Good for walkers
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
My boyfriend and I booked this hotel for a 2 nights staycation. It was our anniversary, and the hotel offered extended checkout to us. We were very happy about it because we weren’t expecting anything.
We booked the Penta PlayerPad Room which comes with a PS4. The hotel provides a selection of games, which guests are allowed to choose 2 games for their stay.
I have to say, I was really surprised by how spacious the room was. We enjoyed staying in our room, it was quite cozy that we couldn’t make ourselves leave the room. Also, the bed was huge that we think it might able to fit 3. The TV for the PS4 was a bit tilted to the left though. It was not too major but it definitely caught our attention.
There’s one thing that we hope the hotel can pay attention to. After we had our room tidied up for us on the second day, my boyfriend was bitten by some sort of insects during our sleep. We didn’t think they were bed bugs but that really disrupted our sleep for the whole night.
Overall the rooms were nice given the price, but the unfortunate incident aforementioned was worth considering to some.

As a long staying family of Penta Hotel Tuen Mun, we are highly concerned about safety, security and harmonious of the hotel.
At night of 25 Sep 2021, there was a team of drunk man came to the hotel lobby. They made trouble to the staffs and annoying the other guests.
The night shift manager and front desk staffs were very professional and patient to handle rude behavior and unreasonable requests of those people.
We are really appreciated that they had did a great job to defend the challenges of hotel’s regulations and protect the benefits of other guests.

That is my third time to stay in the Penta Hotel. I am satisfying that the hotel can provide the early check-in option again for me. Room is large enough and it is suggested that there should be a small size refrigerator added in room.

I have stayed in this hotel several times. i think the room hugiene is getting worse. the towel and bed curtain was stained with yellow things, a few hair left on the bathroom...
In addition, the room size is big , comfy bed. i will choose to stay again.

Room is nice and clean. Bed is big and comfortable. However, Dinner is not ok. I ordered the pork is not done. And the waiting time for breakfast is long. We wait over 20 to 25 minutes. And instant noodles is not hot enough and too soft.

I like the industrial style design here, no matter the lobby, lounge, or the room is well matched.
Every room here has more ample space than the other hotels. What is more pleasant is that the hotel upgraded a even bigger room for me.
I can celebrate the countdown to 2020 this time with the accompanied by PENTA HOTELS, which is really icing on the cake ^^

This was my 1st time staying in New Territories, away from Kowloon & Hongkong Island, which i normally stay. I didn't regret it as the hotel was in Tuen Mun area, which was a bustling off city area where it had MRT & LRT rail stations next to the hotel, a big mall V City also next to it. If you walk 5 to 10 minutes , there are more malls which have everything u need.
Airport Bus A33X was the most simple transport to get to the hotel.
Pentahotel TM itself was a great place to be, used to be a Industrial building convert to a hotel. You can see the lobby related to the old building.
Room was clean and spacious, the housekeeping team was friendly and kept my room clean everyday for 5 days.
I would stay here again the next time I come to HK

The curtains cannot block all light, I could not sleep too well.
the room is ok, it is spacious.
The TV is not too sharp,
Quite disappointed that the gym room is closed.
Quite relaxed in the room, with the convenient shop opened downstairs, it is good.

My recent stay at the Pentahotel was overall pleasant, even the mtr and bus connectivity was good but I was disappointed that despite informing them in advance that we are travelling to make our sons birthday special and it will be great if they can do something to make it special, there was no acknowledgment or effort to make the occasion memorable, forget greeting.
While the hotel claimed to have upgraded our room, I have doubts as I had paid for the same room category. I hope they can improve their communication and customer service for future guests. They can do really great! Little gestures go a long way!!

I’ve tried no lift in the morning...although they offer some compensations but not good experience. The housekeeper throw away my bottle of tea not finished and my personal conditioner when I go out, not yet check out on that day.
