We did online check in and was told an email will be sent once the room was ready (3pm). By 4.30pm Still no email. We proceeded to check in and was told that the room was not ready and will require another hour and a half to clean the room. There was no attempt to offer an alternative room or sincere apologies. Never returning to this hotel again. 3 hours delay is a large proportion loss for a one night staycation. Not to mention the stress and inconvenience for what was suppose to be a relaxing stay.
The hotel cannot mirror/cast NowTV to the TV even I am in Regency Executive Suite. Staff replied that due to the apps issue to refuse mirror/cast, but I can mirror/cast in Marriott's hotels with my iPad / android Phone. If you need to view English Premier League, please well concider to this hotel.
Service was great as usual, location is great since it’s convenient. I didn’t have dinner during the stay, but I have been here for dinner several time before. It will not disappoint you as it usually meet the expectation.

He has been nothing but a star, truly outstanding. Ray, the representative from the Front Desk, provided brilliant services at my arrival. He had provided crucial information for my stay such as breakfast time and the location of the recreation facilities. His attentiveness and professionalism is highly appreciated. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom with bathtub is fantastic and modern. Location is convenience and close to shopping mall. From food to room service everything was perfect, and I really appreciate the effort you put in to make your guest comfortable. I will definitely come again.…
We have posted the no. of high chair required and birthday request to Haytt frontdesk, when we arrive the restaurant Cafe (L floor), they have no idea for what happened. We asked for a birthday cake in a humble way, the staff just ignored it, and we asked for any updates, she declined with any rationales, which we never experienced with any hotels even with lower rating. Tried to seek the help from manager of the cafe, she answered in a very unprofessional way that at least one day is required to notify them. We shown them the communication with the Front Desk via Haytt app, she blamed the front desk! Very luckily, another junior said they can prepare a cheese cake with a candles. Yes, thats all we wanted…
Staff at the Regency Club does not meet the expected service standard. More training is required. Choice of food is limited and not refilled regularly. The building also needs maintenance. Not sure if it is due to cost savings, one out of four lifts is always out of service. Overall, very disappointing experience.
The food and services are very nice. The Manager Ms Teresa Cheung is so helpful and considerate. Her professional and friendly behaviour is very appreciated. Thank you for providing an extra mask to my husband and all assistance. We must visit the restaurant again.

Room is clean & big in HK standard. Bed is comfy, the down comforter is a bit too warm for summer but the maid changed a thinner one when I requested. Shower is great, big stall & water pressure is soothing. Lots of eating places in K-11 Art Mall which is connected to the hotel. MTR is connected to the hotel too, so the location is very good.
Really bad experience Brithday trip , frist time check in at Hyatt group hotel , really disappointed, compare.last time check in at Mariott grouo hotel ,Habour view Renaissance better a lot , no birthday card no room upgrade (pay money is ok but no any offer),no service room small, no bath tub , when i swimming need share with apartment residence,health club & swimming pool totally no service, when i check in didn't warm remind guest carry mobile phone for leave hime save , i order some food from room serice , the food tatse too salty , morning breakfast is ok , i ffel some service for the restaurant staff , i stay 18hours here frist time u feeling have some sevice at this hotel .the guest floor lobby when u waiting the lift , there was no air-conditioning here .18hours same
