SO SO BAD. THEY NEARLY MADE US MISS OUR TRAIN. We had an awful stay here. The place is kind of dirty, and doesn't seem to have hot water, and, despite it's advertisements, has no bar nor food for sale. ALL the employees are work-exchangers, and the manager keeps trying to forcibly kiss all the women that work under him....

The place is in an urgent need of restoration. The rooms smell like fungus, and the surrounding environment is full of garbage and trash all around. The only pro is the location which is quite close to the subway station and from the coach and train station (if you come from Cai Yuan Ba). Luckily I spent only one night....

Very hard to find, the hotel logo is almost invisible on the wall, where you need to go many stair down to find a hostel. the condition of facilities is very poor, staff english is average, they cannot advice any place to visit in Chongqing, just because they say: we don't know. No hot water in shower and dirty toilet....

The GH provides pick-up service to the Tiger Leaping Gorge trek - that part was just fine, so we decided at the end of the trek to go back to Lijiang using their services. The bus brought us to South-West corner of the Old city instead of the North-East, where we were originally picked up. We asked the driver to...

The leaflet for Tina's hostel boasts English speaking staff, free wifi and a pool table. It has none of these things, the staff try hard but they are frankly useless, directions for a fourty five minute walk began and concluded with the statement, "go straight". Certainly not English speakers. The wifi didn't work at all let alone in the rooms...

First the good - we paid 80rmb for an en-suite double (with yha card and bargaining) and they let us check in at 7.30am when we arrived from an over night train. Then the bad - out of the 9 bulbs in our room and bathroom only two worked (to be fair I didn't ask them to fix them as...

Its a bit tricky to find but you get rewarded by great back-alley charm and a scenic rooftop-garden-bar & of course the cozy Flower-Cafe. The main room is a bit dark and quite chilly at this time of the year but thats expectable. The rooms are really simple, but for about 30 Y a night you wouldnt expect too much...

This Place is Ugly, Old and dirty! You can tell whoever own it don't care to fix it or improve it. Toilet seat cover is broken and wall paper is peeling off from the wall everywhere. No service and not helpful staffs.. If you can't find a hostel in Chongqing go look for a cheap hotel instead. Don't stay in...

We only stayed at Tina's for one night as it was just a stop-over between Chengdu and Guilin. We made a reservation over HostelWorld for 20 RMB and when we arrived they had no trace of our booking. They searched around for a while and almost died when we told them that the dorm we booked was only 20 RMB...

When we arrived at Tina's hostel we found out that they forgat about our reservation. Instead of the standart room that we orderd (180 RMB) we got a budget room (100 RMB) that was very small and quite dirty. We didn't get any towels, and when we came to ask for one for the night we were charged 10 RMB...

“Only the rooms near the lobby get wifi. But they can also be really noisy.”

“I think the private rooms are slightly better than the shared dorms. I haven't tried the public toilet, but at least the private toilet was clean enough. Acording to the map on the door the ensuite B203 is larger than the B201.”
