Great atmosphere and truly delicious food. There is definitely something for everyone and the food is replenished almost instantly. While I didn't try any, my friend was delighted by the special limited dishes of fois gras toast and Chinese soup. Our favourite dish was definitely the beef and broccoli. The wait staff were kind and helpful. Our water glasses were refilled without asking and empty plates were whisked away. Our main waiter (Yudistira Kevin) provided excellent service and was genuinely warm and welcoming.

We had a fantastic stay at the W Hong Kong at the end of spring festival. We took the Airport Express. That dropped us off in the Elements mall right below the hotel. It was a short walk with our luggage to the hotel and it was so convenient.
We checked into our room and there was a little problem with the bathroom door. The housekeeper came in to deliver extra linens since we had a third person in the room and she was really friendly. She offered to notify maintenance about the door. I decided to go to the front desk and tell them and they already knew. I was impressed by the housekeeping communication. It did not take long and Eric, Director of Welcome, moved us to a new room. He was extremely gracious and sincere about offering anything to improve our stay.
The hotel is right on top of the MTR so it is easy to get anywhere, even though the hotel is a little bit off of the center of all the action. After a day out, we came back to a personalized plate of sweets and beverages. After mentioning that we were at the hotel 13 years ago, the hotel staff printed out pictures of the area around the W Hotel in 2011 versus 2024. That is the type of attention to detail that makes this hotel special. We also met Alex, Loyalty Manager, on our last day when we sadly checked out of the hotel. He was part of the team who created this special treat for us. He insisted on walking us all the way downstairs as we exited the hotel.
It was a little chilly in February, but my sons enjoyed the rooftop pool. We did not get to dine in the hotel restaurants, but that is because the hotel is so well situated right at the Elements mall where there are many dining options there. The room was spacious enough that it accommodated a rollaway for our third person in the room. The beds and pillows were excellent, like they are in many of the W Hotels that we have stayed at. The canned water was plentiful, which was very convenient when we were walking around a lot.
Thank you to Eric and Alex for making our stay in Hong Kong feel like home, but better. We will be back!

This is a very trendy hotel, with cool vibes, very suitable for those with a young and adventurous spirit!
Special thank-you to Mr Jet Wong, Assistant Director of Welcome, who went out of his way to show me various rooms for earlier check-in. Jet did a room walk-through with me, promptly resolved some minor repair issues , and upon check-out carried my luggage to ground floor. What a friendly, dedicated, hard working professional!
I was also impressed with the young Filipino welcome attendant girl on the 6th floor, who welcomed me with her beautiful smile and polite greetings every morning. You could see her warmth and enthusiasm shine, and that put me in a great mood to start the day.
I loved the Swimming Pool (gorgeous view especially at night with the brightly colored hotel lights as backdrop). The daily “free” 5 piece laundry cleaning is a superb benefit; packing clean clothes into my luggage home is just the topping on the cake for this trip. I highly recommend W Hong Kong for your stay!

When checking in, the room was upgraded to an ocean view and the staff was very helpful. When the children said they wanted to drink water, I took good care of them by giving them canned water. In general, the employees are friendly. I didn't have any expectations for breakfast, so it was nice because it was prepared more neatly than I expected. Perhaps because it is Hong Kong, the various dim sum and steam desserts were delicious. The infinity pool located on the 76th floor had a warm jacuzzi, so it wasn't too much of a problem to swim with the kids while watching the Hong Kong night view in the evening. When traveling with children, be sure to ask about child amenities when checking in. We were provided with children's supplies and age-appropriate slippers to wear, and they look really cute when they wear them. Manager Alex treated W with more than just elite member benefits and a souvenir to commemorate his stay. This is a hotel I would like to use on my next trip to Hong Kong.

The hotel is located in the Elements mall just above the Airport Express Kowloon station and it is very easy to find the hotel by following the sign from the station.
Check in experience were excellent and I would like to give appreciation to Alex and George that process the check in and give all the details regarding the hotel, room and facilities. This hotel also gives excellent recognition to their elite member and even giving 2 vouchers for drink in their bar.
The Marvelous Suite I stayed in has unique design but feel spacious with separate bedroom and living room. The view from the room overlooking the harbour give very nice view during sunset time. The bathroom is large but the design of the shower area is a little bit off as the water from the inside can leaked outside the shower due to the water pressure.
The buffet breakfast served here offers very large choices with Western, Chinese, Japanese main courses, noddle station, large selection of salad, pastries and cheese. The taste of the food was excellent and the staffs refills the food constantly.
Overall I will definitely return to this hotel due to its location, great elite recognition and the breakfast served.

Our family had a great time staying at W HK. Your front desk staff, Karis, was very kind, gentle and friendly. When the housekeeping staff helped us tidy up the room, we were surprised that they even folded our messy clothes for us. The children were also very grateful for this. The swimming pool is fun and the scenery is great, but it's a pity that there is no dehydrator for swimsuits to dehydrate us. The service staff downstairs were also kind enough to help us guide us and carry our luggage. I particularly like your soaps and lotions. The scent is beautiful. Later, when I stayed in other hotels, I still missed this scent very much. All in all, I slept well, looked beautiful, and took great photos! recommend!

My wife and I stayed at the W Hotel HK for 12 days. Our experience was excellent. The room, which had a great ocean view, was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous. We would like to mention the outstanding service of Jet Wong, the Assistant Director of Welcome, and Henry Soo, the Welcome Desk Shift Leader. Henry was able to upgrade our room to include laundry service at a lower cost than our initial booking. Jet demonstrated an outstanding ability to attend to details. We would also like to thank Kelvin Tang, Assistant Concierge, for helping us make a dinner reservation at Mosu at the last minute.

We had a wonderful stay in W Hong Kong whiling visiting Hong Kong. Talents were friendly and warm, especially 1F welcome ambassador and Stylist.
While we encountered Stylist on the hallway, Stylist always showed care to us and asked us if we needed further assistance for room cleanliness or amenity required.
On the other hand, we were very surprised about cake with personalized tag and special room decoration which were made by Immanuel, Gordon and Greer.

This is my first time staying at W Hotel. I am especially grateful to Alex for upgrading the room for me. The room is very spacious. I was so happy when I opened the door. It was the icing on the cake for my Bigday! My family and I are also very happy. We live very comfortably. The room is well equipped with Dyson hairdryer, Inno3C air purifier, and fully intelligent electric curtain gauze. The whole house lights have Day Night & Sleep mode dimmable lighting effect that resembles a car's atmosphere. The bathroom and bathtub are large, very comfortable and relaxing, and worth a stay. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide a panoramic view of the scenery! Finally, we would like to thank our other colleagues kent, zoe, rene and karis for their considerate service to us. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again next time!
