This hotel has good sized rooms, good standards of hygiene, decent internet speeds and good pool / gym facilities. Restaurants are quite good. Note that this is not really an international hotel in terms of service. Communication in English is a challenge and the level of service is not what international travellers might expect. It seems that some Chinese visitors also get cross with the junior staff so I assume they have not had some much training in the hospitality sector.

I had a long layover in Beijing so I thought I'd stay here because the price was right. Very clean property. The staff were ok (nothing special or helpful though), and it is very close to a couple of bus stops for if you want to take public transit (train included), need to get to/from airport, or need to get around town for things (I went to Walmart). It's about an hour from the airport (somehow I totally failed on location), and two hours from the Great Wall. If you just need a place to stay, go for it. Otherwise, stay closer to airport or attractions.

It was a pleasure staying in this hotel. The staff are nice. When we arrived in Beijing, the cabbie we took from the railway station tried to rip us off and won't give us our luggage. I spoke to the assistant manager and asked him to call the cops. Only few staff can speak English, but they can understand our sign language and really tries to be helpful. They call us taxi when we need it. They make up the room twice a day. Room is nice and spacious. Food is good. All in all it was a good 5 days stay in this hotel. We get around the city pretty easy, just make sure you write things down. Like the places you want to go and see in case your taxi driver can't speak/understand English. Mabuhay and Thank you!

The room was big, clean and silent. Good matress and facilities. It was relatively close to the Subway station (10 minutes walk). Although the staff was really friendly, only few speak a little English. Considering the importance of the city and future events that are about to come, it is urgent to have inside the staff people with language skills, specially English.

I loved my room; though the view was not so inspiring. The staff in the lobby spoke no English and don't accept marked dollar bills. Breakfast was nice. Every structure was in good shape. Location is superb, next door to a bank so currency exchange is not a problem. McDonald's is just a walking distance if you need junk food. Shopping mall very close too. Overall a nice stay.
