hyatt Regency Sha Tin. The reception I received at the front desk was super enthusiastic and they made every effort that I know everything accessible within the hotel. During the stay, I was upgraded to a standard suite, which was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything (e.g., microwave, fridge, kitchen sink, etc.)! The hotel cleaning staff was also extremely helpful: I accidentally broke a cup when I was making the coffee, and the staff were able to quickly help me clean it up upon my request. Moreover, the hotel is next to CUHK, and is just 20-30min away (by MTR) from Shenzhen, which makes it convenient to travel to/from mainland China.
The beddings of Hyatt Regency has been wonderful (as always), and the club lounge has a great selection of food (also as always). I'd definitely stay here again, and advise that you also strongly consider it!

I stayed in the Regency Executive Suite at Grand Hyatt Sha Tin. The room was super spacious! There is a separate bedroom with a large bed. In addition, the bedrooms have bathrooms with bathtubs and separate shower cubicles and toilets. In addition, the suite has a comfortable living room with a dining area and guest toilet. With the reopening of Hong Kong, I was extremely impressed at the Hyatt Shatin’s ability to not skip a beat in service, cleanliness, condition and everything else you expect staying at a premium property. The staff and management do really exceed expectations here at this hotel. Its location next to the MTR also gives you the chance to experience the countryside of Hong Kong while only being a few stops from city centers. The grounds and ambience are also something to see for yourself and you won’t be disappointed. Will stay here every time I’m in Hong Kong.

Upon my arrival, two sharp dressed bell service team members came up to the taxi to open the car door and welcome us to the Hyatt Regency Sha Tin with a pleasant smile. One handle our luggage and the other escorts us to the Regency Lounge to Check in. As we step into the Regency Lounge, The staff greet us by our name and welcome us back with a smile. She recognized our World of Hyatt membership and check us in efficiently. She also inform us of the upgraded benefits. It is a hot and humid day. Once we step into the spacious cool fresh suite, we were refreshed and relaxed after a 14 hours flight. The suite is sparkling clean and well maintained. New curtains. The suite has just refreshed. Our bags were delivered immediately. During my stay, I enjoy work out in the cool, well maintained upgrade gym. It is so much fun workout looking into the lush green and well manicured landscape garden with butterfly and birds drifting through the bright yellow flowers. The dim sum and Peking duck serve in the Sha Tin 18 are the best in town. My tea cup never go below half. Delightful service! The food in the Cafe offers a big verity of choices. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I can see smiling faces everywhere. Our suite was always tidy up. The house keeper, always check with us if we need anything else. Someone always seems to be cleaning the elevator. There is no finger print to be found. We got check out while we enjoyed our morning tea. She also made arrangement for the bell service to pick up our bags. Right on the requested time the doorbell ring , As I open the door, The bell staff was there to greet me by my name with his gentle smile and bright eyes. He handles my bags all the way to load it in the trunk of the taxi. He thanks us for the stay and invite us back with a smile.
