This hotel had been booked for us as our first stop and meeting place by the company that we were doing a Trans Siberian Tour through. Good location. Handy to interesting eateries and shops. Not far from transport. Comfortable stay. Rooms adequate. Breakfast generous with plenty of variety. Enjoyed the courtyard bar/cafe. Handy ATM inside the hotel Good WiFi Only...

As a solo traveller into Beijing I had the cheerful, smiling and welcoming greeting of Crystal on arrival at Beijing International. This lady is a star. Attention to detail is her asset. As is her promptness, enthusiasm, politeness and aim to assist. Nothing was a bother for her-even my 6am hotel departure after she had already been at the airport...

The staff was very accommodating, and because the standard rooms were fully booked we were given a celebrity room which overlooked the historic courtyard. The room was quiet, with vintage matching furniture throughout the room. Although the lighting in the bathroom and by the bedside was less that we would have expected, the room had all the other features one...

We were guests for three nights as part of a private guide tour by Chinahighlights. The hotel is not really centrally situated so you must walk quite a way along a non touristic road and then use the excellent metro and hope an English speaker can help you. Our room was nice. Situated far at the back of the huge...

Hotel was booked by my travel agent and it looks to be frequented by group tourists. The hotel room was fine for a overnight stay and is just off a main road that has good cheap eateries. The front desk staff could speak English and were helpful. I arrived early at 7am and they accommodated an early check-in. The free...

Spent two nights here whilst sightseeing. Within walking distance of Tian'an Men Square and Forbidden Palace and the night market (approx. 20 minutes). Hotel room was clean and would have been quite roomy except we had a third extra bed in our room. Kettle and hair dryer in room and basic toiletries. Breakfast was a mix of Chinese breakfast and...

Stayed here for two nights. Good rooms of a decent size, and nice breakfast. Well situated. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Not sure about value for money, as was included in a tour. No wifi access while I was there.

We stayed a night here. This hotel is steeped in History. The location isn't too great. 20 minutes walk to the livelier areas, metro station close by. We stayed on the 13th floor the room was pleasant and clean. Quite modern too. The only downside which did annoy me was when we'd checked out, we sat in the chairs in...

Before my trip to beijing, I contacted the hotel to ask them if they could help me receive a package that was going to be delivered to my hotel. However, from manager shang (i believe she was called 商主管), I received absolute humiliation - not only was her attitude appalling and tone extremely insulting, she constantly interrogated me as if...
